There's a Konohiki named Routhe Bolomet who has experienced being removed from her home on Pupukea, Oahu, Hawaii, without legal authority.
Routhe Bolomet did purchase her home and have experienced issues over time.
Routhe Bolomet was assigned as a Konohiki from our Royal Family.
The State of Hawaii are not the land owners, and aliens are not the land owners in the Hawaiian Islands.
The State of Hawaii has No Annexation and has No Jurisdiction in the Hawaiian Islands.
Konohiki Rights
Konohiki are assigned to Private Properties through the Mahele of 1848, or assigned to Private Properties belonging to our Royal Family.
The assignment that Routhe Bolomet was given includes property that is free from rents, and taxes.
The Pupukea Ahupuaa, North Shore, Oahu, Hawaii belongs to Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.
This land is part of Kamehameha III's Private Property and the Crown Lands which belongs to Kamehameha III for 'himself, his heirs and successors, forever'.
Kamehameha III and Mataio Kekuanaoa had 1,000 Konohiki each, on assignment in the Hawaiian Islands.
Routhe Bolomet has the legal right to remain on the assigned property(ies) and is validated as the Konohiki in Pupukea, etc.
We operate and are part of the Legitimate Government in Hawaii known as the Kingdom of Hawaii that has full sovereignty and recognized as part of the Family of Nations since 1810 when Kamehameha was recognized as the King of the Hawaiian Monarchy.
In 1840, Kamehameha III began the Constitutional Monarchy government with recognition by Belgium, Great Britain, U.S., France, Russia, etc.
