Kamehameha and John Young adopted/hanai the three children listed.

                  (5)  Kalima - her children from her previous marriage was John Kapena; Sam Kapena; and Umiokalani (female).

SUMMARY

Ruth Keelikolani became the heir of the Kamehameha's.

Many of the Royal Family members were disregarded in the Probates.

Bernice Pauahi Bishop became the next-of-kin to Ruth Keelikolani.

Kalola became the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

Note:

Ancestors of mine included Paalua/J.W.D. Paalua, Kapehe (female),  John Kapena.

Am also one of the descendants and heir of Kalola who was documented as the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

Kalola was the owner of part of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop until the widower Charles Reed Bishop died, then Kalola wned the full estate.

Charles Reed Bishop had inherited only a life interest.

In actuality, Charles Reed Bishop lost all interest when he conspired to take over the Kingdom of Hawaii in 1893.

In 1893, Charles Reed Bishop deeded his "life interest" to himself, and to the Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop's Estate.

Charles Reed Bishop's life interest would legally end in 1915 upon his death.

The Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estate claimed that all the heirs died and claimed to be the heirs of a Sovereign Trust which could only be owned by the Kamehameha's - Kalola's descendants.

The Trustees including Samuel Damon perpetuated crimes and transferred lands that they could never own to many including the U.S. etc.

The Land System used was the Land Court created in the U.S. "developed" entity to Pirate, Pillage Private Properties.  See Land Court Case No. 1228.

The backbone of the invasion of Hawaii is the Kamehameha Schools/KSBE/Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates moves with the help of Attorney/Banker/U.S. Agent Charles Reed Bishop & Friends including Samuel Damon, Sanford B. Dole, Lorrin Thurston, William O. Smith, Curtis Iaukea, Thomas Akaka, Mott-Smith et.als.

The Allodial Title owners are Kalola's descendants /heirs which includes our Royal Family's with the bloodlines of Kamehameha, and who represents other members of our Royal Family in Hawaii and with evidence of History, Genealogies, and Hawaiian Laws of the Kingdom of Hawaii.

Liens have been filed which includes evidence and ownership proof.

aloha,

Amelia Gora, a Royal person, Kamehameha's descendant and heir, Grace Kamaikui's descendant, and Mataio Kekuanaoa's descendant and heir, Representative of the Hawaiian Genealogical Society - whose President was Princess Poomaikelani - my ancestor, Allodial landowner, landlord, Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs, and House of Nobles member, etc.
