1.       Rex vs. Booth (1863) – Explanation of the Hawaiian Government

2.       Kekiekie vs. Dennis – No one can take your lands away applicable to Kanaka Maoli only - Kanaka Maoli who are documented Allodial Title owners /"Forever" Land Owners/Generational Trust Land Owners.  

Note:  Aliens could never own Allodial Titles and were assigned only 30 years, less than Allodial, freehold, Fee Simple, or Leasehold lands.

3.  Kepane vs. John Watson - Case similar to KEKIEKIE vs. DENNIS  except that it was not necessary to go to court.  The only documents necessary was your genealogy to the landowner, the Royal Patent, the Land Commission, and Survey.  For Grants, the Grant Number, and the Survey.

4.       Iona Piikoi vs. Jona Kapena – Owner returned/occupied lands, case was closed

5.       Kalama vs. M. Kekuanaoa and John Ii, Guardians of Victoria Kamamalu – Evidence of ownership needed:  1) Genealogies to the original landowner; 2) Royal Patent - copies at Archives and Bureau of Conveyances 3) LCA/ Land Commission Awards - copies at Archives and Bureau of Conveyances and 4) Survey -see Archives - obtain copies at the Archives.  Note: if not at the Archives, see the Bureau of Conveyances.

6.  The King vs. William Anderson and John Russell  - "Every fraudulent combination, mutual understanding, or concerting together of two or more, to do what is obviously and directly wrongfully injurious to another, is a conspiracy......and concerted together to defraud.....they were guilty."

7. The King vs. Kahumoku - The false, fraudulent alteration of a Royal Patent, deed, or other writing, the alteration being such as may tend to deceive and defraud any person, is equivalent to a forgery of such writing.  The jury rendered a verdict of guilty and sentenced.

8. Bankruptcy of Ching On and Co. - A Landlord's claim for rent is a lien on a bankrupt's estate, and has priority over ordinary debts.

9.       In Re Ah Ho, et. Al. – U.S. President “proclaimed” Hawaii to be a territory and assigns judges; judges to answer to him

Note:  U.S. President Cleveland Gave Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani Twice (2x) – illegal on part of U.S. President McKinley

10.       Peacock vs. Republic of Hawaii – U.S. became 2 nations/countries:  1)  American Empire (territories), 2)  United States – those with treaties (nations)  Note:  The U.S. treated Hawaii as a territory.

11.      In Re Title of Pa Pelekane Case – Identity Theft -  The Attorney General of the Territory claimed that the “territory is the successor of the Kingdom of Hawaii” note:  Only bloodlines of Kamehameha are the heirs and successors.

       2.  U.S. President Benjamin Harrison et.als. Planning the invasion of Hawaii.

       3.  Congress approved the invasion of Hawaii.

      4.  USS Boston given orders to invade Hawaii.

     5.  Minister Stevens gave the United States Protectorate to Sanford B. Dole et. als.

         Note:  The United States breached the Protectorate Treaty; the Treaty of 1850; the  Neutrality Law of 1854; and the U.S. Constitution - Supremacy Clause.

      5.  U.S. President Benjamin Harrison moved to Annex Hawaii.

     6.  The United States pirated, looted, pillages the monies, revenues, tresury, banks including the Post Office bank etc.  Assets of shipping, taxes, minerals, resources were stolen.

       7.  Genocide occurred, many kanaka maoli were killed disregarding rule of law.

       8.  Sanford B. Dole et. als. transferred land owners property to partners in crime such as the "Sharpshooters" /Army of Hawaii, etc.

XI.  U.S. President Grover Cleveland Opposed Annexation.

       - gave Hawaii back to Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, 1894, and 1897.

       - gave a Warning to Americans about the Breach of the Neutrality law of 1854.

XII.  U.S. President William McKinley thru U.S. President Donald Trump failed to follow rule of law and disregarded the breach of the Treaties from a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation and support Pirates Sanford B. Dole and Friends.

XIII.  Affidavit/Lien filed on 12/17/96 - 281 pages with evidence of wrongs, etc.

XIV.  Enjoinder filed showing the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

      Note:  Pirates are the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/Kamehameha Schools.  The Trustees are Not the Allodial landowners.  The Trustees claim is based on Charles Reed Bishop who had only a life interest.  Charles Reed Bishop's 1/3 interest in his wife's estate ended in 1915.  The Trustees are riding on a Deed of Charles Reed Bishop's Life Interest and is supported by the United States government.  See Liber 142/pages 142-143.

XV.  Kingdom of Hawaii Supreme Court judges ruled Sanford B. Dole was guilty of fraud, etc.  All lalnds that Sanford B. Dole deeded was illegal and the true owners have their properties returned based on the Kingdom of Hawaii case:  The King vs. Kahumoku, HAWAIIAN REPORTS, Supreme Court Law Library, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.

Also, the United States of America Secretary of State and the Navy paid Sanford B. Dole thousands of dollars per month, travel expenses, and built him a mansion for his assistance in the invasion and usurpation of Queen Liliuokalani.

See 96-177455 at the Bureau of conveyances, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii, included are evidence of conspiracies, ongoing issues of fraud, genocide —- it is alien that cannot be removed —- our family are the heirs of the body of Kamehameha, his siblings: keliimaikai, kaleiwohi, kalanikaulihiwakama piipii(w). Kiilaweau (w), Kalaniopuu of the Big Island, Kaumualii of Kauai, And Kahekili of Maui, John Young, and Isaac Davis. An enjoinder was also filed with evidence that we are the heirs of the body of Kalola who was the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop. Bernice Pauahi Bishops husband Charleshad only a 1/3 estate for his life only. He died in 1915, and the trustees also ended in 1915. The state and the trustees has no interest in our Royal family’s Allodial lands…. Be watchful of those people claiming themselves to be part ofourRoyal family because it is our family who researched for evidence which also supports our oral history….. the royal family house of nobles have been meeting again since 2008. Note: our ancestor was Nuuanu whose father was Mahihelelima the kahu of Kamehameha's wives, he was also the older brother of Kamehameha's other wife named Kanekapolei...........yes folks we are made up of a combination of the high chiefs including the heirs of the body of Kamehameha et.als. too........the purpose is to maintain that the aina belongs to our Royal Family and the kanaka maoli..........aloha.
