SUMMARY
The Kingdom of Hawaii/Hawaiian Kingdom has Full Sovereignty since 1810 from the time of a Monarchy government turned Constitutional Monarchy to the present time.
The "Pretend" government:
Provisional government had no sovereignty.
Republic of Hawaii had no sovereignty.
Territory of the United States turned Territory of Hawaii had no sovereignty.
The Territory of Hawaii with the Executive Order of U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower made the Territory into a State which was given a "shared sovereignty" or 1/50 interest with 49 other States.
The Territories or some of the islands belonging to the Hawaiian archipelago/ the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii remains illegally as part of the U.S. Territories.
In Conclusion, from 1893 to 1959 the usurping entity supported by the U.S. continued on as a "fictitious nation" which had No Sovereignty.
Opposition to Statehood was made by Kamehameha's descendants.
Therefore, the entity State of Hawaii supported by the U.S. remains an entity that legally has No Sovereignty.
The Kingdom of Hawaii /Hawaiian Kingdom exists, and breaches of Neutrality laws are documented., etc.
