Note:  The Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/KSBE/Kamehameha Schools Trustees played a significant role in the invasion of the Kingdom of Hawaii, the criminal assumption of lands, monies based on a life interest of Charles Reed Bishop that ended in 1915.  The Trustees over time conveyed lands, invested with monies that was not theirs, including conveying Royal Family's lands to the U.S. government, the State of Hawaii, and others without ownership.  Contracts made by the Trustees are and were illegal contracts and made null and void.  The contracts were made by non-owners/the Trustees and now recognized as Pirates, conspirators, and contrary to our Neutrality law in place since 1854, and now documented in Article XIV of the Treaty of 1849 ratified in 1850 for Piracy, theft, etc. Please keep this for your records. Greetings,

Rents  of $50,000 per acre per month retroactive to 1884 was due and owed to our Royal Family the heirs of the body of Kalola (w) who is the documented next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop who died in 1884.

Charles Reed Bishop had only a life interest in a 1/3 part of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop and 2/3 interest belonged to Kalola (w) the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

No payments were made to Kalola (w) or the heirs of her body.

Charles Reed Bishop conspired against the Royal Family, including Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.

Charles Reed Bishop was a White Annexationist/Supremacist who obtained the help of the Kamehameha School boys, the Punahou School boys, and the Kawaiahao Church Ministers - Kauhane and Iosepa, which made all of them conspirators, treasonous persons against the Kingdom of Hawaii, and were supported by the U.S. Military who invaded a peaceful, neutral, friendly, non-violent nation.

Charles Reed Bishop conveyed his life interest to himself, and the Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

The Trust was reformed in 1896 to accomodate the Bishop Museum, etc.

Life Interest of Charles Reed Bishop


Charles Reed Bishop's Life Interest in the lands of his wife Bernice Pauahi Bishop ended when he died in 1915.

The Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop interest conveyed by Charles Reed Bishop also ended upon his death in 1915.

Charles Reed Bishop died in 1915, and his life interest ended.

The Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop's lost all interest upon the death of Charles Reed Bishop in 1915.

All conveyances of our Allodial lands returned to our Royal Family at this time as well.


Illegal Contracts After 1915 by the Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop


 The Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop after the death of Charles Reed Bishop continued to operate as if they were the Royal Family landowners conveying to whomever they wished.

The Trustees impersonated our Royal Family members since 1915, which means they operated as pirates unleashed in the Hawaiian Islands.

The deeds that they have made were illegal contracts and made null and void by myself, Amelia Gora, as one of Kalola (w) heir of her body,  Kamehameha's heir of his body from four (4) of his children, and as the Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs/Relations an office that has the right to Null and Void illegal contracts.

U.S. Claims to Annexation was a Lie, a Fraud

There was No Annexation, which means that the U.S. has no Jurisdiction in the Hawaiian archipelago.

Notices were served that our Royal Family is here was ignored by you non-owners.

Notices were served that the name of Kamehameha Schools, the Bishop Museum, etc. are to be changed to the Kamehameha Dynasty, and my request was ignored.

Because there was no response, this is a notice that the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates can no longer use our Kamehameha name, including the Kamehameha School name, and you are also given notice of Cease and Desist due to Pirates activities in operating   illegal contracts with multiples of agencies, including allowing foreign governments violating our neutrality law, treaties, etc.

It is also noted for the legal records that the charges of Imposters are also added to the 'Pirates' title and all Nations are to be aware of Pirate activities in our Hawaiian Islands promoted by the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trust which legally ended in 1893 due to conspiracy, treason by Charles Reed Bishop and Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/KSBE/ Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates.  Note:  the Kamehameha Schools shalll be under new management and under the title of the Kamehameha Dynasty School, the Bishop Museum shall also be changed to the Kamehameha Dynast Museum.

The following information shown below is evidence showing fraud, piracy, pillaging, racketeering, conspiracy(ies), deceit, thievery by non owners claiming to be the landowners in the Hawaiian Islands since 1893.

In our Inventory project reviewing lands of our Royal Family, much fraud has been uncovered.

A team of our Royal Family members or konohiki/caretakers have written emails/letters, visited various locations and have confronted hostile including weapon carrying individuals/including police persons called by individuals  who have failed to prove documents of ownership, nor are they related to our Royal Family members.

Examples:  The KSBE/Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates, The Aquarium, Bishop Museum, Women's YWCA, Washington Place, Boy Scouts - in Nuuanu, Hawaiian Electric Co. - Downtown, the Queen's Hospital, Heeia Ahupuaa, Punaluu Ahupuaa, Bank of Hawaii, First Hawaiian Bank, Kapalama Shopping Center, Queen Liliuokalani Children's Center, Iolani Palace, Moanalua Ahupuaa, Moses Kekuaiwa's Ahupuaa, Waimanalo Ahupuaa, Pohakuloa Ahupuaa, Waikoloa Ahupuaa, the State of Hawaii Attorney General, etc.

According to our Kingdom of Hawaii laws, no one can take our lands away; we can move on our lands at our pleasure.

According to the Doctrine of Political Question, we are part of the Kingdom of Hawaii, and have a separation of powers as documented by  former U.S. Senator Daniel Inouye.

According to University of Hawaii Law Professor Williamson Chang, there was no Annexation.

According to United Nations Dr. Alfred deZayas, we have international immunities.

As a Royal person, a Royal Family member as a Kamehameha descendant from four (4) of his children, two (2) of his hanai/adopted children, and four (4) of his stepchildren, we have immunities.

As the Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs, we have immunities and those subjects who are with us also have immunities.

We maintain a Constitutional Monarchy government,  remain a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation and aware that the permanent friendship and amity Treaty of 1850 continues on.

Breach of Neutrality law of 1854 is documented.

U.S. President Grover Cleveland gave Hawaii back to Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, 1894, and 1897.

Additional Evidence

The following evidence shows that the Trustees of the Kamehameha Schools/Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/KSBE are Not the land owners of our Allodial lands.

According to research, the facts found are as follows:

(1)  The Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop ended in 1893 because it was an estate created in 1884 and belongs to the Kingdom of Hawaii.

(2)  Bernice Pauahi Bishop's husband Charles Reed Bishop was a party to those who usurped Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, was a documented conspirator, a treasonous person who lost all interest in our Royal Family's lands.

(3)  Charles Reed Bishop was entitled to only 1/2 of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop for his life time only.

Note:  Kalola a stepsister, and cousin of Bernice Pauahi Bishop was her next-of-kin and owned 1/2 of the Estate until the death of Charles Reed Bishop, then she would own the full estate.

(4) Charles Reed Bishop deeded his life interest to himself and the Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.  The Trust was null and void because conspirators became a conspirator, treasonous group who moved to pirate lands, assets, and resources, etc.

(5)  Charles Reed Bishop and Trustees reformed the Trust in 1896 which made the Trust null and void.

(6)  Charles Reed Bishop died.  His life interest ended.  The Trustees interests ended.

Instead, the Trustees made themselves heirs and perpetuated crimes against the true Allodial landowners, the next-of-kin Kalola's descendants and heirs.

(7)  Aliens are squatting on our Private Properties.  The Aliens are not able to prove their Allodial land titles.  

(8)  Rents of $500,000 per acre per month retroactive to 1893 are the amounts charged by our Royal Family.

The following post is recorded for the legal records and as a notice conveyed that failure to pay rents is cause for the removal of the parties and recorded eviction notice.

The buildings on our Royal Family's properties may remain or will be removed by the squatters with costs to the squatters.

Most people don't know the Truth About the Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates/ Trust of Bernice Pauahi Bishop and her White Supremacist Husband Charles Reed Bishop.

Charles Reed Bishop and Trustees played a part in dethroning Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, and importantly he had only a Life Interest in his wife Bernice Pauahi Bishop's Estate.

He became part of an Alien Nation that had No Sovereignty called the Provisional Government, turned Republic then made a Territory of the United States turned Territory of Hawaii by a President who failed to follow the Rule of Law named U.S. President William McKinley.

Charles Reed Bishop had only a Life Interest in the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop as evidenced by the Deed below which was found at the Bureau of Conveyances, Liber 142 pages 142-143 in the Kalanimoku Building, Downtown Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.

Life interest ends upon one's death.  A transfer of a life interest does not extend time to the person or others who have no legal rights to Royal Family lands.  These documents are evidence of a conspiracy by Aliens who moved to defraud the true heirs and supported by bankrupt nations - the U.S., Great Britain, and France who had invested in the American Civil War and were bankrupt since 1865.

The three (3) nations had a protectorate over the Kingdom of Hawaii until 1893 then placed a protectorate over the Alien entity called the Provisional Government.

The three (3) nations also breached the Neutrality Law of 1854, and the Treaties.

 

TIMELINE


1884 - Bernice Pauahi Bishop died of breast cancer.  She was the next- of kin to Ruth Keelikolani who died in 1883 and inherited 353,000+ acres of land, a Palace, artifacts, etc.

Her total lands amounted to 400,000+ acres  of land, a Palace, artifacts, etc.

Bernice Pauahi Bishop's husband inherited 1/2 of her estate for life - a life interest.

Bernice Pauahi Bishop's next-of-kin was Kalola, a stepsister and cousin who was also a Kamehameha descendant.

Kalola inherited 1/2 of her estate and the full estate after the death of Charles Reed Bishop.

1886 - Kalola died and her descendants/heirs lived on.

Her heirs were Kahananui, widow of her son Kahekili/Alapai Kahekili Luluhiwalani who had a son named Ioela.

Kalola and her husband Luluhiwalani/S. Luluhiwalani had a hanai/adopted daughter named Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/Abigaila/Poomaikelani/Princess Poomaikelani.

Ioela married Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/Abigaila/Poomaikelani/Princess Poomaikelani had Haili who married Kaluakini and had Elikapeka and others.

1893 - Charles Reed Bishop conspired against Queen Liliuokalani and helped to dethrone her.  Bishop lost all interest in the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

Bishop became part of an Alien entity called the Provisional Government which had no Sovereignty.

Meanwhile, the Kingdom of Hawaii with full Sovereignty continued on.

 Charles Reed Bishop carried on as if he did not lose all interest in lands in the Kingdom of Hawaii.

Charles Reed Bishop transferred his life interest to himself, and the Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates. 


1896 - Charles Reed Bishop  sold Princess Ruth Keelikolani's Palace to the Provisional Government turned Republic of Hawaii which had no Sovereignty.

Bishop did not own the full interest in Princess Ruth Keelikolani's Palace because he had inherited only 1/2 interest for his life only.

Kalola's descendants/heirs were also heirs with 1/2 interest and a full interest since 1893.

Note:  Charles Reed Bishop died in 1915.

 

Charles Reed Bishop became Part of the Provisional Government, turned Republic etc. Affected the Ownership of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop, lands in Waikiki, the Aquarium, the Bishop Museum, etc.

The Reformation of the Kingdom of Hawaii Trust was made by a foreign, Alien entity assuming Private Properties of our Royal Family from a 100% Sovereign Government

Charles Reed Bishop left the islands to work with the J.P. Morgan bankers and ran with the monies, investments, etc.

Bishop's interest in his wife's estate legally ended on January 17, 1893 when he participated in a concerted effort to usurp Queen Liliuokalani.

The premeditated, planned invasion of Hawaii succeeded due to Charles Reed Bishop, the "backbone" of the usurpation of Queen Liliuokalani and the Pirate who obtained properties, monies, artifacts, gold, etc. under false pretenses.

His life interest ended and all of the interest in the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop was fully owned by Kalola descendants and heirs.

1915 - Charles Reed Bishop died.  His life interest in the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop ended upon his death.

The Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop's interest transferred by Charles Reed Bishop also died.

The Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop perpetuated fraud, deceit, piracy, plundering, racketeering, etc. and continued on with criminal claims.

1959 - U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower through his Executive Order made Hawaii a State of the U.S. with a shared 1/50% interest in Sovereignty.

1996 - An Affidavit/Lien No. 96-177455 (281 pages) was filed which is a lien on all 132 islands (133 includes Loihi) at the Bureau of Conveyances, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii by Amelia Gora.  Genealogies, History, Premeditation evidence, etc. included.

2000 - There was no Annexation meaning there's no U.S. Jurisdiction in the Hawaiian Islands.



2015 - Annexation of Hawaii is a Myth documented by University of Hawaii Law Professor Williamson Chang documented.

2018 -  The U.S. is an occupier as documented by United Nations Dr. Alfred deZayas.

2019 - Joinder No. Doc A-71510779 filed on July 31, 2019 (118 pages) filed - a Joinder to Afft. Lien No. 96-177455 filed on 12/17/96 (281 pages) with genealogies showing descendants of Kalola exists, Kalola is documented as the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop filed by  Francis Gora, John Gora, and Amelia Gora - descendants and heirs of Kalola and Representatives of our Royal Family.

1893 - Invasion of Hawaii by the U.S. and who supported the "White Annexationists" including Charles Reed Bishop.
 
1909 - A Fraud Trust was created which was denied by Queen Liliuokalani who said that she did not sign a Trust Deed with Archibald Cleghorn, William O. Smith, et. als.
 
1915 - Charles Reed Bishop died.
 
1917 - Queen Liliuokalani died.
 
1924 - " The site for it was a portion of the Laniakea Tract from the Allen Estate on Richards Street, which the YW purchased in 1924 for $238,566."

DISCUSSION
Abner Paki's land or "The property" use was for only 30 years, which means that the time ran out.  Purchase was made in 1924 from the Allen Estates", a name which is unknown to our family.
The end date for Fee Simple or 30 years only, terminated in 1954.

Aliens can never own Allodial or forever titles.

 

Allodial titles were given to only kanaka maoli since December 1849, and "confirmed by the Act of the 6th of August last, and the Act of the 10th of July, 1850, allowing to aliens to acquire and convey lands in fee simple..."

 

Kalola's Family Interest

 

Because Kalola was the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop, she became the owner of all of Abner Paki's et.als. properties since 1884.

 

In 1893, Charles Reed Bishop helped to conspire against Queen Liliuokalani the Royal Family and the people.

 

Charles Reed Bishop lost all interest in lands in the Hawaiian Islands..

 

Therefore, the YWCA owes back rents/leases because no payments were received by our Royal Family to date.

 

DATES:  1924 to 2022 for the amounts of $50,000 per acre per month retroactive to 1924 is due our Royal Family and owed to date.

 

Calculations:  98 years x 12 months = 1,176 months

 

Amounts due:  $37,500 x 1,176 months = $44,100,000 or Forty Four Million, One  Hundred Thousand Dollars.

Kalola also inherited the Ruth Keelikolani Palace, 353,000+ acres, the artifacts of the Kamehameha's, along with all the other Allodial lands that Bernice Pauahi Bishop inherited.
 
Because Charles Reed Bishop participated in usurping Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, Bishop lost all of his life interest in 1893.
 
Kalola the documented next-of-kin and her descendants and successors became the Allodial landowners of the entire estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
 
The Kamehameha School for Boys assisted Charles Reed Bishop and were part of the Annexationists documented.  (see below:  Charles Reed Bishop listed on the Provisional Government participants, and the article "White Annexationists" showing the Kamehameha School Boys participants in the usurpation of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.)
 
 
Our Royal Family are also Kamehameha descendants who descends from Abner Paki's brother named Kalaniulumoku.  
 
Abner Paki became the husband of his brother's wife named Kakainaalii in 1838.
 
Abner Paki died in 1855.
 
Abner Paki's daughter Bernice Pauahi Bishop died in 1884.
 
Abner Paki's stepdaughter Kalola died in 1886 and left her descendants/heirs and successors. 
 
 
Furthermore, our Private Properties has only a Fee Simple title to Aliens which ended after 30 years.  For example, From 1884 only 30 years could be held by Aliens.  The term of Lease/Fee Simple/Freehold/ Less than Allodial titles ended  in  1914.
 
Therefore, this Royal Patent and all of the lands in Waialae Iki and listed above belongs to Kalola's Family.
 
All homes being sold in Waialae Iki and listed above are now reserved for Kalola's Family, the true Allodial Title landowners.
 
Illegal contracts were made by Charles Reed Bishop and Friends.  They were Not the Allodial ;Title landowners and collected rents/leases/freehold costs and perpetuated wrongs, were in collusion, participated in conspiracies and are not the owners, are not part of our Royal Family's descendants of Kalola, the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

The most evil is Charles Reed Bishop who arrived in Hawaii with William Lee.  Both worked for the American Consulate, then as an attorney, plantation owner, banker, etc.

SUMMARY

With the inclusion of Kamehameha Schools as part of the annexationists counts, this verifies the fact that the Kamehameha Schools was made for the purposes of adding supporters for the White Supremacist Charles Reed Bishop who was the "backbone" of the treasonous persons who helped to usurp Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.

It can be said that since 1893, Kamehameha Schools and Punahou Schools were the financed bodies of  the White Supremacists whose purposes was to support the usurpation of Queen Liliuokalani, and utilized funds rightfully belonging to Queen Liliuokalani and the Royal Family.

Queen Liliuokalani was the hanai/adopted sister of Bernice Pauahi Bishop whose husband and friends orchestrated the theft of Hawaiian monies by organizing a "Trust" which criminally assumed lands of the Kamehameha's for their purposes leading up to the criminal assumption of lands, monies, etc. belonging to the Royal Family.

Therefore, it can be said that the Kamehameha Schools was a reason for the criminal pirates, pillagers, racketeers, a planned diversion to appear as if the education reason was for the children when it was really a scoundrel activity hiding the fact that the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees of 1884 were the true thieves, scoundrels, who helped to plan the usurpation of the Queen in 1893, and form a fraudulent trust in 1909 to assume all.

It is true what Judge Stuart observed:

Judge Stuart exposed the Corruptions in the Hawaiian Islands, in the claimed governments, and the courts, etc.............He complained about the usurpers to his President Wilson..............Wilson destroyed his letters by cutting it up and giving parts to those who were being written about.

Wilson threw his parts into the trash can.

Interesting man Judge Stuart....he bluntly admitted that the Bishop Estates was set up for the "real purposes of taking care of the trustees and hangers-on..."

Lastly, Charles Reed Bishop died in 1915.  He left monies to many including Kamehameha Schools, and Punahou Schools.

Most of the monies was not his.  He lost all interest in the Kamehameha's monies in 1893 due to his collusion, treasonous activities. 

 

If that were not the case he would have lost all interest in1915 when he died and had only a life interest.

Rents are due from the Trustees of both trusts for lands criminally claimed by an illegal, criminal, pirate, pillaging, racketeering trust which owns nothing because they are not the allodial land owners, genocide activist, treasonous persons who have all breached the neutrality laws as well.

    11 years ago on April 13th on a Friday myself and 3 others stood in front a Judge. We were accused of Criminal Trespass II reduced to Simple Trespass. The day we got arrested they put it on the 10 news about activist fighting for "Hawaiian" land. Wrong, we were standing for our rights and kuleana. After being looped in the system for months we had our day in court. The Prosecutor said if we could prove separation of jurisdiction and powers from both the State of Hawaii a...nd the United States the Judge could recognize our claim. Our point was they could not apply their authority on Hawaiian Nationals. There were 16 arrested that day. On April 13 on a Friday I delivered what the prosecutor requested. I handed the clerk, to hand to the Judge, a letter from the late Senator Inouye. He was a United State Senator for the State of Hawaii. (two birds w/ one stone) He could not come to our trial due to a mandated Constitutional Separation of Powers. I looked it up and found within the Separation of Powers was "The Doctrine of Political Question". In this doctrine it speaks of land if created by another Country can not be decided in court. It is of a political matter between the Executives. The Judge took a look at the letter asked a few questions flipped thru his books and accepted my oral motion to dismiss with prejudice. The prosecutor had nothing else to rebut and the Judge rendered a decision to grant the Dismissal with Prejudice. I know this was not of my doing but the grace of ke Akua that worked this case. You see we were not suppose to appear that because the case was already dismissed w/out prejudice. The Judge asked why our names were on the calendar and all they could say was it was a mistake. My dad stood with me and he had his say in court. A week later all others were also dismissed w/prejudice. All 16!!!! Since then we have lost a few of those warriors.
