The Kingdom of Hawaii remains a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation and maintains a permanent treaty of amity, and friendship with the United States since 1850.
Although the treaty was breached by those who failed to follow the rule of law, the treaty remains because Kamehameha III's heirs and successors existed then and their heirs of their bodies exist today.
U.S. President William McKinley failed to follow rule of law, disregarded U.S. President Grover Cleveland's return of the Kingdom of Hawaii to Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, 1894, and 1897.
There was no Annexation, it was a lie which means the United States has No Jurisdiction in the Hawaiian Islands/ the Hawaiian archipelago.
It is not possible for any nation to claim a foreign nation which was documented by University of Hawaii Law Professor Williamso Chang and United Nations Alfred deZayas.
Hence, the approval to blast rockets in the Hawaiian Islands by the FAA is a violation of the Treaty of 1850, the Protectorate Treaty of 1854, the Neutrality Law of 1854, and the United States Constitution - supremacy clause Article 6 which states that Treaties are the Supreme Law of the Land.
Therefore, the approval was Not made by the legal Allodiall landowners in the Hawaiian Islands/Hawaiian archipelago which does Not belong to the United States.
Kamehameha III did document that there were disabilities for the United States and Great Britain and that they could not own lands in the Hawaiian Islands.
The purpose of this posting is that Opposition is made for our dear Friend Elon Musk, a genius in producing missiles, rockets, etc.
Clearance to conduct missiles, rockets, firing space missiles, etc. which will litter, poison our lands, affecting agriculture, waters, and ocean is not o.k. and not granted by our Royal Family, House of Nobles members, and our Konohiki.
Approval for the FAA is not granted either.
