Royal Family's Legal Directive/Notice No. 2023-0725 Removal of Konohiki Thomas Lenchanko and Null and Void Contracts, Memos, that he signed with the U.S. Military etc.
Thomas Lenchanko has been removed from our Konohiki list for operating as a private person and signing agreements without our authority.
Thomas Lenchanko does not represent us, the Royal Family, and has no documents entered into our records showing his genealogies and has signed agreements which he has no right to sign etc.
His signature is now null and void.
The military represents an entity that is documented as a military occupation status since 1893 and breaching the neutrality law passed by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli in 1854.
The issues of using Private Properties of our Royal Family is not O.K.
Any kind of contracts needs to be made by the Department of Foreign Affairs, then the Department of State, and approval by the U.S. President.
The Kingdom of Hawaii exists as a Nation equivalent to other Sovereign nations since 1843.
The invasion by the U.S. Military is documented and any such agreements must be made by others and with other nations overseeing any agreements because we remain a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation occupied by the U.S. armed military.
Thomas Lenchanko was allowed only as a konohiki/overseer for ONLY Kukaniloko and he has no authority beyond that.
For his wrongful moves in signing contracts, without our Royal Family's approval, it is necessary to null and void the illegal contracts.

As the Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs, and the House of Nobles member, Judicial Tribunal Judge, Superior Court/Supreme Court Judge, I hereby null and void documents/agreements etc. signed by Thomas Lenchanko and also remove him from the position of Konohiki/caretaker of Kukaniloko.
also note: Matthew Kahoopii and Billy Young are Not members of our Royal Family and operate in their own capacity and were not part of our assignment of Thomas Lenchanko as Konohiki. They have only recently claimed to be a government but are Not associated with our Royal Family.
Many of the names on this mailing belongs to the entity State of Hawaii or wish to create a Hawaiian government with a status of the Provisional government created in 1893.
