The Pirates of the Pacific: Charles Reed Bishop and Friends were conspirators against our Royal Family, our Queen Liliiuokalani, and our neutral, friendly, non-violent nation - the Kingdom of Hawaii.
Charles Reed Bishop was the backbone of the growing conspiracy since his entry into the Hawaiian Islands.
Although his marriage gave him an interest in the estate of his wife, Bernice Pauahi Bishop, he had only a life interest.
Bernice Pauahi Bishop died in 1884 and Charles Reed Bishop began to convey interest to many.
Charles Reed Bishop owned for his lifetime a half estate of his wife.
The other half belonged to Bernice Pauahi Bishop's stepsister, also a first cousin who was documented as a next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop in Probate.
In 1893, Charles Reed Bishop was documented as the President of the Board of Education in the Provisional government group who aided in the planned military invasion of the Kingdom of Hawaii.
Charles Reed Bishop and Friends including Trustees of his wife Bernice Pauahi Bishop had helped with dethroning his sister-in-law Queen Liliuokalani and was a documented conspirator and a treasonous person.
Charles Reed Bishop was the President of the Board of Education under the Provisional Government which had no sovereignty and was Not the Legitimate Government in Hawaii.
The above lists some of those who conspired against Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.
The most evil is Charles Reed Bishop who arrived in Hawaii with William Lee. Both worked for the American Consulate, then as an attorney, plantation owner, banker, etc.
Bishop was a "gold digger" marrying Bernice Pauahi Bishop who was Not the "last of the Kamehameha's".
Charles Reed Bishop removed the Kamehameha artifacts, sold Ruth Keelikolani's Palace which belonged entirely to Kalola the next-of-kin of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Non-owner Charles Reed Bishop sold the Ruth Keelikolani's Palace to the Department of Education of the non-sovereign entity called the Provisional Government for $30,000 and left for California to work with the J.P. Morgan bankers.
Bishop and the Trustees lost all interest in the Estate when they conspired against the Queen in 1893.
They were Aliens who could not own Kamehameha's Royal Family's Allodial lands. They lost all rights to land, monies, etc.
Note: If Charles Reed Bishop had not participated in the conspiracy against Queen Liliuokalani, he
would have held legal interest until his death in 1915.
So, the fact is that Charles Reed Bishop and the Trustees of Bernice Pauahi could not own any lands in the Kingdom of Hawaii. They were treasonous persons.

Evidence of U.S. Premeditation against a Neutral, Friendly, Non-Violent Nation
The Provisional government was changed to the Republic of Hawaii, another Non Sovereignty entity.
U.S. President Cleveland gave Hawaii back to Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, 1894, and 1897.

The following post was published in my book CHRONICLE OF HISTORY FROM HAWAII, ABROAD, AND THE UNITED STATES.
The firm Booz, Allen & Hamilton are part of the NSA/National Security Agency of the United States.
In the post below, the firm Booz, Allen & Hamilton were hired by the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates for advice in how to make monies, etc. off of a Trust which they have no title to.
Thanks to Whistleblower Edward Snowden who exposed secrets about the U.S., the connections to the NSA/National Security Agency through the Booz, Allen & Hamilton, etc. firm, we would not have known the ongoing interest in Hawaiian lands by the U.S. who helped to support the invasion of Hawaii since the criminal dethronement of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.
The following is evidence of an ongoing conspiracy set up to defraud the true land owners, who are the true owners of lands formerly belonging to Bernice Pauahi Bishop who died in 1884.
Piracy, pillaging, fraud, racketeering is documented for the Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates who have no interest in lands conveyed by treasonous person, widower of Bernice Pauahi Bishop named Charles Reed Bishop, a President of the Department of Education under the Provisional government in 1893.
The following entry is evidence of a Crime engaged in by the Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop who claimed to be he heirs as documented in the Land Court case 1228, First Circuit Court, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.
While researching at the Archives, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii, the following information was handed to me by another researcher:
1961 – September 25. The Kamehameha Schools planning survey was conducted by the firm of Booz, Allen & Hamilton for the Trustees of the Bernice P. Bishop Estate. The survey had been conducted in accordance with the proposal letter dated May 6, 1960, which was accepted by the trustees on July 29, 1960.
The Survey Team – consisted of seven selected persons. They were selected by the Management Consultants, and with the Trustees of the Bernice P. Bishop Estate:

The Survey Schedule – began on August 1960 and completed September 1961.
The full cycle of observations was done on the Kamehameha Schools.
Progressive Trustees updates were made in August, September, November, December 1960, February, May and August 1961. Progress reports, charts, progress were sent to the Trustees and President on October 24; November 15, 1960; January 17, March 1, March 23, May 9, June 27 and July 24, 1961.
Copies of drafts and other chapters of the final report were sent to the Trustees, the President and the legal counsel in July.
“Members of the survey team met with the president on the mainland in June and July 1961, to review drafts, and key report chapters.
Final presentation to the Trustees and the President was made on August 1 through 8, 1961. Survey components were discussed in detail.
Survey Procedures – Comprehensiveness, thoroughness, and objectivity was focused on.
“Mrs. Bishop’s will, legal decisions and opinions, basic documents, minutes, records, previous survey reports, and financial reports were reviewed by members of the survey team.
Carefully selected persons were interviewed throughout the state, individually and as members of groups. The survey team SELECTED the persons interviewed, thereby being a biased controlled group, taking into account suggestions of the trustees, the president, and others. In total, more than 600 persons were interviewed:

Sixteen Chapters and a Total of four (4) Volumes were compiled for this study. Recommendations, input from the above were requested for.
Recommendations – are far-reaching and demanding. “The trustees and administration should move forward with their implementation as rapidly as possible. The two major factors limiting the freedom of the trustees are as follows:
3. Court approval required. Request for approval from the Attorney General and the courts needed.
4. Income was needed to increase the operations of the schools cost. The trustees woud need to increase estate income as rapidly as feasible and, in anticipation of income, prepare the schools to MOVE FORWARD AS RAPIDLY AS THE INCOME BECOMES AVAILABLE.
Conclusion – “The survey team BELIEVES THAT THE OPPORTUNITIES FOR SERVICE CONFRONTING THE KAMEHAMEHA SCHOOLS ARE VIRTUALLY LIMITLESS. THE KAMEHAMEHA SCHOOLS OFFER PROMISE OF BEING THE MOST INTERESTING AND WORTHWHILE EDUCATIONAL ENTERPRISE IN THE UNITED STATES IN THE DECADES IMMEDIATELY AHEAD.”
“As noted above, this survey report provides a long-range plan designed specifically to help the schools REALIZE THEIR POTENTIAL IMPORTANCE.
To take advantage of available opportunities for service and to develop The Kamehameha Schools into the outstanding institutions they can and should become will require continuing effort on the part of the trustees, the president, administrators, teachers, parents, students, and alumni alike. Through strong leadership from the trustees and president and the exertion of the needed effort, the fundamental educational purposes of MRS. BISHOP CAN BEST BE ACHIEVED IN THE HAWAII OF TODAY AND THE DECADES AHEAD. With dynamic, forward-looking leadership, and the FINANCIAL RESOURCES THAT ARE POTENTIALLY AVAILABLE, THE BISHOP ESTATE COULD BECOME THE MOST SIGNIFICANT EDUCATION FOUNDATION IN THE UNITED STATES.
We have individually and as a survey team appreciated this opportunity to be of assistance to The Trustees of the Bernice P. Bishop Estate and to the Kamehameha Schools. We shall look forward to opportunities to be of further service in the years ahead.”

This report was stated as Confidential and intended only for The Trustees of the Bernice P. Bishop Estates. However, because the State Archives is a Public Record locale, this was retrieved by one of the Researchers and a copy was obtained with difficulty.
(It is of Significant interest that the Bernice Pauahi’s Will was reviewed, in actuality the Kamehameha Schools were to operate on my great grandmother’s 9,000+ acres of land. Terrorist attorney, banker, plantation owner Charles Reed Bishop had claimed that Akahi, my great grandmother, legally my great great grandmother had no descendants. Fraud, criminal deceit, criminal malfeasance is documented.
Bernice Pauahi’s Probate shows that her heir is Kalola (w). Heirs EXIST such as our families.
The recommendations for the use of funds were secured from a biased group, which was carefully selected, another group to be considered as a Partners in Crime.
The Kamehameha Schools are built on the lands belonging to my families. My ancestor Nuuanu (k) was the konohiki/caretaker of Kapalama. He shared in properties of Kauikeouli/Kamehameha III, etc. Nuuanu (k) was the father-in-law of my ancestor Akahi (w). Criminal claims, Fraud, deceit claimed by The Kamehameha Schools.
Bernice Pauahi WAS NOT THE LAST OF THE KAMEHAMEHA’s. HER LINE DIED OUT. She had several Hawaiian/kanaka maoli husbands. She was the one who married the Terrorist, Charles Reed Bishop. She was the hanai mother of OPUNUI (k) of whom my ancestor’s married on my maternal genealogical lines.)

The Booz and Allen group were the same names that came up in the IRAQ War studies, etc.
The above information reveals evidence of a Crime against our Royal Family, the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
The criminal, pirate Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates are indeed documented criminals and no different from a thief who steals throughout the day.
The difference of this crime is that it is an ongoing crime supported by the U.S. through the NSA which engages in the assistance of the Booz, Allen & Hamilton agency.
The Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates are not the Allodial, Superior, Paramount land title owners because we are.
Fraud vitiates all claims and all contracts.
The laws of the occupied must be used, not the laws of the occupier using Revised laws, Common laws of Great Britain, laws of the United States, etc.

The United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR) encompasses about half the earth's surface, stretching from the waters off the west coast of the U.S. to the western border of India, and from Antarctica to the North Pole. There are few regions as culturally, socially, economically, and geo-politically diverse as the Asia-Pacific. The 36 nations comprising the Asia-Pacific region are home to more than 50% of the world's population, 3,000 different languages, several of the world's largest militaries, and five nations allied with the U.S. through mutual defense treaties. Two of the three largest economies are located in the Asia-Pacific along with 10 of the 14th smallest. The AOR includes the most populous nation in the world, the largest democracy, and the largest Muslim-majority nation. More than one third of Asia-Pacific nations are smaller, island nations that include the smallest republic in the world and the smallest nation in Asia.
USINDOPACOM is one of six geographic Unified Combatant Commands of the United States Armed Forces. Commander, U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (CDRUSINDOPACOM) is the senior U.S. military authority in the Indo-Pacific Command AOR. CDRUSINDOPACOM reports to the President of the United States through the Secretary of Defense and is supported by four component commands: U.S. Pacific Fleet, U.S. Pacific Air Forces, U.S. Army Pacific and U.S. Marine Forces, Pacific. These commands are headquartered in Hawai'i and have forces stationed and deployed throughout the region.
Approximately 375,000 U.S. military and civilian personnel are assigned to the USINDOPACOM area of responsibility. U.S. Pacific Fleet consists of approximately 200 ships (to include five aircraft carrier strike groups), nearly 1,100 aircraft, and more than 130,000 Sailors and civilians dedicated to protecting our mutual security interests. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific includes two Marine Expeditionary Forces and about 86,000 personnel and 640 aircraft assigned. U.S. Pacific Air Forces comprises of approximately 46,000 airmen and civilians and more than 420 aircraft. Of note, component command personnel numbers include more than 1,200 Special Operations personnel. Department of Defense civilian employees in the Indo-Pacific Command AOR number about 38,000.

SUMMARY
The moves of the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates - the Pirates of the Pacific Charles Reed Bishop and Friends, and their request for assistance from agencies such as the Booz & Allen to help guide them is shown above.
All of the above named are contrary to the 1849-1850 Treaty of Amity and Friendship between the Kingdom of Hawaii and the United States; contrary to the U.S. Constitution (1787) Article 6; and contrary to the Neutrality Law of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli signed in 1854.
As documented by U.S. President Grover Cleveland in 1896, he warned all Americans that a military expedition or enterprise was prohibited and was a breach of Neutrality law in Hawaii:

The Mission statement of the USINDOPACOM

All three (3) entities:
(1) Kamehameha Schools/KSBE/Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates;
(2) Booz, Allen, & Hamilton, and
(3) USINDOPACOM shows and verifies that the U.S. continues to operate unlawfully, illegally and continues to breach the neutrality law of 1854, and continues a military expedition or enterprise as documented by U.S. President Grover Cleveland in 1897.
Violations of the 1850 Treaty, the neutrality law of 1854, and even the U.S. Constitution of 1787 is hereby documented for the records.
The Kingdom of Hawaii continues on with a full 100% sovereignty status vs. the Occupying created State of Hawaii by the U.S. which has a 1/50% shared sovereignty with the other 49 states utilizing the 1871 Secret Bankers Constitution, etc.
All lands claimed by the Kamehameha Schools/KSBE/Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates since 1893 does not belong to them.
All properties conveyed by them were for 30 years only. In other words, when Bernice Pauahi Bishop died in 1884, the Deeds conveyed expired in 1914.
Illegal contracts, fraud has been maintained by the Kamehameha Schools Trustees, etc. over time.
The next-of-kin Kalola /her descendants and heirs owned the Full Estate from 1893 due to the conspiracy, treason, fraud, etc. of Charles Reed Bishop.
Charles Reed Bishop and Trustees of Kamehameha Schools, etc. Lost all interest in lands, monies, etc. since 1893. They are Not the Allodial title land owners, they are Not part of our Royal Family, etc.
They could never own our Royal Family's lands, Allodial lands due to their Alien status as well.
Booz, Allen & Hamilton/Booz & Allen, the USINDOPACOM, etc. were conveyed properties which was conveyed by non-owners, Kamehameha Schools, etc. who are in violation of the 1850 Treaty and violate Article XIV, violate Article 6 of the U.S. Constitution, and violate the Neutrality law of 1854.
Rents are due from the Kamehameha Schools/KSBE/Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees, Booz, Allen & Hamilton/Booz & Allen, USINDOPACOM, the U.S., etc. for our Royal Family's land use.
