The Illegitimate Government in Hawaii is the State of Hawaii which was created by U.S. President William McKinley who disregarded the fact that U.S. President Grover Cleveland returned Hawaii back to Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, 1894, and 1897.

U.S. President William McKinley had the Army, Navy, and others "develop" the Territory for the United States in 1897.
The Territory in itself was illegal because a Territory had no Treaty.

Bishop inherited only a 1/3 interest in his wife's estate.
In Land Coourt Case #1228, the Trusteees claimed they were the heirs to the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates.
Note: The Trustees were not the heirs because the Trust ended upon Charles
Reed Bishop's death.
Kalola (w) heirs became the owners of the entire estate 100% of the Estate formerly belonging to the Bernice Pauahi Bishop husband who died.
Charles Reed Bishop's life interest ended.

1996 - An Affidavit/Lien No. 96-177455 (281 pages) was filed at the Bureau of Conveyances documenting conspiracies, piracy, pillaging, racketeering by the United States.
The Lien applies to all 133 islands in the Hawaiian Archipelago. Evidence of Premeditation, etc. is also included in the Affidavit/Lien which was filed on 12/17/1996 by one of Kamehameha's heirs of his body - Amelia Gora, also a Representative of our Royal Family.

Conclusion
The United States supports Piracy and illegal claims to land in the Hawaiian Islands.
Since 1912, the Territory of Hawaii claimed that they were "the successor of the Kingdom of Hawaii" which is a Fraud claim.
