The United States of America/United States and the Territory of Hawaii turned State of Hawaii have no legal claims to land, monies, taxes, evenues, income in Hawaii /Kingdom of Hawaii because Identity Theft is their basis of claims in the Hawaiian Islands.
1) Identity Theft by the United States of America/United Staes and Territory of Hawaii/State of Hawaii
There was No Annexation which means the United States of America/United States has no Jurisdiction in Hawaii.
In 1912, Pa Pelekane Court Case, HAWAIIAN REPORTS, (1912), Supreme Court Law Library/Archives/Main Library, the Attorney General of the Territory of Hawaii claimed that
the Territory was the successor of the Kingdom of Hawaii
.

2) Identity Theft by Prince Kuhio and Prince Kawananakoa
Identity Theft of Prince Kuhio and Prince Kawananakoa as the so called successors to the Crown of the Constitutional Monarchy government is a fraud, and identity theft was not reviewed in the past.
Both Prince Kuhio and Prince Kawananakoa were from the youngest sister of Princess Kinoiki who followed Princess Poomaikelani.
Princess Poomaikelani was Not the mother of Prince Kuhio and Prince Kawananakoa. They were Not the heir of her body.
It is the family of Princess Poomaikelani who are the True Heirs and Not Prince Kuhio and Prince Kawananakoa who are actually Identity Thieves of the Royal Family next in line to the Crown.
The evidence is the Obituary of Princess Kinoike showing that she had three (3) sons, listing Prince Kuhio, Prince Kawananakoa, and a younger brother who died named Abnel.\\
3) Identity Theft by the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates/Bishop Estates/Chales Reed Bishop
The Trustees engaged in Identity Theft when they claimed that the heirs died, which is documented in Land Court Case #1228.
The Trustees claimed to be the heirs which showed that they became identity thieves bu assuming the status of being heirs.
4) Heirs of the Other Alii Trusts assumed by Identity Thieves who ran with Trusts belonging to the Royal Family.
The following is a posting on Facebook showing the ramifications of Identity Theft engaged in by the United States of America/United States, the Territory of Hawaii, turned State of Hawaii, Prince Kuhio, and Prince Kawananakoa, the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates, and other Trustees claiming the Royal Family Trusts.
Identity Theft means that all transactions since 1893 are fraud based.
