Subject:  Nation to Nation Legal Advisory/ Legal Notice No. 2021-1129 Removal of Konohiki David Kromer/San Tah/Kamiano - Konohiki List from Amelia Gora, a Royal person, One of the Royal Family Representative, Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs, House of Nobles Member, Konohiki, Judicial Tribunal Member/Judge, Hawaiian Genealogical Society Representative, Land Owner, Landlord

Greetings,

I, Amelia Gora, Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs, House of Nobles Member, Konohoki, am hereby retracting the Legal Directives/Legal Notices in regards to David Kromer also known as San Tah/ Kamiano.

He is no longer a supporter of our Royal Family and has been officially removed as a Konohiki.

David Kromer supports a group headed by David Keanu Sai and Dexter Kaiama as an Attorney General.

Dexter Kaiama

Dexter Kaiama did at one time agree to support our Royal Family.

In defending our Royal Family who were sued in court over the Crown Lands,  Dexter Kaiama failed to defend  our Royal Family when he did not oppose the charge by the State of Hawaii's Attorney General who accused us as being "terrorists". All he did was put his head down.

Note:  The State of Hawaii courts has no jurisdiction in Hawaii,
See:

Many of us did file oppositions to the comment(s) made by the Attorney General as a result.

Alien Counselors Descendants

Dexter Kaiama appears to be a descendant of Kale Davis who was one of three (3) descendants of Isaac Davis.

Our Royal Family descend from Hueu Davis and Peke Davis whose mother was Grace Kamaikui, the daughter of John Young/Olohana, counselor of Kamehameha.

Other members of our Royal Family are more of Kale Davis descendants, and Kamehameha's descendants.

David Kromer - former Konohiki

David Kromer prefers the association with David Keanu Sai who calls himself Regent.

He also prefers to be associated with Dexter Kaiama who is part of the another group calling themselves the Kingdom of Hawaii.

Note:  "Some estimate that there are as many as 40 groups involved in the sovereignty issue. These groups include law firms such as Native Hawaiian Legal Corporation, civic and mass-based groups such as Ka L... hui, and even a group, Ka Pakaukau, whose purpose is to unite the other groups."

David Kromer opposes our Royal Family and today announced that all the members of the House of Nobles should be removed.  Kromer made fun of our ancestors, and supports David Keanu Sai who stole the Kaai/the funerary basketry containing our ancestors remains/iwi/bones  from the Bishop Museum.

He made fun of our Royal Family which is genealogy based.  We are from Kalaniopuu of the Big Island, Kamehameha from multiples of his children, Kaumualii of Kauai descendants, Kahekili of Maui descendants, John Young/Olohana from Great Britain and Isaac Davis from Great Britain descendants, descendant of Princess Poomaikelani, and descendants of the hanai/adopted children of Queen Liliuokalani who was wrongfully dethroned by planned conspiracies in 1893, etc.

David Kromer/San Tah/Kamiano is not an appropriate candidate to be a Konohiki in these Hawaiian Islands.

Perhaps he could persuade a questionable felon David Keanu Sai to help him.

David Kromer has stage 2 cancer and has had attitude changes recently.

For the records, David Kromer, has been removed from our list of Konohiki effective immediately.

aloha,

Amelia Gora, a Royal person, one of our Royal Family's Representatives, Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs, House of Nobles member, Konohiki, etc.

Greetings,

My name is Amelia Gora, one of Kamehameha's descendants - from four (4) of his children:  Kaoleioku, Kanekapolei, Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, and Kalanihelemaiiluna, one of the descendants of Kalola the stepsister, true cousin of Bernice Pauahi Bishop who is documented as the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop who married Charles Reed Bishop, banker, one of the usurpers of Queen Liliuokalani who was a hanai/adopted sister of Bernice Pauahi Bishop and Kalola (others not named here).

I am one of the landowners, Superior title owners of lands criminally claimed by the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees.

We have Konohiki assigned to our lands who have been assigned kupono lands, or lands free from rent and taxes.

One such Konohiki is David Kromer, also known as San Tah, who has been assigned to various locations including Honolulu, Kapalama, Nuuanu or close to the Queen's Hospital because of his medical condition.

The lands affected are our Alii lands of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, Queen Emma, Kamehameha IV - Alexander Liholiho, Abner Paki, Mataio Kekuanaoa, Moses Kekuaiwa, Victoria Kamamalu, et. als.

As one of the land owners, I am notifying you of David Kromer's needs for immediate medical treatments.

I am one of Kalaniopuu's, Kamehameha's, Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's, Kahekili of Maui, Kaumualii of Kauai, John Young/Olohana, Isaac Davis, Grace Kamaikui's, Akahi/Chiefess Akahi, et. als. descendants.

I am authorizing David Kromer to utilize a unit, apartment, or house which sits on lands belonging to our Royal Family.

Example:  There are vacant apartments in the back of Queen's Hospital which could be utilized by our Konohiki David Kromer, etc.

Queen's Hospital operates on funds from our Royal Family lands including Halawa Ahupuaa belonging to Grace Kamaikui and Mataio Kekuanaoa.

Both Grace Kamaikui and Mataio Kekuanaoa are our ancestors.

Grace Kamaikui

Grace Kamaikui was married to Isaac Davis.  Her father was John Young/Olohana.
Grace Kamaikui later married Dr. T.C.B. Rooke who adopted Queen Emma.
Grace Kamaikui's will stated that if Queen Emma did not have other children after her first died, then her lands would go to her family on her father's side.
John Young/Olohana had adopted his daughter Graces children:  Hueu Davis, Kale Davis, and Peke Davis.
All three (3) were also adopted by Kamehameha and later by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.

Queen Emma was Not the heir of Grace Kamaikui because she failed to have more children.
Grace Kamaikui's Allodial lands could only be inherited by her family who were part kanaka maoli.

We own the Allodial titles, which could not be owned by aliens.
Queen Emma could not own Grace Kamaikui's lands according to Grace Kamaikui's Will.

I, Amelia Gora, am one of Hueu Davis descendants and heir from another relationship.
I, Amelia Gora, am also one of Peke Davis descendants who had married Kaumualii's son George Humehume, then married Keawe - our ancestor, then Antonio Sylva.

Our Royal Family's are Not Subject to the laws because we are Kamehameha's descendants and heirs.
We are based on a Constitutional Monarchy laws which is unlike the Democratic government.

There was No Annexation, which means the Democratic government operating in Hawaii is Not the Legitimate government in the Hawaiian Islands.

The Land Court system used to steal lands cannot operate in our islands.

The Supreme Court documented that the U.S. President has only a 3-12 mile jurisdiction into the territorial seas from the contiguous land mass.  Hawaii is 2,000+ miles away from the U.S.

The Kingdom of Hawaii/Hawaiian Kingdom is the Legitimate Government in Hawaii which was documented by U.S. Secretary of State Gresham and U.S. President Grover Cleveland.

Mataio Kekuanaoa

Mataio Kekuanaoa had five (5) marriages and became the stepfather of all of Kalaniopuu's, and Kamehameha's children, stepchildren and hanai/adopted children because of his wife Kinau had been married to Kamehameha II.  Kamehameha II was married to Kekauluohi/Auhea who was a widow of Kamehameha, then married Kamehameha II.  Through this marriage, the Kamehameha Families were linked.

Mataio Kekuanaoa's oldest son from his first marriage had descendants and stepchildren.  Our family descends from him, his name was Paalua/JWD Paalua.

Mataio Kekuanaoa's second wife was Pauahi who was the mother of Ruth Keelikolani.  Pauahi was married to Kamehameha II, and married to Keaupuni a descendant of Kahekili of Maui.  Keaupuni had son Kapena, et. als.  Kapena became the sibling of Ruth Keelikolani.

Mataio Kekuanaoa's third wife was Kinau and had Moses Kekuaiwa, David Kamehameha, Lot/Kamehameha V, Alexander Liholiho/Kamehameha IV, Victoria Kamamalu, and hanai/adopted daughter Bernice Pauahi.

Mataio Kekuanaoa's fourth wife was Kalolo/Kaloloahilani.

Mataio Kekuanaoa's fifth wife was Kalima who was married to Kapena and had three (3) children:  John Kapena, Sam Kapena, and Umiokalani (female).  Kapena was a stepson of Mataio Kekuanaoa, and his son John Kapena was also a stepson of Mataio Kekuanaoa or both father and son became brothers in this relationship.

Our Family descends/heirs of JWD Paalua, Kapena, and his son John Kapena.

Queen Kapiolani

Queen Kapiolani was a hanai/adopted daughter of our great grandfather Kaluakini/Luakini which made Queen Kapiolani the hanai/adopted sister of my grandmother Elikapeka Kaluakini who married Joseph Gora.

Queen Kapiolani was the sister of Princess Poomaikelani who was the grandmother of my grandmother Elikapeka Kaluakini who married Joseph Gora.

Reasons for Konohiki:

To Protect our Royal Family's interests.

 Konohiki meaning:

Konohiki

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

konohiki is a headman of a land division or ahupua`a of the Kingdom of Hawaii who administered the land ruled by anali'i chief.[1][2]

Background[edit]

The lands of the Ruling chiefs of Hawaii were divided into radial divisions of land when possible. These divisions were under the control of other smaller chiefs and managed by a steward.[3] Land was divided up in strict adherence to the wishes of the Ali‘i Nui. The island was called the mokupuni and was split into several moku. The moku (district) parameters ran from the highest mountain top, down to the sea. These divisions were ruled by an aliʻi ʻaimoku who would have been appointed by the ruling chief. Each of these mokus were further split into ahupuaau, named after the dividing boundry alter where taxes were collected for each area during the Makahiki. Each ahupuaau was then run by a headman or chief called a Konohiki.[4]

In Keelikolani vs Robinson, the term is also defined as a Land Agent. In Territory vs Bishop Trust Co. LTD., when the agent was appointed by a chief they were referred to by the title of konohiki. When referring to the titled person as Konohiki, this meant that they were charged with the care of the division of land for the king or nobility the land was awarded to. The term could also be a designated area of land owned privately as compared to being owned by the government.[5] A chief of lands could not lose life tenure on the land even after being discharged from the position, but a head man overseeing the same land has no such right.[6]

Often ali'i and konohiki are referenced together however, while most or all konohiki were ali'i nobility, not all ali'i were konohiki. The Hawaiian dictionary gives the definition as a headman of a land division, but it is also used in describingfishing rights as well. The term when broken in two parts is as follows: Kono being defined as to entice, or prompt and hiki defined as something that can be done. The konohiki was a relative of the ali'i and would oversee the coordination of the property, including water rightsland distributionagricultural use and any maintenance. The Konohiki would also make sure the right amounts of gifts and tributes to the ali'i were properly made at the right times.[7]

As capitalism was incorporated into the kingdom the konohiki would become the tax collectors, landlords and wardens over the fisheries.[7]
