Greetings,

This is to inform you that Coconut Island, Kaneohe, Oahu is part of our properties which belongs to our Royal Family.

Rents are due in the amount of $50,000 per acre per month retroactive to 1893.

Other Properties belonging to our Royal Family under Akahi, and Charles Kanaina the father of King Lunalilo

Rents are also due in the amount of $50,000 per acre per month retroactive to 1893.

The Aquarium

They too have been informed that rents are due.

Police were called because we visited our Royal Family's property in Waikiki, Oahu.

Eviction notice was sent with instructions to take down the unsightly building.

Discussion

The University of Hawaii has been utilizing our Royal Family's property without compensation for the use of our lands.

The Kamehameha Schools/Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees have fraudulently used lands, monies, belonging to our Royal Family.

Bernice Pauahi Bishop died in 1884 and her next-of-kin was Kalola our ancestor.

Charles Reed Bishop, widower, had only a life interest in part of the estate.

Bishop conspired against Queen Liliuokalani, our Royal Family, and kanaka maoli.

Conspiracy, treason meant he lost all interest in lands of his wife.

Bishop deeded his life interest to himself, the Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

Bishop died in 1915 and fraud transactions were made by the Trustees of the Kamehameha Schools/KSBE/Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates disregarding the fact that all ended in 1915.

 

Our ancestor Kalola owned part of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estate and the full Estate upon the death of Charles Reed Bishop.

Our family owned the full Estate when Charles Reed Bishop conspired and helped to usurp Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.  He lost all interest in 1893.

SUMMARY

Rents are due in the amount of $50,000 per acre per month retroactive to 1893.

We own interests of Akahi, King Lunalilo through his father Charles Kanaina, and all interests conveyed by the fraudulent Trustees with Charles Reed Bishop who were Not the landowners, the Allodial land owners.

There was No Annexation.

The lands conveyed are our Private Properties belonging to our Royal Family.

We are using the Hawaiian Tel Credit Union temporarily to receive rents.

We at any time can utilize our Private Properties "at our pleasure".

Failure to pay rents will result in eviction from our properties.

There was No Annexation which means there is No Jurisdiction.

The following articles are evidence of using and tarnishing our Kamehameha name since 1893:

 

(1)  Kamehameha name used by a usurping entity and conspirators, treasonous persons who worked against Queen Liliuokalani, our Royal Family, and the Kingdom of Hawaii - a recognized sovereign government on equal footing and counted among the family of Nations since 1843 by Great Britain, France, United States, Belgium, etc.

 

(2) Kamehameha School Boys were part of the usurpers, the Annexationists who helped Charles Reed Bishop, and usurper friends.

(3)  Kawaiahao Church Ministers Kauhane and Iosepa helped their Kamehameha School sons to usurp Queen Liliuokalani, the Royal Family's, and the Kingdom of Hawaii.

(4)  The Kamehameha lands used by the usurping Charles Reed Bishop who was entitled to only a life interest of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

5) The Moanalua Ahupuaa, the Halawa Ahupuaa, Manana Ahupuaa, 450+ acres etc. conveyed are and remain part of the inventory which belongs to our Royal Family because we are the Allodial landowners which cannot belong to Aliens.  The lands are Private Properties of our Kamehameha Family and belongs to our Family and not to Pirates documented.

(6)  Bernice Pauahi Bishop was noted to be half-white.  Her mother Kinau was a Kamehameha descendant.  Her claimed father was a also a Kamehameha descendant.

(7)  Charles Reed Bishop deeded his life interest to himself, and Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

Note:  The Trust was created in the time of the Legitimate Government which was invaded by American Military defying the Treaty, the Protectorate, and the Neutrality Law of 1854.

(8)  The Kamehameha name was used even after Charles Reed Bishop died.  

(9) Kamehameha descendants Ruth Keelikolani's, next-of-kin was Bernice Pauahi Bishop, her next-of-kin was Kalola whose descendants exists today who are the owners of the entire estates of Ruth Keelikolani, Bernice Pauahi Bishop, and Kalola due to the Allodial lands, the forever lands belonging to Kamehameha's Family and holding liens on the entire inventory of lands.

(10)  The Trustees of the Kamehameha Schools/KSBE/Kamehameha Schools Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates are documented Pirates, Pillagers, Frauds, Conspirators, Treasonous persons utilizing our Kamehameha lands based on a life interest deed that ended on January 17, 1893, and maneuvered to assume lands that they could never own, allodial lands.  The Trustees were part of the life interest deed of the Kamehameha lands and monies that they could never own.  

(11) Charles Reed Bishop stole monies of our Kamehameha Family and invested in criminal setups which aided in bankrupt United States, Great Britain, J.P. Morgan banks etc.

(12)  Charles Reed Bishop died in 1915.  His life interest ended again and the Trustees of the Kamehameha Schools ended.  

(13)  The Trustees claimed that the heirs were no more and claimed they were the heirs in Land Court Case No. 1228. 

(14)  The Trustees are documented Pirates, Pillagers, are not the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

(15)  The investments utilizing our Kamehameha Family's lands, monies, artifacts have been made by the Pirates, Pillagers, Treasonous persons, supported by the United States Military, et. als.

Note:  Association/Affiliation with the People's Republic of China is cause  for investigations due to Treasonous activities  ongoing against the American People, and the Royal Family of the Kingdom of Hawaii with the Kanaka Maoli.

SUMMARY

The inventory project continues.

Ruth Keelikolani had 353,000+ acres

Bernice Pauahi Bishop's acres are incomplete.

Kalola's acres are incomplete.

Kalola is the documented next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop who was also the next-of-kin to Ruth Keelikolani.

Charles Reed Bishop was a conspirator, a treasonous person who owned only a life interest in part of the estate.

Charles Reed Bishop engaged in funny business by deeding interest to himself, the Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estate.

Charles Reed Bishop lost all interest and owned nothing since 1893.  Being an Alien, Bishop and his conspirator friends had only Fee Simple or 30 year rights and could never own Allodial lands.

Land Laws were completed in the time of Kamehameha III.  Konohiki were also assigned to each Ahupuaa, Ili, and each deed showing the facts were also recorded in the Mahele Book of 1848.

Only the Kalola descendants and heirs are the owners of all of the Allodial lands, monies, artifacts because Charles Reed Bishop was a documented treasonous person and belonged to a foreign created government which breached the Neutrality law as warned by U.S. President Grover Cleveland.

The Kamehameha Schools/KSBE/Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates et. als. can no longer use our ancestor's name - Kamehameha  because affiliation to pirates, criminals, conspirators, treasonous persons is not O.K.  So, pirates be gone.....the U.S. Constitution Article 6. shows that our Treaty of 1850 is the supreme law of the land.  Kamehameha's exists including myself and others, the Protectorate was signed with stipulations by Great Britain and France, the U.S. failed to follow the Treaty of 1850 a permanent treaty of friendship and amity, breached the Neutrality law of 1854.

War crimes, genocide, failure to follow rule of law including the U.S. Constitution, failure to follow the Law of Nations/International Laws are issues that have yet to be addressed.
