Projects covered on the News - also based on the unlawful/ illegal taking through "Proclamation" to claim lands in our Royal Family's Inventory or Konohiki/Caretakers Inventories, etc.:

Information was sent previously showing that the lands no longer belongs to Charles Reed Bishop and the Bernice Pauahi Bishop EstatesTrustees who had been deeded a life interest from Charles Reed Bishop.
Bernice Pauahi Bishop died in 1884 and the lands are under the Kingdom of Hawaii, not the created entity State of Hawaii, occupier status that had No Annexation:
The Trustees engaged with the Booz, Allen group/military operatives to seek ways to make more monies off of our lands and continue the lies, fraud, deceit, piracy, pillaging on our Royal Family's lands which is Not O.K.

A Joinder was also filed showing Kalola's descendants/heirs - Kalola was the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop who inherited part of the Estate and the full Estate when Charles Reed Bishop died in 1915.....but actually owned the Full Estate when Bishop commited treason, conspiracy, piracy, racketeering, etc.
The Kamehameha Schools/KSBE/Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates is a Trust which began in the period prior to the armed invasion, a premeditated invasion upon a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation whose Neutrality law of 1854 was breached in 1893.
Queen Liliuokalani was faced with the armed U.S. invasion. She was surrounded by conspirators, even her own family - brother-in-laws Charles Reed Bishop, and Archibald Cleghorn. Her niece Princess Kaiulani, her nephews Prince Kuhio, Prince Kawananakoa, et. als.
Queen Liliuokalani had requested for an American Protectorate in November 1892, and the U.S. gave no response.
The Conspirators/ soon to be Americans moved to dethrone her and used the Kingdom of Hawaii's funds to sail to the U.S. for their recognition.
The U.S. through Minister Stevens gave the U.S. Protectorate to the pirates, the usurpers instead and disregarded the Queen's request.
As it turns out, the U.S., Great Britain, and France did grant a protectorate to Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli in 1854 which had stipulations, including a promise that the "Sandwich Islands" the Kingdom of Hawaii would be "an independent State and never to take possession either directly or under title of protectorate, or under any other form, of any part of the territory of which they are composed." The contract was made with Queen Victoria of Great Britain. "The stipulation made forty nine years ago, and so far as any thing to the contrary appears, is binding to-day." New York Sun, October 31, 1892.
Queen Liliuokalani was given Hawaii Back and the newspapers printed lies.

The following news printed in Hong Kong Gazette was claimed to be fake by the Provisional Government.
U.S. President Grover Cleveland did give back Hawaii in 1893, 1894, and 1897 to Queen Liliuokalani as discovered in research.
This is evidence that the Provisional Government did tamper and change the news which came in from other countries:

SUMMARY
Opposition to your moves on building the homeless shelters on our Private Properties is Not O.K.
Royal Persons are not subject to the laws.
Private Properties are protected under our Royal Family's Allodial Titles and Not owned by the Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates Trustees who are Not related to our Royal Family.

Once again, this is to inform you that you cannot build on our Private Properties.
There was no Annexation, which means that you have No Jurisdiction in our Legitimate Government known as the Kingdom of Hawaii.
The breaches of the Neutrality Law of 1854 is a very important issue which is why U.S. President Grover Cleveland had warned Americans before he left office in 1897.
Protection of lives, safety, health is most important. Toxic water from the U.S. Military's fuel tanks is not O.K. and needs to be removed which is one of the major priorities of our Royal Family's concern and a danger to many innocents on Oahu, and outer islands including Mauna Kea, etc.

This instrument marks this 27th day of April 1893 by and
between Charles R. Bishop of Honolulu Island of Oahu Hawaiian
Islands in his own right ) of the first part and Charles R. Bishop Samuel
M. Damon Charles M. Hyde Charles M. Cooke and Joseph O. Carter
all of said Honolulu Trustees under the will of Bernice P. Bishop of the
second part Witnesseth that the said party of the first part in consideration
of One Dollar to him paid by the ssaid parties of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged hath remised released and forever quit claim
unto the said parties of the second part their heirs successors and assigns
All of his right title interest estate and possession in and to all of those lands
at Waikiki Oahu aforesaid situate makai of the Government main and
leading to Kapiolani Park being the lands devised to the said party of

Note: The only thing added is the highlighted "for his life " which shows the conveyance of a life interest for Charles Reed Bishop.
Charles Reed Bishop had only a life interest and conveyed it back to himself and the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Trust.
Charles Reed Bishop could not convey more than what he inherited.
Kalola's heirs and successors owned the Full Estate when Charles Reed Bishop conspired against the Queen and the Kingdom of Hawaii in 1893.
Had Charles Reed Bishop not conspired and become a treasonous person, his life interest would have ended on June 7, 1915 when he died.
Which means that Charles Reed Bishop could not convey out interest that no longer belonged to him.
Kalola, the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop was the documented heir and successor and her descendants, heirs and successors are the legal, Allodial landowners, landlords who are the legal landowners, landlords, rents, leases, Kamehameha monies, the gold and artifacts inherited by our Royal Family, the bloodlines of Kamehameha documented through research, etc.
Liber 142 pages 142 and 143 is a major evidence of piracy, racketeering, fraud, maliscious criminal activity by White Supremacist Charles Reed Bishop, the Trustees and Friends who conspired against Queen Liliuokalani, the Royal Family, and the Kingdom of Hawaii government.
The Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates are Not the landowners, the Allodial landowners, the landlords and they have perpetuated crimes since 1893.
Charles Reed Bishop, the Trustees, and Friends have played a role in conveying lands to the U.S., themselves and others for financial gain at the expense of our Queen, our Royal Family, and our neutral, friendly, non violent nation.
Evidence has been found that the U.S. was interested in Annexing Hawaii since 1820 as documented by U.S. President William McKinley.
