The following is Part B - a Reposted article affecting the U.S. Presidents, U.S. Congress perspective about the Kanaka Maoli, the Allodial Landowners/Generational Trust Landowners who are viewed as "NIGGERS or INDIANS" even today because there was NO Annexation..... the perspective towards Kanaka Maoli are Apartheid, Animosities towards all people of color occupied nation by haters, Americans with animosities towards people of color.
The Americans have failed to follow rule of law, did invade a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation, had No Annexation, have no jurisdiction, have been collecting taxes without representation, meaning they have been pirating, pillaging monies, assumed revenues off of lands, minerals, waters that they have no rights to.
The United States have failed to follow rule of law, the treaties with the Kingdom of Hawaii, even with the American Indians by the way and have failed to operate in a legal manner.
The American President Benjamin Harrison did pass laws to cover the settlers, the squatters in the United States (see previous article about Oklahoma - Part 1 ) and Note the planned use of........... a pattern to be used towards Hawaii ---- know that the United States in Hawaii is promoting the people in Hawaii to be under their terminology as Indians.....and why? because there was NO ANNEXATION..... see the following article which reveals why the Americans, the U.S. desires to view Hawaiians, our Kanaka Maoli as NIGGERS OR INDIANS!
Also note that agencies supported by the U.S. have a conflict of interest with our Kanaka Maoli who support our Constitutional Monarchy government and like their employers are NOT on our side, Not with the Kingdom of Hawaii and promote the rule of lawbreakers in Hawaii.

State of Hawaii occupying our Royal Family's lands and in the status of squatters for failing to pay rents
United States occupying our Royal Family's lands and in the status of squatters for failing to pay rents
all of our Alii Trustees who are Not working with us including the Kamehameha Schools/Bishop Estates/ Bernice Pauahi Bishop Trustees who are illegally operating and using lands that does not belong to them since 1915 - the death of Charles Reed Bishop, other Trusts such as the Queen's Hospital; the Lunalilo Trust, Queen Liliuokalani Trust, etc.

Because there was No Annexation, the treatment of Kanaka Maoli remains as an apartheid situation by White Annexationists/Supremacists in the Hawaiian Islands even today. The move by the U.S. is to categorize Kanaka Maoli as an Indian Tribe.... this newspaper article uncovers the reasons since 1897:
