The following is a Brief Chronological Review of the Kingdom of Hawaii and the U.S. Occupiers with a Pirate Status, the Allodial Land owners and More Pirates called the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/KSBE/Kamehameha Schools, etc.:
1810 - Kamehameha became the King of a Monarchy Government.
1840 - The Kingdom of Hawaii became a Constitutional Monarchy when Kamehameha III signed the Constitution.
1851 - Speech of Kamehameha III granting Allodial Titles to Kanaka Maoli and Aliens - Fee Simple/Less than Allodial/Lease - Aliens could Not own Allodial Titles to Land in the Hawaiian Islands/Hawaiian archipelago/Kingdom of Hawaii.

U.S. Military invasion occurred. The U.S. Military supported the usurpers including Charles Reed Bishop, Sanford B. Dole, Samuel Damon, William O. Smith and others.
Note: The Kingdom of Hawaii remained a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation with 100% sovereignty, the Legitimate Government in the Hawaiian archipelago.
Charles Reed Bishop et. als. became treasonous persons and operated the "Provisional Government" which could last for only two (2) years. It had no sovereignty.
The Provisional Government evolved into a Republic of Hawaii which had no sovereignty.

In 1893, the Kingdom of Hawaii Trusts were confiscated by treasonous persons including Charles Reed Bishop who played a significant part in assuming our Royal Family's lands. He was also a J.P. The Trusts confiscated were:
(1) Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trust
(2) King Lunalilo Trust
(3) Queen Emma's Trust/Queen's Hospital

1897 - Opposition to Annexation made by Queen Liliuokalani and 40,000 subjects.
Note: The Opposition of Queen Liliuokalani was found by Kilikina Kekumano. Only 21,000+ signatures found in research by Noenoe Silva.
1897 - U.S. President Cleveland Gave Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani.

1976 - The Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates published the "Excerpts from the Will and Codicils of Princess Bernice Pauahi Bishop and Facts About the Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates".
This published pamphlet is a documented evidence of an ongoing crime of the Trustees who are imposters to a Trust riding on our Kalola (w) family inheritance of 2/3 interest then added 1/3 interest of Charles Reed Bishop who had only a life interest that ended in 1915.

In the brouhaha over whether President Barack Obama was born in Hawaii or not, few seem to realize, that in the eyes of many historians and legal scholars, Hawaii is not a legitimate state of the United States of America. If the government of Hawaii had not been illegally overthrown in 1893 by the U.S. Marines through a classic act of Manifest Destiny and American-style gunboat diplomacy, Hawaii would still be an independent, sovereign nation today.
Notwithstanding a series of clever illegal moves by the U.S. government, Hawaii cannot be considered a legally bona fide state of the United States. In 1898 the United States unilaterally abrogated all of Hawaii's existing treaties and purported to annex it on the basis of a Congressional resolution. Two years later the U.S. illegally established the so-called Territory of Hawaii on the basis of the spurious Organic Act. After a period of prolonged belligerent occupation by the U.S., Hawaii was placed under United Nations Charter, Article 73, as a "non-self-governing territory" under the administrative authority of the United States. Then in 1959 the U.S. falsely informed the U.N. that Hawaii had become the 50th state of the United States after an illegal plebiscite. Among those allowed to vote in this invalid election were members of the U.S. military and their dependents stationed in Hawaii. In other words, Hawaii's occupiers were permitted to vote on its future.
In November 1993, President Bill Clinton signed Public Law 103-150 apologizing to the 140,000 Native Hawaiians, who call themselves Kanaka Maoli, for the January 17, 1893, invasion of Hawaii deposing Queen Liliuokalani which led to Hawaii's illegal annexation by the United States and eventually to statehood in 1959. This apology implicitly recognized the unrelinquished inherent sovereignty and right of self-determination of the Native Hawaiian people.
Whether it was his intention or not, President Bill Clinton clearly raised the expectations of the Kanaka Maoli that one day Hawaii might once again be viewed as an independent nation-state. The downtrodden Kanaka Maoli, who make up less than 12 percent of Hawaii's population, "die younger, earn less, go to jail more frequently, and are more likely to be homeless than any other ethnic group in the islands," according to the Honolulu Weekly.
If Barack Obama were born in Hawaii, and his birth certificate says that he was, then why has he shown so little interest in the plight of Native Hawaiians? Bill Clinton has done a lot more for the Kanaka Maoli than Barack Obama, even though Obama pretends to be a compassionate liberal.

2014 - Kingdom of Hawaii Judicial Tribunal Court Cases documented Charles Reed Bishop et. als. guilty for piracy(ies), conspiracies, etc. A total of 969 cases documented guilty.
Professor Williamson Chang documented that the U.S. could not annex Hawaii because it was a foreign sovereign nation.

SUMMARY
The U.S. has lied to the World that they Annexed Hawaii and they have No Jurisdiction.
The U.S. Military invaded the peaceful, neutral, non-violent nation and have been operating supporting conspirators, treasonous persons since 1893, including Charles Reed Bishop who was the widower of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Charles Reed Bishop was part of the White Annexationists/Supremacists who had the Kamehameha School Boys and the Punahou School Boys to help. Twenty Kamehameha School boys and Kawaiahao Church Reverends Kauhane and Iosepa were named.
Imposters claiming to be heirs of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates were the Trustees who were conveyed a life interest to 1/3 the estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop which ended in 1915.
Piracy, fraud, corruption by the Trustees who continued to operate as if they were the owners are documented.
The Royal Family, descendants and heirs of Kalola (w) exists who owned 2/3 interest of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop when she died in 1884, and owned the entire interest in the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop when Charles Reed Bishop died in 1915.
The Trustees interest also expired when Charles Reed Bishop died in 1915.
All the Allodial land titles are owned by the Royal Family of Kalola (w) who was the documented next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop in 1884.
The Kingdom of Hawaii's Judicial Tribunal declared Charles Reed Bishop et. als. guilty of piracy, conspiracy, etc.
The Kingdom of Hawaii's Supreme/Superior Court also declared Charles Reed Bishop et. als. guilty of piracy, conspiracy, etc.
The U.S., Territory, State of Hawaii were conveyed lands by Charles Reed Bishop/Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/KSBE/Kamehameha Schools which has expired and all needs \to be returned according to rule of law.
Allodial lands cannot be owned by Aliens. All lands \formerly owned by Ruth Keelikolani, then Bernice Pauahi Bishop belongs to Kalola (w) her heirs and successors. Her heirs are heirs of her body, and successors are heirs through documented relationships which includes her hanai/adopted daughter Kapooloku/Poomaikelani/
The Territory of the United States, turned Territory of Hawaii began to collect taxes for lands that they had no ownership to.
The Federal Government also started to collect taxes for lands that they had no ownership to.
Also, there was taxation with No Representation.
Normally, taxation was made with Representation.
The United States occupies the Kingdom of Hawaii after violating/breaching the U.S. Constitution Article 6 - Supremacy Clause; the 1849 Treaty of the Kingdom of Hawaii and U.S. President Zachary Taylor, a treaty ratified in 1850 as a permanent peace and amity treaty -Article XIV covers piracy, theft, etc.; the Protectorate signed by the U.S., Great Britain; and France in 1854; the Neutrality Law of 1854 - those nations who breached the treaty are documented Pirates; and the 1893 agreement by Queen Liliuokalani and the U.S. Junta.
Issues remain unresolved.
Meanwhile, the Allodial lands belongs to our Royal Family and other kanaka maoli who are not Foreign in the Hawaiian archipelago.
All transactions made by the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates are null and void.
The Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates were given notice of eviction and are to remove themselves from the premises at Kawaiahao Plaza on May 15, 2024 for the above reasons.
Also, does our Royal Family pay taxes? Taxes are to be returned for our Royal Family's lands wrongfully collected retroactive to 1898 when taxes were illegally paid.
There was no Annexation, meaning there was No Jurisdiction.
There were violations /breaches of the Treaty, the U.S. Constitution, the Protectorate, the Neutrality Law, the agreement between Queen Liliuokalani and the U.S. Junta.
War crimes, genocide, U.S. Military support of Charles Reed Bishop, et. als. are also documented, etc.
The Inventory of all of our Royal Family's lands are being reviewed.
The Crown Lands and the Government Lands does Not belong to the Occupiers, Aliens in the Kingdom of Hawaii.
Therefore, the Hawaiian Homes of the Alien Occupiers are hereby Null and Void because the Crown Lands are the Private Properties of Kamehameha III, his heirs, and successors, forever which means it does Not belong to the Occupier invaders who failed to follow rule of law and operated as Pirates since 1893.
I, Amelia Gora, null and void these illegal contracts made by Aliens who are not part of our Royal Family, and have the right to null and void these illegal contracts as Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs, and being a member of the House of Nobles whose position includes the overseeing of the Government Lands of the Kingdom of Hawaii with our Minister of Interior who are Kamehameha's descendants.
I, Amelia Gora, also strip the use of Kamehameha's name from the Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates/KSBE/Kamehameha Schools and will accept only the Kamehameha Dynasty in its place which is acceptable by our Royal Family, descendants and heirs of the body of Kalola (w) who is the documented next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
