Greetings,

The Legitimate Government in Hawaii Series:  Mataio Kekuanaoa's Genealogies/Pedigree or Hawaii's True Land Owners

                                                                    Researched by Amelia Gora (2021)

Mataio Kekuanaoa was a father of many.  The following shows some of his marriages, and shows some of the many heirs connected to him.

This also shows why the criminal fraud Trustees of the Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates/ Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates are sheer criminals, pirates, pillagers, racketeers along with their Court System which has no annexation meaning no jurisdiction and Pirates, thieves documented.

The Trustees, et. als. are subjects of fraud, malicious wrongdoing.....have been tried by the Kingdom of Hawaii's court, the Supreme Court of original jurisdiction...documented guilty:

Moses Kekuaiwa attended the Royal School.

David Kamehameha died young and was the hanai of Kaahumanu, widow of Kamehameha.

Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V was the hanai of Kinimaka.

Alexander Liholiho/Kamehameha IV was the hanai/adopted son of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli and Queen Kalama.

Note:  Kamehameha III also had Albert Kunuiakea with Gina Lahilahi - daughter of John Young.
Kamehameha III with Kekualoa had Opunui, Kekipi, Kahalaoa, Keawe, Mahoe (female), Papa and Nalimu (female).
The two (2) children with Queen Kalama died young.

Victoria Kamamalu was the hanai of Sarai Hiwauli and John Ii.

Note:  Sarai Hiwauli and John Ii were also the hanai parents of Kapehe (female) who attended the Royal School.

Note:  Mataio Kekuanaoa married Kamaikui, the daughter of John Young.

Kamaikui had been married to Isaac Davis and had Hueu Davis, Kale Davis, and Peke Davis.

Kamehameha and John Young adopted the three (3) children:  Hueu Davis, Kale Davis, and Peke Davis.

Kamehameha III also adopted the three (3):  Hueu Davis, Kale Davis, and Peke Davis.

Mataio Kekuanaoa and Kamaikui divorced.

Kamaikui married Dr. T.C.B. Rooke.  Dr. T.C.B. Rooke adopted Emma, the daughter of Fanny Kekela, daughter of John Young.  Fanny Kekela was one of the sisters of Kamaikui/Grace Kamaikui.

Research incomplete because it appears this divorce "disappeared".

Note:  My former father-in-law complained that the Archives under Agnes Conrad were destroying a lot of documents of the Hawaiian Kingdom.  There are issues of genocide, destroying important information at the Archives.  Other reports were made because of digitizing which eliminates parts of the documents, then the original records were also destroyed, thrown away, etc.

9)  Kekuanaoa married Kalolo/Kaloloahilani. She died young.

10)  Kekuanaoa married Kalima and his stepchildren were John Kapena, Sam Kapena, and Umiokalani (female).
Note:  Kekuanaoa was also the stepfather of all of Kamehameha's children,, stepchildren, and hanai/adopted children.

Kalima had married Kapena, the son of Keaupuni who descended from Manono, the son of Kahekili of Maui.

Kalima descended from Inaina and Haupu/Kahekili the son of Kaumualii of Kauai and Namahana/Piia (w), one of the wives of Kamehameha.

Note:  Namahana/Piia (w) was the sister of Kaahumanu and Kaheheimalie, widows of Kamehameha..

Kalima (w) was also the stepsibling of Mataio Kekuanaoa because they shared the same mother Inaina (w).

Kalima (w) became the mother of all of Kekuanaoa's children, all of Kamehameha's, Kamehameha II - Liholiho's, children; stepchildren and hanai/adopted children.

Discussion

Mataio Kekuanaoa's Probate showed that he was only married to three (3) women, all testimonies made by aliens.

The Aliens claimed that he was married to Kauhi/Kalehua, Pauahi, and Kinau.

In 1865, Mataio Kekuanaoa and his wife Kalima deeded land to Charles H. Judd, a Judge, and  the witness was his brother Albert Francis Judd. This deed was for Waiamanalo land which was originally under Kinau's name then conveyed to CH Judd by Mataio Kekuanaoa and his wife Kalima.

Note: This information was not shown in the Probate of Mataio Kekuanaoa.  Albert Francis Judd and his brother Charles were Judges, and the information was not exposed in Probate.

Note:  The Judd's are documented in supporting the usurpation of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.
It also appears that the Judd's had a hand in defrauding the Alii Families early on.

The Deed of Mataio Kekuanaoa and Kalima was dated 1865.

Mataio Kekuanaoa's daughter Victoria Kamamalu died in 1866.

Mataio Kekuanaoa died in 1868.

Ruth Keelikolani died in 1883.

Bernice Pauahi Bishop died in 1884.
Note:  Bernice Pauahi Bishop was claimed to be the "last of the Kamehameha's" by Sanford B. Dole and Friends.

Kalola (w) the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop on Probate, died in 1886.

Kalola (w) had signed over to King David Kalakaua interest in Kalaniulumoku who was the full brother of Abner Paki.  Kalaniulumoku died in 1838 and his wife Kaikainalii became a wife of Abner Paki.

Note:  Kalola (w) could not convey the interest of her descendants because she was entitled to only a life interest in lands.

Upon Kalola (w) death in 1886, the deed given to King David Kalakaua ceased and her son's child, and her hanai/ adopted daughter 's interest belonged to them.

Kalola (w) and her husband S. Luluhiwalani had a son named Kahekili/Alapai Kahekili Luluhiwalani.  They also had a hanai/adopted daughter named Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/Kapapoko/Abigaila/Poomaikelani/Princess Poomaikelani.

Note:  Kalola (w) son named Kahekili died in 1876  and he had a son who was disregarded by the aliens.

Kahekili and his wife Kahananui had a son named Ioela/Joela.

In 1876, Kahekili/Alapai Kahekili Luluhiwalani died.

Kalola (w) and her husband S. Luluhiwalani's hanai/adopted daughter named Kapoolohu/Kapooloku /Kapapoko/Abigaila/Poomaikelani/Princess Poomaikelani married Ioela/Joela/Joela Kauwe, the grandson of Kalola (w) and husband. S. Luluhiwalani.

Ioela/Joela married Kapoolohu/Kapooloku/Kapapoko/Abigaila/Poomaikelani/Princess Poomaikelani and had Haili (w) (and siblings/stepsiblings).

In 1891, King David Kalakaua died.  His sister Kaeha/Kamakaeha/Makaeha/Lydia/Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani succeeded the throne.

In 1893, Queen Liliuokalani was dethroned by the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates and other co-conspirators including Charles Reed Bishop, et. als.

In 1895, Kapoolohu/Kapooloku/Kapapoko/Abigaila/Poomaikelani/Princess Poomaikelani died.  Her interest in the Allodial lands went to her children Haili (w) et. als.

Haili (w) married Kaluakini and had Elikapeka Kaimiola Kaluakini (and siblings).

Elikapeka Kaimiola Kaluakini married Joseph Gora and had Joseph, Walter, William, John, Jolly, Lawrence, and Francis Gora.

John Gora married Mary Castro and had Amelia (and siblings - Leola, Elizabeth, John, Walter, Kathleen, and Marian).

The above are the Allodial Title, Land owners, the true land owners who have the bloodlines of Kamehameha, et. als.

Treasonous Persons Who Are Not the Allodial Title, Land owners

Charles Reed Bishop gave his life interest to the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees.

The Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees claimed to be the heirs of Bernice Pauahi Bishop Trust.

1909 -  The same characters  who helped plan the 1893 usurpation of Queen Liliuokalani were those who set up the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trust, in 1884, and the Fraud Trust of 1909 for Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani.

The characters included treasonous person Charles Reed Bishop the widower of Bernice Pauahi Bishop and brother-in-law of Queen Liliuokalani who became the President of the Department of Education for the Provisional Government.

The other characters were William O. Smith, Sanford B. Dole - who began to write about "the last of the Kamehameha's", Lorrin Thurston, Archibald Cleghorn,= brother -in-law of Queen Liliuokalani and father of Princess Kaiulani, Curtis Iaukea, Thomass Akaka, Dr. Mott Smith, Rev. Sereno Bishop who wrote under the pen name "Kamehameha", et. als.,

SUMMARY

The treasonous persons documented are Bernice Pauahi Bishop and her husband Charles Reed Bishop, attorney, banker, sugar plantation owner, Department of Education President from the Provisional Government.

Both Bernice Pauahi Bishop and Charles Reed Bishop were instrumental in supporting the takeover of a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation, who supported those against the Constitutional Monarchy government, supported by the United States documented.

The Trust was indeed made for the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates and "other hanger ons" in 1884,

Since 1884, both Bernice Pauahi Bishop and Charles Reed Bishop lost all rights to the lands, Allodial lands which belongs to the non-treasonous Kamehameha's descendants, heirs, his children, stepchildren, hanai/adopted children.

Since the deaths of the Alii documented, much information was hidden which basically defrauded the Kamehameha's found to date:

Examples:  Charles Kanaina in the Probate of Aarona Kealiiahonui testified that Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi was a wife as well as Kekauluohi/Auhea who was the widow of both Kamehameha and Kamehameha II - Liholiho.

The hidden branches found shows areas where the Aliens defrauded the Royal Family.

The hidden branches includes the 10 marriages of Mataio Kekuanaoa who married the widows of Kamehameha II - Liholiho.

Additional marriages to be added to Mataio Kekuanaoa would be the marriages of Kalaniopuu, Kamehameha, Kaumualii, et. als. which is not included here.

Many of the descendants shown above for Mataio Kekuanaoa's genealogies/pedigree shows that there are multiple connections to the Alii and documents proving it have been certified for the records.

Lastly, because Charles Reed Bishop and wife Bernice Pauahi Bishop did commit treason, fraud, piracy,, pillaging, racketeering, aiding Aliens to assume lands belonging to the Royal Family with the legal Allodial land titles, land ownership conveyed, it is with evidence that the Aliens who have breached the neutrality laws, committed frauds against friendly, neutral, non-violent members of a peaceful nation which has sovereignty and recognized by other nations in the civilized world and that these documents serve in part as Allodial land ownership maintained since the 1848 Mahele from Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli to his subjects, heirs, and successors who did no wrong.  The King's lands are "inviolable" and his Crown Lands was deeded to "himself, his heirs, and successors, forever."

Many of his heirs and successors are noted above.

Breaches of Neutrality has been documented for the records as well based on the Proclamation by U.S. President Grover Cleveland in 1896:

1896  - August 26. U.S. President Cleveland: Warned About a Military enterprise or Expedition = Breach of Neutrality
