"U.S. A Threat to Peace": Review of Washington's Activities in Overthrowing Nations/Plundering Upon Innocents In The World

"U.S. A Threat to Peace":       REVIEW OF WASHINGTON'S. ACTIVITIES IN OVERTHROWING NATIONS/ PLUNDERING UPON INNOCENTS IN THE WORLD

compiled (and updated  2015 ) by Amelia Gora (2014)

Washington, D.C. a corporation with goals of Warring/Plundering Upon Innocents appears to be the "Hidden Government" operating America, the U.S.A., the American Empire, the U.S., and the Newstates Of The United States  The President and partners including the Congressmen are parties to the War Crimes and are the CEO's/Corporation Executive Officers.

  • "the United States of America is the Republic government created by the states, for the states, created by the people, for the people

  • and there is the US government, which is a corporate government, or corporation. This federal government, should be called the United States of America, Incorporated."

"This Awareness indicates this all came about by an oversight of the Founding Fathers, wherein the Rothschild lawyers and representatives recognized that the oversight was that Washington, D.C. government for the states had never actually been a part of the United States and therefore, they took over and created a corporation of this Federal government, making it a separate nation from the United states, and from that action began to move toward a gradual take over of the various states of the union through statutes and laws which the states bought into."

So, therefore, the first nation affected is the United States of America since the American Civil War which occurred in 1861 - 1865.

The Civil War is the central event in America's historical consciousness. While the Revolution of 1776-1783 created the United States, the Civil War of 1861-1865 determined what kind of nation it would be. The war resolved two fundamental questions left unresolved by the revolution: whether the United States was to be a dissolvable confederation of sovereign states or an indivisible nation with a sovereign national government; and whether this nation, born of a declaration that all men were created with an equal right to liberty, would continue to exist as the largest slaveholding country in the world.

Background:

" It should be realized that the United States of America, Incorporated is dominated and controlled by 13 powerful banking families; the Rothschilds being a dominant influence, so that the laws are passed to help curb the freedoms of the states."

Who really controls world events from behind-the-scene?

"Kinzer writes that both George W. Bush, who invaded Afghanistan and Iraq, and President William McKinley, who intervened in the Philippines, "were motivated by a deep belief that the United States has a sacred mission to spread its form of government to faraway countries. Neither doubted that the people who lived in these countries would welcome America as liberators."

"Bush relies on a myopic "faith-based foreign policy based on what "we' believe to be true, not what the facts argue."

"The level of incompetence and venality outlined in Kinzer's book is mind-boggling. Coups, insurrections, revolts and assassinations--our government has done it all. This trend is indeed not our friend. In fact, as Kinzer notes, America's century of regime change demonstrates that the United States is singularly unsuited to ruling foreign lands."

"The checks and balances provided by an educated electorate have all but disappeared from American governance. The fact that public opinion cannot counter America's affection for regime change is a fatal flaw."

"After Vietnam, our shell-shocked policymakers and military apparatchiks keenly felt the sting of the grassroots protests movements. The protests mitigated the government's aggression. No one wanted "another Vietnam". The cost was too high. But shelving the draft, moving toward Donald Rumsfeld's smaller, deadlier military and fighting a global terrorist threat have ushered in a scary new world."

Note and Comments: Yes indeed, the history of Hawaii affects the world today. The greed, criminal activities uncovered, etc. shows a ruthless pirating going on which benefits the same corporates, banks including the Morgan bankers the investors for the U.S., and England, the Bank of England, and the moves to usurp nations with people of color, turning everyone into slaves by promoting a New World Order/One World Order. Everyone, every country and concerned citizens must be aware of such activities past and ongoing as well. Empower yourselves with knowledge--aloha.

Vladmir Putin

"What could be the legal, political, and economic basis for a new world order that would allow for stability and security, while encouraging healthy competition, not allowing the formation of new monopolies that hinder development? It is unlikely that someone could provide absolutely exhaustive, ready-made solutions right now. We will need extensive work with participation by a wide range of governments, global businesses, civil society, and such expert platforms as ours.

However, it is obvious that success and real results are only possible if key participants in international affairs can agree on harmonising basic interests, on reasonable self-restraint, and set the example of positive and responsible leadership. We must clearly identify where unilateral actions end and we need to apply multilateral mechanisms, and as part of improving the effectiveness of international law, we must resolve the dilemma between the actions by international community to ensure security and human rights and the principle of national sovereignty and non-interference in the internal affairs of any state."

"What are the problems of the present-day world order? Let us be frank about it, we are all experts here. We talk and talk, we are like diplomats. What happened in the world? There used to be a bipolar system. The Soviet Union collapsed, the power called the Soviet Union ceased to exist.

All the rules governing international relations after World War II were designed for a bipolar world. True, the Soviet Union was referred to as ‘the Upper Volta with missiles’. Maybe so, and there were loads of missiles. Besides, we had such brilliant politicians like Nikita Khrushchev, who hammered the desk with his shoe at the UN. And the whole world, primarily the United States, and NATO thought: this Nikita is best left alone, he might just go and fire a missile, they have lots of them, we should better show some respect for them.

Now that the Soviet Union is gone, what is the situation and what are the temptations? There is no need to take into account Russia’s views, it is very dependent, it has gone through transformation during the collapse of the Soviet Union, and we can do whatever we like, disregarding all rules and regulations."

"Washington long ago learned the dark art of silencing truth with defamation. Washington used defamation to overthrow Iran’s elected leader, Mossadegh in 1953, to overthrow Congo’s prime minister Patrice Lumumba in 1960, to overthrow Guatemala’s President Arbenz in 1954, to overthrow Venezuela’s President Hugo Chevez in 2002, a coup that was cancelled by the Venezuelan people and military who threw out Washington’s stooge replacement and reinstalled Chavez, to overthrow Ukraine’s elected President Yanukovych in 2013, to overthrow Honduras President Manuel Zelaya in 2009 , to overthrow in 2013 Mohamed Morsi, president of the first democratically elected government in Egypt’s history, to overthrow Gaddafi in Libya, Saddam Hussein in Iraq, in ongoing efforts to overthrow Assad in Syria and the government of Iran, and in failed attempts to overthrow Indonesia’s Sukarno, Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam, and Castro in Cuba.

Today Washington’s target is Vladimir Putin."

Summary/Abstract:"The text aims to uncover the roots of the United States’ near perpetual involvement in war since the beginning of WWI in 1914. Using alliance politics as the main framework of analysis, it offers a new interpretation that contrasts with the traditional views that war is an interruption of the American foreign policy emphasis on diplomacy. Instead, it posits that war has been the norm during the past century while peaceful interludes were but a time of respite and preparation for the next conflict. After a thorough discussion of the concepts of alliance building and the containment doctrine, the work then addresses such themes as the alliance networks used to confront German and Japanese powers during the early 20th century wars, the role of alliances in containing the Soviet Union during the Cold War, the creation of alliances to restrict and defeat rogue state powers, and whether they were useful when dealing with the challenges posed by terrorism in the post-9/11 world. Each chapter features case studies, a summary, references, and web links. In addition, the book utilizes primary sources, such as U.S. Department of Defense and State documents and presidential statements. An exhaustive study of containment and alliance, this text will be an essential resource for anyone studying U.S. foreign policy, international relations, and national security"--

THE STORY OF OIL/PETROLEUM
IN AMERICA, IRAQ, ETC.

What is OIL?

Scientists believe “that lakes of OIL which now exist under the surface of the earth were formed from huge ocean beds of decayed material. Ages and ages ago the ocean bed was covered with slime, seaweeed, and the remains of fish. During various upheavals of the earth the ocean bed was violently displaced, and it is believed that at these times millions of fish were destroyed. Their remains were buried underneath layers of earth along with plants and other kinds of sentiment…..these masses of decaying seaweed, plants, and animals slowly formed into liquid and became our underground deposits of petroleum. Nobody knows how many millions of years this petroleum has lain in pools and in porous rock under hard-packed earth, rock, and coal.” Fresh supplies will NOT occur for millions of years.

The American Indians utilized oil as a medicine.

“George Washington’s soldiers, rubbing their tired limbs with oil from neighboring springs, were much refreshed.”

The salt makers discovered OIL in their wells. The OIL was called “devil’s tar”.

The Persians had discovered oil 2000 years previously or 71 A.D.

People in Europe began collecting OIL in 1556 from springs.
(Reference from Georgius Agricola’s DE RE METALLICA, 1556.)

England in 1829 discovered an OIL well which continues to pour out OIL.

England and France were trying “to find a way of using oil for lighting.”

1829 – The news about experiments on OIL reached a Pittsburgh gist, named Samuel Kier. Kier had tried to retail OIL as medicine under the “old Indian name, “Seneca Oil.”

Kier’s experiments were successful, “and petroleum began to replace whale oil for lighting lamps and lubricating wheels. Men began to see that there was wealth to be had from petroleum if only it could be found in large quantities.”

1859 – August 27. “Colonel” E. L. Drake, a New Elngland railroad conductor, struck oil near Titusville, Pennsylvania.” – 25 barrels were drawn.

1861 – “one of these deep wells” in Pennsylvania drew 300 barrels a day.

1865 – “Oil was successfully pumped through short trial pipe lines.”

1924 – “The British navy has adopted oil as fuel for its vessels.”
“The LEVIATHAN, for example, in one round trip to Europe used 68,000 barrels of oil!”

1925 – Pennsylvania pumped about 3,000,000 barrels a day.

1929 – California produced the largest amounts of OIL.

The second largest amounts were obtained from the Gulf Coast field in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Rocky Mountain field, from the Illinois field, and from the Lima-Indiana field. Three fourths of OIL “has been produced in three fields – the mid-continent, California, and Gulf Coast.”

A BRIEF LOOK AT MIDDLEEAST HISTORY OF OIL
- OIL : A VALUABLE RESOURCE AND A WEAPON-

By Amelia Kuulei Gora (2003)

With an ancient 8,000 year old history, the Middleeast is now a target by the United States operating INTERDEPENDENTLY with the United Nations who validates WARRING for Peace. Although an ancient civilization, with many interesting records and valuable source of studies, due to the recent PLUNDERING UPON S, the focus of this is to look at the OIL , the RESOURCES being looted, stolen, wrongfully obtained recently from IRAQ. The move to further ize and kill more s is slated for other areas in the Middleeast as documented in articles prepared by the Council of Foreign Relations, Inc.

With a heightened interest in oil since 1973: “Of the thirteen OPEC nations which now account for the great bulk of world trade, the big four (SAUDI ARABIA, IRAN, VENEZUELA, and IRAQ) now produce 63 percent of the total. The next four largest (KUWAIT, NIGERIA, UAR, and LIBYA) account for another 26 percent.” The balance 11 percent covered by the others.

Important Note: The CFR/Council of Foreign Relations with the U.S., Great Britain and the Bankers, etals. Planned, and formed the United Nations with the goal of ONE WORLD ORDER.

The order is Chronologically arranged:

1908 – Oil discovered in Persia by a company supported by the British government. The British Navy converted from coal powered ships to oil.

1912 – The British built the first oil-fueled battleship.

1914 – The Anglo-Persian Oil Company was purchased by the British government.

1919 - Persia refused protectorate request from the British government.

1921 - Reza Khan , army officer, was in charge of an uprising in Persia.

1925 – Reza Khan became the shah of Iran and obtained the name Reza Shah Pahlvi.

1948 – Israel became Independent.

1951 –thru 1975 The following Companies Refined Crude Oil:

Amerada Hess
Marathon Oil
Coastal States Gas
American Petrofina
Kerr-McGee
Commonwealth Oil Refining
Union Pacific (Champlin)
Murphy Oil
Koch Industries
Clark Oil and Refining
Tenneco
Crown Central
Toscopetro (The Oil Shale Corporation)
Charter
Agway
Farmland Industries
Tesoro Petroleum
Pennzoil
Apco Oil
Husky Oil
United Refining
National Cooperaive Refining Association

1953 - The American CIA/Central Intelligence Agency (President Bush Sr. was the head at one time.) and Great Britain removed Premier Mohammad Mosaddeq from Iran’s government and placed Kermit Roosevelt who used the name James Lockridge, in position. Kermit Roosevelt was Warmonger President Theodore Roosevelt’s grandson.

1968 – OPEC countries formed.

1970 - U.S. Oil and Energy Industries included the following:

-Crude Oil Production
-Crude Oil and Natural Gas Liquids Reserves
-Natural Gas Production
-Natural Gas Reserves
-Bituminous Coal Production
-Uranium (Uc0 8) Production
-Gasoline Sales
-Refining Capacity

1973 – Yom Kippur War. Egyptians and Syrians attacked Israel.

“The OPEC countries used oil to pressure the Americans and Europeans who had supported Israel to be more neutral. Soon both Egypt and Israel accepted a cease-fire based on a United Nations Security Council resolution.”

November – The U.S. ambassador “privately urged American citizens to pressure our own government to agree to Arab demands; …..publicly predicted “critical” east coast shortages of industrial fuel oil “within days,” lest anyone fail to panic. Our government covered up a cut-off of oil supplies to the U.S. Navy from European and Asian refineries, until it was revealed by a business journal.”

“ The slogan “cooperation not confrontation” sums up the consuming countries’ view of the cartel as a political problem to be solved by negotiation or force. Force is unthinkable. But negotiation or agreement with a group of sovereign monopolists is absurd. A bargain is enforced by competition or law, or both. Anyone who persistently breaks his word finds himself without customers and suppliers, who go elsewhere. Or a court can make him perform. But the monopoly has suppressed competition, so that there is no other place to go. And sovereign states are beyond any law.”

“ The demand for divestiture of the oil companies is merely one additional symptom of the inability of government and public opinion to see an economic problem for what it is.”

“The world structure of big oil is now the structure of the governments as owners and sellers of crude oil in the international market, which today includes the United States”.

The American CIA trained the SAVAK – Iranian secret police who d, arrested, imprisoned, executed thousands who opposed the shah.

1975 - The Following countries were producing oil:

OAPEC countries excludes BAHRAIN
SAUDI ARABIA
KUWAIT
LIBYA
IRAQ
UAE
ALGERIA
QATAR
EGYPT
SYRIA

OPEC countries includes all OAPEC countries except BAHRAIN, EGYPT, and SYRIA:

IRAN
VENEZUELA
NIGERIA
INDONESIA
GABON
ECUADOR

1976 – “VENEZUELA, LIBYA, IRAN, IRAQ and NIGERIA were carrying about five MBD(million barrels daily) of excess capacity.” ( This affected other countries.)

The following are Oil Companies affected by US Senate Bill S. 2387:

Amerada Hess Corp.
Ashland Oil, Inc.
Atlantic Richfield Co.
Cities Service co.
Continental Oil Co.
Exxon Corp.
Getty Oil Corp.
Gulf Oil Corp.
Marathon Oil Co.
Mobil Oil corp.
Pennzoil Co.
Phillips Petroleum Co.
Shell Oil co.
Standard Oil Co. of California
Standard Oil Co. (Indiana)
Standard Oil Co. (Ohio)
Sun Oil Co.
Tenneco Inc.
Texaco Inc.
Union Oil Co. of California

1979 – Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, Muslim teacher, spiritual leader became Iran’s political leader. He followed the Islamic laws: Hammurabi Code of Ethics, women wore veils, and attempted to ban music.

Khomeini labelled the United States the “GREAT SATAN”.

1980 – United Sates routinely called Israel a “strategic asset.”….at the peak of the Cold War there were some aspects of military and intelligence cooperation that gave substane to the term.”

Israel was expected to lie low while the Bush administration moved towards ‘Iraqi ties with Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Syria.’

1990 – August 2. Iraq occupied Kuwait. Assistance were by the Soviet Union, the French, China, and Saudi Arabia. Interestingly, Kuwait loaned Iraq $6 billion and the U.S. guaranteed $400 million for food which was used to purchase military weapons.

Conclusion

The U.S. viewed the OIL Nations as using “the OIL WEAPON against the West for purposes of coercion in matters of high policy.”

The power of the OIL Nations rests in the “cohesion” of the OAPEC members, acting in unison.

The United Nations appears to act as a disruption of the OAPEC Nations OIL power.

The continued desire to plunder upon SYRIA, IRAN, NORTH KOREA and others unnamed are documented in the FOREIGN AFFAIRS Volume 70, No. 1.

Information about the other countries intended/projected/anticipated to be plundered upon have already been placed on this forum.

Important Note: Hawaii’s Queen Liliuokalani in 1893 maintained that the United States BREACHED the Law of Nations. Bankrupt countries could NOT TREATY. The U.S. was bankrupt. The use of early SPIES in Hawaii, MASONS surrounding Hawaii’s Queen resulted in the dethronement, admitted by the United States in 1993 under Public Law 103-150.

IRAQ with the CIA/Central Intelligence Agency, with MASON and former President Bush as it's’head, can be considered as the SPIES and MASONS activities against nations that are Solvent, with VALUABLE RESOURCES are the similarities that can be seen at a glance.

The United States FAILURE in FINDING WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION also shows that IRAQ has had the weapons purchased destroyed.

The United States acting INTERDEPENDENTLY with the United Nations who validate WARRING for Peace has informed IRAN, SYRIA and North Korea of its intentions last month, April 2003.

The United States through its early SPY Activity/CIA Activities and STRATEGIC affairs have succeeded in acquiring OIL, the WEAPON of OIL from One of the Middleeast countries. A Provocation appears to have been set in place (see La Rouche articles and his website – Lyndon LaRouche – for additional details)….the continued plundering upon countries named above must be opposed due to more S being killed over the acquisition of the RESOURCES/ WEAPON OIL.

Research incomplete.

THE BROWN STUFF
by Greg Palast

September 4, 2003

I couldn't make this up. This morning, the US Department of the Interior is turning over the Mall in front of the Washington Monument to Pepsi-Cola Corporation to promote their new 'Pepsi Vanilla.'

This has gotten the Washington Post's liberal columnists' knickers in a twist. But they don't know the half of it.

Beyond renting the Monument grounds to Pepsi, President Bush has agreed to re-name the looming recession, 'The Pause That Refreshes.'

Furthermore, as part of a larger 're-brand America' campaign, the National Institute for Health has announced that the fourth new food group in the 'nutrition pyramid' after dairy foods, meat and fiber will be, Fizzy Brown Stuff.

The Bush Administration has moved swiftly to respond to objections to the commercialization of the nation's heritage sites. The complaints, from Pepsi rival Coca Cola, will be addressed by re-naming the Bill of Rights. Attorney General John Ashcroft is expected to announce today that, 'those ten outdated amendments will be called 'Bill of Rights Classic,' while the post-PATRIOT Act version will henceforth be called, 'New Rights Lite.'' A spokesman for Mr. Ashcroft added that Anne Coulter will be renamed, simply, 'Lite.'

Mr. Dick Cheney, the nation's Vice-President for Marketing, has angrily rejected accusations that photos released by the Defense Department of Saddam Hussein drinking Diet Dr. Pepper were fabricated for the purpose of winning public support for our entry into the cola wars. Cheney has turned down repeated requests to produce notes of his several meetings with soda-pop executives.

A spokesman at the Park Service indicates the agency has nixed proposals for a monument to the 'Spirit of the Pioneers' - referring to those who have given more than $100,000 to Bush family electoral campaigns. However, the plaque at the Lincoln Monument has been updated 'for accuracy' at the request of the National Association of Manufacturers to read, 'this government of the lobbyists, by the lobbyists and for the lobbyists shall not perish from this earth.'

There was a muted response from Senate Democrats who did not want to be seen as disagreeing with the popular president's rent-a-star program replacing the American flag's former design with peel-off coupons for a Pepsi, McMuffin and a large fries.

Bush spokesmen brushed aside government watchdog groups complaints that several federal agencies had encouraged civil servants in the Washington area to take the day off to attend festivities. 'Heck,' said Elaine Chao, Secretary of Labor, 'That's nothing. Today, we're announcing that the President has given more than NINE MILLION Americans the day off from work … maybe they'll get the whole year!'

Speaking from his golf cart at his ranch in Crawford, Texas, a confident President Bush reassured reporters, 'Despite the nay-sayers and doom-sayers, the Pepsification of America is proceeding as planned.' Noting that the Pepsi Vanilla extravaganza will be coordinated with the launch of the 2003 National Football League season, the President said, 'It's time to stop the quibbling and support our boys in uniform.'

'And, hey,' the confident commander-in-chief added, 'if we can go to war for Exxon, what's the big deal about renting the Mall to Pepsi?'

P.S.  Appears that the Corporations are persevering in demonizing Vladmir Putin of Russia and aching to make more monies off of Wars targeting Russia and others.

What is somewhat disturbing are the comments made by Vladmir Putin as highlighted in the above.

AND out of John Nelson's article at http://myweb.ecomplanet.com/GORA8037 also shows the following about Russia:

"It is quite apparent that the “Treasonous” and “Seditious” are brewing up a storm of untold magnitude. Bush’s public address of September 11, 1991 [See: Weekly Compilation of Presidential Documents] should further qualify what is being said here. He admitted “Interdependence” [See also: Public Law 94-564, Legislative History, pg. 5950], “One World Order” [See: Extension Of Remarks, January 19, 1976, Marjorie S. Holt, 8 U.S.C.A. 1101(40)], affiliation and collusion with the Soviet Union Oligarchy[50 U.S.C.A. 781], direction by the U.N. [22 U.S.C.A. 611] etc. You might also find it interesting that Treasury Delegation Order No. 92 states that the I.R.S. is trained under the direction of the Division of “Human Resources” (U.N.) and the Commissioner (INTERNATIONAL), by the “Office of Personal Management.” In the 1979 Edition of 22 U.S.C.A. 287, The United Nations, at pg. 248, you will find Executive Order No. 10422. The Office of Personnel Management is under direction of the Secretary General of the United Nations. And as stated previously, the I.R.S. is also a member in a one hundred fifty (150) nation pact called the “International Criminal Police Organization” found at 22 U.S.C.A. 263a. The “Memorandum & Agreement” between the Secretary of Treasury/Corporate Governor of “The Fund” and “The Bank” and the Office of the U.S. Attorney General would indicate that the Attorney General and his associates are soliciting and collecting information for Foreign Principals [See: The United States Government Manual 1990/91, pg. 385; also see, The Ron Paul Money Book, supra, pgs, 250-251]."

Add the Fact that the 1822 Secret Treaty of Verona continues.............

https://img2.blogblog.com/img/video_object.png"/>

and then again since the ongoing criminal assumption or takeover of the United States of America citizens by a Corporation, and the party signing the Treaty according to Senator  as "the people of the United States" shows an identity theft which has taken place since 1822 involving a fictitious entity which can be prosecuted due to illegal contracts operating which claims to represent the people of the United States of America.

The "United States" term came into play from the time of the purchase of the Federal Reserves during U.S. President Cleveland's time or during his second term 1893.

  1. Grover Cleveland
    24th U.S. President
  2. Stephen Grover Cleveland was the 22nd and 24th President of the United States; and, therefore was the only US president to serve two terms not in a row and to be counted twice in the numbering of the presidents.Wikipedia

Therefore, the 1822 Treaty of Verona was first breached by the United States of America when the American Civil War occurred in 1861-1865, then when the Federal Reserves was purchased by citizens who purchased a Nation's bank and became the "behind the scenes" controllers of the banks, funds of an unknowing nation called the United States of America.

The United States of America continued in operating a number of treaties with other nations and had to make good the permanent friendship, amity treaties while pursuing other facets/entities calling itself the American Empire assuming non treaty foreign lands, calling itself the United States, the America's, U.S., and the Newstates of the United States.

I hope that all the Nations become aware that even Russia has gone through changes to include the U.S.S.R., as well as other treaty members of the 1822 Secret Treaty of Verona ----such as Austria, France, Prussia /Germany, etc., England, and even the Vatican.

It is important that all people and all true Nations operating take back their governments and hold those perpetuating the frauds be held accountable, because the Road to War is truly not O.K. in Civilized Societies.  It can be said that Corporations, therefore, are Barbaric in nature and contrary to Civilized Societies.

The other additional/added 20 new States (including the Republic of Hawaii) were not part of the Treaty. Depending on what was written in their Constitution when their State was formed, they may or may not be included in the perpetual agreement.

In the case of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the Republic of Hawaii, both have different authorities, and one is a Nation vs. the other a set up, premeditated State supported by the U.S., England, Morgan bankers (includes Bank of England) based on the 1822 Secret Treaty of Verona pact, 1918 Congressional discussion with the States - 30 with the Perpetual Treaty and the newly added 18 States which remained a minority of States.
The Republic of Hawaii turned Territory of Hawaii then State of Hawaii with Oppositions every step of the way became the 50 th State by Presidential Executive Order behind of the 49th State of Alaska, both bodies of land being disconnected/disjointed/non-contiguous from the U.S. Nation and cannot normally be called United States/U.S./United States of America based on the failure to be identified as a contiguous land mass associated with States being United, a Nation recognized under the Law of Nations.
The added 18 States from 1850 through 1912 became the "Newstates" added to the U.S. Constitution. The 18 States were:
California Sept. 9, 1850
31 st Ceded by Mexico by the Treaty of Guadalupe-Hidalgo, concluded Feb. 2, 1848, and proclaimed July 4, 1848. From then until statehood, California had a military government until Dec. 20, 1849, and then a local civil government. It never had a territorial form of government.

States Under Duress, Stress, Coercion, Usurpation
Due to the Financial duress that all 50 States bear for Wars, Plundering Upon Innocents, with the goals of One World Order through the 1822 Secret Treaty of Verona, an additional Constitution approved in 1980 by all 50 States Senators and House of Representatives, this Second Constitution is called the “Constitution For the Newstates Of The United States.”
see: http://myweb.ecomplanet.com/GORA8037 and see Legal Research by John Nelson

Nevertheless, Kenyan born Obama puts out the "tradition based" Executive Orders from Washington, D.C., an area that is not even part of the United States and upholds the Financial "Constitution For the Newstates Of The United States" while the 1849 Perpetual Treaty with the Hawaiian Kingdom and the U.S. Constitution exists with the majority of the States remains in place to this day.

The Hawaiian Kingdom exists today because the Sovereigns heirs, descendants of Successors, House of Nobles descendants, heirs of the Permanent branches exists today, which also means that the Crown Lands are owned by the Sovereign, House of Nobles, Heirs/descendants/ Successors whose ancestor Kamehameha did form the Hawaiian Kingdom, and these lands are not the "ceded lands", etc.

Additionally, the alodio/ano alodio system remains, which means all kanaka maoli have the true titles to the lands, etc.

aloha.

"It's official: The U.S. is the world's leading terrorist state, and proud of it."

That should have been the headline for the lead story in The New York Times on Oct. 15, which was more politely titled "CIA Study of Covert Aid Fueled Skepticism About Helping Syrian Rebels."

The article reports on a CIA review of recent U.S. covert operations to determine their effectiveness. The White House concluded that unfortunately successes were so rare that some rethinking of the policy was in order.

The article quoted President Barack Obama as saying that he had asked the CIA to conduct the review to find cases of "financing and supplying arms to an insurgency in a country that actually worked out well. And they couldn't come up with much." So Obama has some reluctance about continuing such efforts.

The first paragraph of the Times article cites three major examples of "covert aid": Angola, Nicaragua and Cuba. In fact, each case was a major terrorist operation conducted by the U.S.

Angola was invaded by South Africa, which, according to Washington, was defending itself from one of the world's "more notorious terrorist groups" - Nelson Mandela's African National Congress. That was 1988.

By then the Reagan administration was virtually alone in its support for the apartheid regime, even violating congressional sanctions to increase trade with its South African ally.

Meanwhile Washington joined South Africa in providing crucial support for Jonas Savimbi's terrorist Unita army in Angola. Washington continued to do so even after Savimbi had been roundly defeated in a carefully monitored free election, and South Africa had withdrawn its support. Savimbi was a "monster whose lust for power had brought appalling misery to his people," in the words of Marrack Goulding, British ambassador to Angola.

The consequences were horrendous. A 1989 U.N. inquiry estimated that South African depredations led to 1.5 million deaths in neighboring countries, let alone what was happening within South Africa itself. Cuban forces finally beat back the South African aggressors and compelled them to withdraw from illegally occupied Namibia. The U.S. alone continued to support the monster Savimbi.

In Cuba, after the failed Bay of Pigs invasion in 1961, President John F. Kennedy launched a murderous and destructive campaign to bring "the terrors of the earth" to Cuba - the words of Kennedy's close associate, the historian Arthur Schlesinger, in his semiofficial biography of Robert Kennedy, who was assigned responsibility for the terrorist war.

The atrocities against Cuba were severe. The plans were for the terrorism to culminate in an uprising in October 1962, which would lead to a U.S. invasion. By now, scholarship recognizes that this was one reason why Russian Premier Nikita Khrushchev placed missiles in Cuba, initiating a crisis that came perilously close to nuclear war. U.S. Defense Secretary Robert McNamara later conceded that if he had been a Cuban leader, he "might have expected a U.S. invasion."

American terrorist attacks against Cuba continued for more than 30 years. The cost to Cubans was of course harsh. The accounts of the victims, hardly ever heard in the U.S., were reported in detail for the first time in a study by Canadian scholar Keith Bolender, "Voices From the Other Side: an Oral History of Terrorism Against Cuba," in 2010.

The toll of the long terrorist war was amplified by a crushing embargo, which continues even today in defiance of the world. On Oct. 28, the U.N., for the 23rd time, endorsed "the necessity of ending the economic, commercial, financial blockade imposed by the United States against Cuba." The vote was 188 to 2 (U.S., Israel), with three U.S. Pacific Island dependencies abstaining.

There is by now some opposition to the embargo in high places in the U.S., reports ABC News, because "it is no longer useful" (citing Hillary Clinton's new book "Hard Choices"). French scholar Salim Lamrani reviews the bitter costs to Cubans in his 2013 book "The Economic War Against Cuba."

Nicaragua need hardly be mentioned. President Ronald Reagan's terrorist war was condemned by the World Court, which ordered the U.S. to terminate its "unlawful use of force" and to pay substantial reparations.

Washington responded by escalating the war and vetoing a 1986 U.N. Security Council resolution calling on all states - meaning the U.S. - to observe international law.

Another example of terrorism will be commemorated on Nov. 16, the 25th anniversary of the assassination of six Jesuit priests in San Salvador by a terrorist unit of the Salvadoran army, armed and trained by the U.S. On the orders of the military high command, the soldiers broke into the Jesuit university to murder the priests and any witnesses - including their housekeeper and her daughter.

This event culminated the U.S. terrorist wars in Central America in the 1980s, though the effects are still on the front pages today in the reports of "illegal immigrants," fleeing in no small measure from the consequences of that carnage, and being deported from the U.S. to survive, if they can, in the ruins of their home countries.

Washington has also emerged as the world champion in generating terror. Former CIA analyst Paul Pillar warns of the "resentment-generating impact of the U.S. strikes" in Syria, which may further induce the jihadi organizations Jabhat al-Nusra and the Islamic State toward "repairing their breach from last year and campaigning in tandem against the U.S. intervention by portraying it as a war against Islam."

That is by now a familiar consequence of U.S. operations that have helped to spread jihadism from a corner of Afghanistan to a large part of the world.

Jihadism's most fearsome current manifestation is the Islamic State, or ISIS, which has established its murderous caliphate in large areas of Iraq and Syria.

"I think the United States is one of the key creators of this organization," reports former CIA analyst Graham Fuller, a prominent commentator on the region. "The United States did not plan the formation of ISIS," he adds, "but its destructive interventions in the Middle East and the War in Iraq were the basic causes of the birth of ISIS."

To this we may add the world's greatest terrorist campaign: Obama's global project of assassination of "terrorists." The "resentment-generating impact" of those drone and special-forces strikes should be too well known to require further comment.

This is a record to be contemplated with some awe.

The #1 Threat to Peace in the World -- Guess Who? It's U.S.

World polling is unanimous on this point: The US is behind an arc of violence stretching from Latin America to the Middle East.

The highly controversial speech by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s to Congress had one purpose: to convince U.S. officials and the Israeli and American public that Iran and its nuclear energy program poses a dire threat. “Iran's regime poses a grave threat, not only to Israel, but also the peace of the entire world,” Netanyahu said.

The U.S. Congress certainly agrees with Netanyahu. But much of the rest of the world thinks Iran has a right to enrich uranium, which is at the heart of the dispute between the U.S. and Israel and Iran. More importantly, the rest of the globe thinks the United States is the biggest threat to peace. In early 2014,Gallup International/WIN released its annual global survey based on research conducted the previous year. The most striking statistic was that 24 percent of people around the world believe that the U.S. poses the greatest threat to peace. The runners-up were far behind: eight percent of respondents thought Pakistan was the greatest threat, while six percent thought it was China. And only five percent of those surveyed thought Iran was a threat to world peace. The numbers are based on interviews with 1,000 people in 65 different nations. (The survey published this year did not contain the same question.)

Those numbers are an important window into how the rest of the world views U.S. foreign policy—a view in stark contrast to how Americans think of themselves. The end of WWII marked the beginning of the U.S.’ superpower status. Since 1945, the U.S. government has meddled, intervened, overthrown and/or invaded the governments of dozens of foreign countries. U.S. actions have created an arc of violence and chaos stretching from Latin America to the Middle East and beyond.

In the Cold War era, this intervention was justified by the threat of communism. In 1954, the CIA colluded with right-wing Guatemalans to overthrow the democratically elected president of Guatemala, Jacobo Arbenz. In subsequent decades, the right-wing leaders of Guatemala waged a vicious campaign against leftist opponents, resulting in what many consider to be a genocide in which hundreds of thousands of people died. (In 2013, a Guatemalan court ruled that U.S.-backed General Rios Montt, the former leader of the country, was guilty of genocide for his role in the killings of 1,700 indigenous people. The ruling was overturned 10 days after the conviction on procedural grounds.)

In 1961, the CIA tried, and failed, to overthrow the Cuban government, which underwent a communist revolution in the 1950s. And in 1973, the U.S. backed the overthrow of Chilean President Salvador Allende, which ushered in a brutal dictatorship run by General Augusto Pinochet. By the time Pinochet’s reign was over, he had killed at least 4,000 people and tortured tens of thousands.

The contemporary era has been marked by the U.S. “war on terror.” After the September 11 attacks, the Bush administration embarked on a violent war that destroyed Afghanistan and Iraq. Thousands of civilians were killed by the U.S. military, and thousands more as a result of the power vacuum and chaos that arose in those states after the U.S. deposed Saddam Hussein and the Taliban. Concurrently, the Bush administration implemented a global torture regime with the help of dozens of other countries. The CIA and U.S. military systematically tortured hundreds of people, many of them innocent of any serious crime. The Obama administration’s drone strikes in Pakistan and Yemen have further destabilized those nations and killed hundreds of civilians while enraging the local population.

Another striking statistic from the Gallup International/WIN poll is the country that most fears the U.S.: Russia. Fifty-four percent of Russians told the pollsters that the U.S. is the biggest threat to global peace. This feeling is rooted in a real fear of NATO expansionism, a fear that has only increased since the start of the Western-Russian conflict over Ukraine. As John Mearsheimer wrote in Foreign Affairs last year, since the collapse of the Soviet Union, NATO—composed of the U.S. and European allies—has steadily crept eastward in Europe toward Russia. NATO came to encompass states like Poland, the Czech Republic and Latvia. NATO had designs on states even closer to Russia, Georgia and Ukraine, though those two countries never formally joined NATO.

This naturally raised tensions with Russia. And so when the pro-Russian leader of Ukraine was deposed, a move backed by the West, Russian leader Vladimir Putin exploited the opportunity to invade Crimea, setting up an explosive new conflict with the U.S. and Europe. Now there is real fear of an escalation of the war in Ukraine.

No wonder Russians view the U.S. unfavorably. Nor is it surprising that the rest of the world, which witnessed the U.S. invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan, continues to see the U.S. as a threat to peace.

So when Netanyahu and his congressional allies crow that Iran is the biggest threat to the world’s peace and security, the rest of the world snickers. The world will continue to see the U.S. as a threat as long as it continues its aggressive interventionism around the globe.

The only conclusion that informed analysis supports is that Washington is the greatest threat to life on earth.  Washington is a greater threat than global warming.  Washington is a greater threat than the exhaustion of mineral energy sources.  Washington is a greater threat than the rise in world and US poverty from Washington’s policy to enrich the few at the expense of the many.
