"to the Penal Laws . The basis of the Penal Laws was the Penal Code of 1869 , the chapters of which , in so far as they were still in force , were retained with their original numbering , and new matter was added as new chapters , but the sections were numbered consecutively through the volume . In this compilation many changes were made in pursuance of general statutes or the provisions of the Constitution of 1894 , as , for ex ample , by substituting “ Republic ” for “ Kingdom , ” “ President " for “ King , ” etc . Notes were added at the end of each chapter , with refer ences to the original statutes as last amended and to decisions in the then ten volumes of the Supreme Court reports . • Following that compilation came the session laws of 1898 , then the Joint Resolution of Congress ( 1898 ) annexing Hawaii to the United States , and the Organic Act ( 1900 ) establishing a Territorial govern ment and extending the Federal constitution and laws over Hawaii ; then the session laws of 1901 , 1903 and ( special session ) 1904 ."

p.40 - "“ The Republic of Hawaii and the United States of America , in view of the natural dependence of the Hawaiian Islands upon the United States , of their geographical proximity thereto , of the preponder ant share acquired by the United States and its citizens in the industries and trade of said Islands , and of the expressed desire of the Government of the Republic of Hawaii that those Islands should be incorporated into the United States as an integral part thereof , and under its sovereignty , have determined to accomplish by treaty an object so important to their mutual and permanent welfare . “ To this end the high contracting parties have conferred full powers and authority upon their respectively appointed Plenipotentiar ies , to wit : “ The President of the Republic of Hawaii , FRANCIS MARCH HATCH , LORRIN A . TERRITORY OF HAWAII . Sec . 2 . That the islands acquired by the United States of America under an Act of Congress entitled “ Joint resolution to provide for an nexing the Hawaiian Islands to the United States , " approved July seventh , eighteen hundred and ninety - eight , shall be known as the Territory of Hawaii . By this act Hawaii acquired the stabus of an incorporated Territory : Downes v . Bid well , 182 U . S . 305 ; and became an integral part of the United States : Hawaii v . Mankichi , 190 U . S . 197 ; but it did not become liable for torts as a municipal corporation : Coffield v . Ter . , 13 H , 481 ; Ins . Co . v . Macfarlane , 14 H . 484 . That a Territorial government is hereby established over the said Territory , with its capital at Honolulu , on the Island of Oahu . Note: Judd and Wilder assumed the Fee Simple land in Kualoa, Oahu, from Gerritt Parmele Judd.
One can only observe that plans to dethrone King Kalakaua/Queen Liliuokalani was made in Kualoa.
Gerritt Parmele Judd and his wife were conveyed Fee Simple or 30 years only in 1850.
In 1860 - the lands were deeded to one of his sons and to Wilder.
1880 - would have been the end of the Fee Simple and the land would return to the Royal Family.
1884 - Bernice Pauahi Bishop died. She was part of the conspirator's with her husband Charles Reed Bishop.
1887 - King David Kalakaua was forced to sign the Bayonnet Constitution which stripped his rights with guns to his head. He was under duress, which means the documents that he signed was null and void.
1893 - Queen Liliuokalani destroyed the Constitution which she wrote up which was a copy of Kamehameha IV's 1864 Constitution which would mean that she returned the rights of the Monarchy.
The usurpers prepared a "purported Constitution" which was filed in the U.S. Congressional records.
In other words, the usurpers wrote up a fictitious Constitution and claimed that the Queen had prepared a similar one.....Lies recorded.
1896 - the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Trust was reformed. Additional trustees were made.
See case: Trustees vs. Charles Reed Bishop, et. als.
1915 - Queen Liliuokalani was made Queen for a Day and made to sign illegal contracts.
Charles Reed Bishop died. He had conveyed his life interest to the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Trust - see Liber 142 page 142, Bureau of Conveyances, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.
Bishop was employed at the Bank of California, and part of the J.P. Morgan bankers.
Bishop's interest in lands ceased because he could never own Allodial lands, forever lands belonging to the Royal Family.
The Trustees continued to operate as if they were the land owners.
They had claimed that all the heirs were gone and they were heirs....see Land Court case 1228, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.
1917 - Queen Liliuokalani died. She maintained that she did not sign a Trust with the usurpers, and recorded the fact in her will.
SUMMARY
The Royal Family exists, the descendants of Kamehameha exists.
The "Pretend government" claim to be the administrators of Abigail Kawananakoa who they believe would be the next to the throne.....Wrong.
Kawananakoa is Not a Kamehameha but a treasonous person's family member.
The "purported" Constitution put together by the usurpers added that Kuhio and Kawananakoa were successors to the throne.
The reality is that the two Princes were treasonous to the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii.
Prince Kuhio took an out-of-court settlement to the claims of Queen Liliuokalani and was given the property on Waikiki Beach.
The Territory of Hawaii was based on U.S. President McKinley's move to have the Army, Navy, and other personnel "develop" the Territory of the United States.
McKinley also made the United States into two (2) nations: (1) American Empire - supported Territories, and (2) United States - dealt with nations that has treaties.

The claim to Annexation was a lie.
Statehood was signed by U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower who approved it through Executive Order.
Eisenhower's cousin was Dulles of the F.B.I./Federal Bureau of Investigation and both were the descendants of John Foster former Secretary of State under U.S. President Benjamin Harrison.
John Foster helped to direct the overthrow of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.
It appears his grandson(s) was set up to maintain Hawaii as a part of the United States to complete his grandfather's assignment since 1893.
