The following articles show that Charles Reed Bishop had only a life interest in the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

This evidence shows that the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees received the life interest of Charles Reed Bishop who died in 1915.

Translation:  The Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees/Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates Trustees have and are criminally maintaining lands that they do not own and are supported by an alien court which perpetuates fraud, deceit, criminal racketeering since 1893.

SUMMARY

Land was willed to Charles Reed Bishop for his life time.....which means that the lands expired upon his death in 1915.

Bishop had deeded his life interest to the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Trustees, which means the Trustees are not the land owners since 1915.

The lands are the Private Properties of the Royal Family and Not the Trustees.

Rent is due retroactive to 1884 because both Bernice Pauahi Bishop, Charles Reed Bishop, and the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees were treasonous persons who supported the usurpation of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.

The evidence is hereby documented.

The perpetuation of fraud, deceit over the land ownership has continued on by aliens who are Not the Allodial land owners.

Our Royal Family owns all of the lands.

The entity State, its court system which does not have the "original jurisdiction" are documented pirates, pillagers, racketeering agents and owes rents since 1884.

Cost:  $50,000 per acre per month retroactive to 1884.

Note to parties who purchased lands from Charles Reed Bishop et. als. :

The Royal Family - descendants and heirs of Kamehameha are the true owners and you'll need to get your monies back from the Trustees or the Title Companies who have wrongfully claimed that titles were clear, etc.
