Greetings,

We deny the U.S. claims over our private properties called the Crown Lands wrongfully called ceded lands.

The Deeds of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli were found at the Archives in a file which was accidentally discovered by members of our Royal Family while doing research on the lands of Honouliuli, Ewa, Oahu.

We are in opposition to your Claims of Our Private Properties called the Crown Lands which belongs to Kamehameha III/himself, his heirs and successors, forever.

We are also the legal allodial land owners of Princess Ruth Keelikolani's Palace in downtown Honolulu, Pearl Harbor, Oahu, Mokuumeume Island renamed "Ford Island", Manana, Oahu; Halawa, & Moanalua, Oahu - the gas  tanks needs to be removed immediately......and other lands conveyed to you by non-owners the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/Charles Reed Bishop.

Aliens could never own Allodial titles in Hawaii.  Aliens could only have 30 year deeds and not "forever" or Allodial lands in the Hawaiian Islands.

Aliens deeds were rents/leases/freehold titles only and expired after 30 years.

* Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli signed a Constitution in 1840.

* Kamehameha III turned a Monarchy government into a Constitutional Monarchy.

* The Kingdom of Hawaii became recognized as a member of the Family of Nations in 1841 by Belgium and in 1843 by the U.S., Great Britain and t France.

*  Russia recognized the Kingdom of Hawaii as the Hawaiian Archipelago.

* Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli said someone poisoned him.

* Kamehameha IV - Alexander Liholiho was his heir.

* The Crown Lands Deed is documented :  for "himself, his heirs, and successors, forever"

* "heirs, and successors, forever" means there are heirs and there are successors NOT the heirs are the successors as interpreted by a War veteran, a former American Civil War General named Alfred Hartwell with PTSD/ post traumatic stress disorder on assignment to break down our Constitutional Monarchy government.

*  In 1810, the Kingdom of Hawaii was set up by Kamehameha.  It was a recognized Monarchy government.

* Russia recorded the Kingdom of Hawaii as the Hawaiian archipelago made up of many islands in the Pacific Ocean.

* France had embarked on mapping the Pacific Ocean and Islands which was also funded by the United States and Great Britain.

* Kamehameha died in 1819.

* Kamehameha's son Liholiho/Kamehameha II visited Great Britain and was given disease covered blankets and his wife Kamamalu died then he died soonafter.

* In 1822, a Secret Treaty of Verona was signed, the purpose was to break down Monarchy governments worldwide. 

Those who signed  were Austria, France, Prussia, Russia, the United States, Great Britain, and the Vatican who were complemented in maintaining obedience among the people.

1898 - U.S. President McKinley had the Army, Navy, and Federal personnel "develop" the Territory of the United States disregarding opposition by Queen Liliuokalani and her 40,000 subjects. 

U.S. President McKinley made the Republic of Hawaii officers Americans.  

He had the newly made Americans the heads of the Territory of the United States which was also named Territory of Hawaii.

Note:  In 1897, McKinley made two nations: 

(1)  American Empire - had no treaties.

U.S. President McKinley created a Territory and Appointed the Territory Positions and changed the Republic of Hawaii by his own doing:

U.S. President McKinley and his Cabinet should have been censured. 

He illegally ignored a Legitimate Government with full sovereignty, disregarded U.S. President Grover Cleveland's moves in returning Hawaii back to Queen Liliuokalani and accepted the conspirators by granting them appointed positions under the United States, a Territorial body which had no sovereignty.

In other words he created a government of his own creation under his own authority, which was contrary to the U.S. Constitution and beyond the 3-12 miles limit and moved without annexation.

How U.S. President William McKinley Overthrew the Kingdom and Removed the Hawaiian flag from the World's Recognition in 1897 by "Censure" of U.S. President Grover Cleveland's Deeds

In reviewing what "Censure" means in U.S. government, the following was found:

"Censure refers to the official reprimand of a legislative of other formal body of one of its own members. The term “censure,” unlike the term “expel,” does not appear in the Constitution, although the authority is derived from the same clause – Article I, Section 5, clause 2, concerning the authority of each House of Congress to “punish its Members for disorderly Behaviour.” Censure, reprimand, or admonition are traditional ways in which parliamentary bodies have disciplined their members and maintained order and dignity in their proceedings. In the House of Representatives, a “censure” is a formal vote by the majority of members present and voting on a resolution disapproving a member’s conduct, with generally the additional requirement that the member stand at the “well” of the House chamber to receive a verbal rebuke and reading of the censure resolution by the Speaker of the House."

It appears that the use of "Censure" was used by U.S. President William McKinley to support his illegal moves against a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation - the Kingdom of Hawaii.

Note:  There are three (3) major points:

(1) forcible dethronement of Queen Liliuokalani;

(2) overthrow of the Monarchy of Hawaii; and

(3) removal of the Hawaiian flag from among the national flags of the world


Discussion and Timeline:


1849- Treaty of the Kingdom of Hawaii and the United States President Taylor was signed and ratified in 1850 by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.

Note:  The Treaty was between Kamehameha III, his heirs and successors and the United States.

It was a permanent treaty of amity and friendship.

The Treaty was based on the U.S. Constitution of 1787.  Article 6 also notes that treaties are "the supreme law of the land", and Judges were also to respect that.

Note:  Zachary Taylor was "censured" in office.

1854 - The U.S., Great Britain, and France signed a Protectorate over Hawaii.

\Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli made a Neutrality Proclamation and signed into law, served the notices to U.S., Great Britain, France, Russia and many others.

1871 - A Secret "Banker's Constitution" was made which usurped the American people.  The U.S. was bankrupt and signed a new Constitution.

1874 - Conspirator Sanford B. Dole et.als. began to claim the "last of the Kamehameha's".

1884 -  Bernice Pauahi Bishop was claimed to be "the last of the Kamehameha's".  She was the next-of-kin to Ruth Keelikolani who had more than 353,000 acres of land, Kamehameha's Family's artifacts, etc.

Bernice Pauahi Bishop's husband was a J.P. Morgan banker employee who conspired with Sanford B. Dole et. als.  He was part of his wife's lifetime only heir.  He inherited 1/2 interest in his wife's estate.

Bernice Pauahi Bishop's next-of-kin was Kalola, a true cousin and stepsister.  Her hanai/adopted sister was Kaeha/Kamakaeha/Makaeha/Lydia/Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani.

1893 -  Conspirators Sanford B. Dole, et. als. did a "forcible dethronement of Queen Liliuokalani" with the help of Warship U.S.S. Boston, their gatling guns, military, etc.

The U.S., Great Britain, and France dropped their protectorate over the Kingdom of Hawaii and made a protectorate over the conspirators, pirates, pillagers, etc. known as the Provisional government which included Sanford B. Dole, Charles Reed Bishop & Company.

U.S. President Benjamin Harrison supported conspirators.  The U.S., Great Britain, and France supported them as well.

Note:  U.S. President Benjamin Harrison was censured by U.S. President Grover Cleveland.

1893, 1894, and 1897 - U.S. President Grover Cleveland gave Hawaii back to Queen Liliuokalani.

1897 - U.S. President Grover Cleveland had the American flag lowered and removed.

U.S. President William McKinley had the American flag raised immediately after.

Queen Liliuokalani and her 40,000 supporters opposed Annexation.

1898 - The U.S. under McKinley set up two (2) governments:  (1) U.S. - dealt with nations that had treaties, and had sovereignty.

(2) the American Empire - dealt with territories that had no treaties and no sovereignty.

U.S. President William McKinley had the Army, Navy, and other personnel "develop" a Territory of the United States.  The purpose was to develop a territory for Hawaii.

U.S. President William McKinley made the officers of the Republic of Hawaii active positions of the Territory of the United States later known as the Territory of Hawaii.

Note:  Phillippines President Aguinaldo is on record as having "censured" U.S. President William McKinley.

1915 - Charles Reed Bishop died.  

Kalola's descendants and heirs became owners of the full estate.  

The Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates claimed they were the owners.  They are not.  They participated in overthrowing Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, etc.

1917 - Queen Liliuokalani died.  She recorded on her Will that she did not sign the Trust Deed of 1909.

Note:  She signed a Trust Deed in 1872.  An Agr./Agreement was made with her hanai/adopted daughter named Kahakuhaakoi/Kahakukuakoi/Kaaumoana/Kekua/Kekualoa.

The Fraud Trust of 1909 changed the Agr./Agreement to a Deed.  The lands affected were interests in Bernice Pauahi Bishop, Queen Kalama, King Lunalilo, and Charles Kanaina.

SUMMARY

The Frauds uncovered are many.

The animosities, jealousy, hatred of people of color is documented.

The Premeditation to usurp a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation is documented by ongoing research which began with our oral history, and genealogy information from my grandmother, one of the descendants of Kalola who was the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

Corruption in law, legalese has been found which is manipulated to defraud innocents.

The above article shows only a portion of the crimes engaged in by dishonest characters who are in the business of piracy, pillaging, active criminal greed pronounced since first entering Indian/American Indian lands and setting up penal colonies from prisoners formerly living in England, etc.

The decadence of evil people affected the changes of a beautiful environment to exploitation, contamination affecting our environment today.

What was a two thousand year old society with clean water, land, air has turned into an environment with rubbish, uncivilized scumbags, hate, animosity filled aliens who are unclean in spirit, harmony, honesty, and love.

1959 - U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower, grandson of John Foster who helped to direct the overthrow of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, signed an Executive Order to make Hawaii a State of the United States.

2020 - Kamehameha's descendants exist today and are the Crown Land owners, and our House of Nobles aree caretakers of the Government Lands as documented in the Deeds of Kamehameha found at the Archives.

Oppositions to the entity State of Hawaii which began as the Provisional government - a "Pretend government" documented by Secretary of State Gresham and U.S. President Cleveland, turned Republic of Hawaii then Territory of the United States - developed under U.S. President McKinley then Territory of Hawaii and made into a State through Executive order by U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower, the grandson of John Foster who "directed the overthrow" in 1893.  Foster's other grandchildren includes F.B.I. Director Dulles.

We are also the paramount, superior, allodial land owners and landlords.

The Crown Lands are owned by Kamehameha III, his heirs and successors, forever.
 
Additionally, the government lands are to be overseen by the House of Nobles who are also Kamehameha IIIs heirs and successors.  The Minister of Interior assigns government lands as leases only or 30 years only. 
 
Kamehameha III passed his Acts which became law in 1848.  
 
The Act passed by the Legislature in 1865 changed the law which Kamehameha III passed.
 
Note:  The Hawaiian government, a Constitutional Monarchy government known as the Kingdom  of Hawaii/Hawaiian Kingdom  is made up of three (3) parts:
 (1)  The Sovereign - the King,  his heirs and successors which is a permanent part of government.
(2)  The house of Nobles - their heirs and successors which is a permanent part of government.
(3)  House of Representatives - a voted in, temporary body which was a temporary part of government.

      The following article shows that U.S. President Grover Cleveland warned Americans of the Neutral Nation status of the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii:

      The following by Kees Van Djik aids in documenting Five (5) more Breach of the Neutrality Law by the U.S. and noting another evidence of the Failed Annexation by the U.S.:

      Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli died before the deal by the U.S. paying $300,000 to gain control over Hawaii.  
      Kamehameha IV - Alexander Liholiho did not do the deal.
      Note:  The 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States is not shown in this history.
      Hawaii was the focus of Annexation by the U.S.; and was claimed to be the land of the missionaries by the Aliens/foreigners:
      Hawaiian Rifles formed in 1846;  the exclusive right to use Pearl Harbor was agreed to by King Kalakaua but he was Not the Allodial land owner for Pearl Harbor:
       
      American Marines provided Ammunition for the Honolulu Rifles/ usurpers against Queen Liliuokalani in 1893 - (1) another example of breach against the neutrality law:
      Queen Liliuokalani clashed with American Stevens:

      Conspirators/usurpers asked for assistance by American Marines from the U.S.S. BOSTON. (2) This is yet another example of the breach of Neutrality by the U.S.
        
      Minister Stevens "caused the U.S. troops to be landed" - (3) another example of the breach of the neutrality law; Queen Liliuokalani was under duress and resigned/left the room under protest:
      Queen Liliuokalani still held the Barracks, the Palace, and the Police Station.  The Hawaiian flag continued to fly.
      Stevens invited other nations to assume other islands in the Hawaiian archipelago - (4) a breach of the neutrality law:
       
      U.S. President Cleveland ordered "the restoration of Queen Liliuokalani" in 1893:
       
      "Washington directed a naval squadron to the islands" -  (5) yet another breach of the neutrality law:

      SUMMARY
      The U.S. has failed in respecting the Neutrality of a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation and has breached the Neutrality law.
      The above five (5) points of evidence which shows the breach of the Neutrality law by the U.S.:
      (1) American Marines provided Ammunition for the Honolulu Rifles/ usurpers against Queen Liliuokalani in 1893;
      (2) Conspirators/usurpers asked for assistance by American Marines from the U.S.S. BOSTON. 
      (3)  Minister Stevens "caused the U.S. troops to be landed"
      (4) Stevens invited other nations to assume other islands in the Hawaiian archipelago  and
      (5)  "Washington directed a naval squadron to the islands"
      and the above five (5) must be added to the previous posting with eight (8) evidence of the breach of the Neutrality law:
      (1) 1893 - Premeditation which led to piracy(ies) on the high seas did occur and evidence has been found. The references follow: 

      Mapping of the Pacific Ocean - Strategic Maps from the VALOR OF IGNORANCE by Lt. Homer Lea:

      (2) 2) New York Times article, "Pearl Harbor Coaling Station - IMPERATIVE NECESSITY THAST THE UNITED STATES TAKE POSSESSION" dated January 8, 1893 and printed January 9, 1893 or eight (8) days before the dethronement of Queen Liliuokalani. 

       3) CHRONICLE OF AMERICA by Chronicle Publications, Mount Kisco, N.Y. article "U.S. ends coup in Hawaii" documenting that "Men from the cruiser Boston poured ashore on January 15 "to protect American lives and property," according to United States Minister John L. Stevens." This occurred two (2) days before the dethronement of Queen Liliuokalani. 

       4) The NEW YORK TIMES article, "The Story of a Crime" dated 6/21/1898 documents January 16, 1893 as the day that the troops landed "---three companies of bluejackets, one of artillery, one of marines, 154 men and 10 officers with 14,000 cartridges for rifles and the Gatling gun, 1,900 revolver cartridges, and 174 explosive shells for the revolving canon" was taken on land, a day (1) before the dethronement of Queen Liliuokalani. 

      5)  American Civil War Generals (On Assignment) in Hawaii:

          1.  General Marshall

           2.  General Armstrong/General Samuel Armstrong

           3.  General W. H. Dimond

           4.  Walter Gresham

           5.  Alfred S. Hartwell

           6.  Carl Schurz

           7.  Robert E. Lee

            8.  General Schofield

      6.  The Sharpshooters were given a U.S. Pamphlet with Instructions on What to Do, etc. by the U.S.

      See:  U.S. Military Tactics Used by the Sharpshooters, etc.

      7.  U.S. President William McKinley had the Army, Navy, and other personnel to develop the Territory of the United States in 1898 disregarding the facts that U.S. Grover Cleveland had given Hawaii back to Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, 1894, and 1897.

      8.  The Booz and Allen Co. gave advice to the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees in 20  .  The Company works with the NSA/National Security Administration, the CIA/Central Intelligence Agency, etc.  Their former employee Snowden (corrected 9/01/22) is a Whistleblower who lives in Russia for asylum to avoid prosecution by the U.S. for releasing secrets, etc.

      Background:  The Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees helped to plan the overthrow of King Kalakaua, Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.

      In total, there are 13 Counts/Evidence showing the breaches of the Neutrality law by the United States.
