Let us look at the history of the Department of Education - the Kingdom of Hawaii/Hawaiian Kingdom and the Alien set up who owes rents for our Royal Family's Private Properties ---- 


  • 1868 - Mataio Kekuanaoa was the head of the Department of Education from the Kingdom of Hawaii/Hawaiian Kingdom.    He was an heir of his daughter Victoria Kamamalu. 

Note:  Mataio Kekuanaoa allowed the use of lands for the Kingdom of Hawaii/Hawaiian Kingdom's Schools....Not an Alien nation School system.

  • White Supremacists showed up in his Probate and claimed that his last wife was Kinau.

  • Research shows that his last wife was Kalima.  

  • Mataio Kekuanaoa was married to five (5):

  • 1)  Kalehua/Kauhi and had son Paalua; 
  • 2)  Pauahi was married to Kamehameha II - Liholiho - he was married to seven (7) others including his stepmother Kekauluohi which means that Kamehameha's children, stepchildren, and hanai/adopted children were included as Mataio Kekuanaoa's stepchildren; Pauahi was married to Keaupuni and had stepson Kapena (siblings) - Keaupuni was also married to Abigail Maheha; Pauahi married Kekuanaoa and he claimed Ruth Keelikolani was his; 
  • 3) Kekuanaoa married Kinau - and had children:  Moses Kekuaiwa; David Kamehameha; Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V; Alexander Liholiho/Kamehameha  IV; Victoria Kamamalu; hanai/ adopted Bernice Pauahi ; 
  • 4)  he married Kalolo/Kaloloahilani; and 
  • 5)  he married Kalima and had stepchildren:  John Kapena (siblings).

  • His descendants existed then and their descendants exists today.

  • The White Supremacists claimed that His heir was Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V disregarding the Royal Family.

1872 - Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V died.  One of his heirs was Ruth Keelikolani.

  • 1883 - Ruth Keelikolani died and conveyed he lands including Keoua Hale/Ruth Keelikolani's Palace to Bernice Pauahi Bishop. 

Note:  Ruth Keelikolani built her house on her first husbands property. His name was Leleiohoku. His siblings were Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, Liholiho - Kamehameha II, Nahienaena, hanai/adopted M. Kekauonohi, stepbrothers: Nahuina, Halemano, and others who also had interest in the Allodial lands. Ruth Keelikolani married husband number 2 named Isaac Young Davis who was also an interest holder of Ruth's first son. Isaac Young Davis had siblings including our ancestor Kailio. 

Ruth Keelikolani had stepsiblings including Kapena, Paalua, John Kapena - all three (3) are our families ancestors as well and we are the Allodial land owners.

  • 1884 - Bernice Pauahi Bishop died and her next of kin was her true cousin, also a stepsister named Kalola. 

  • Bernice Pauhi Bishop's husband was entitled to only a life interest.

  • 1893 - the Provisional government which had No Sovereignty assigned Charles Reed Bishop as the President of their Department of Education. 

  • 1895 -  Charles Reed Bishop deeded land that he did not own to the Department of Education, a Department of Education of his choosing, NOT the Kingdom of Hawaii Department of Education.

  • Charles Reed Bishop was a treasonous person being the head of the Department of Education during Queen Liliuokalani's period and the premeditated Provisional government supported by the U.S.

  • 1898 - The entity Territory of the United States turned Territory of Hawaii was "developed" by the Army, Navy, and Federal personnel under the direction of U.S. President William McKinley who breached the Neutrality laws signed by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli in 1854. 

SUMMARY

Charles Reed Bishop conveyed lands that was not his to convey.

Bishop was a treasonous person and could not own Allodial lands because of the following reasons:
(1) treason
(2) had he not been treasonous, he was entitled to only a life interest or until 1915 when he died.
(3)  Allodial land owners descendants existed then and their descendants exists now.
(4)  Bishop was an Alien and could never own "forever" lands - Allodial lands.
(5)  Bishop conveyed his life interest to the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees and they too could never own Allodial lands/"forever" lands due to treason, conspiracies, piracy, pillaging, racketeering, identity theft, fraud, etc.

  • Queen Liliuokalani was dethroned in 1893 by Charles Reed Bishop and his gang of Pirates, pillagers, usurpers, treasonous persons backed by the United States, and the Churches, etc. including Central Union Church, the Catholic Church in Hawaii, Punahou Schools, Kamehameha Schools, etc.

 The Alien government set up called the Provisional government which never had Sovereignty and was Not Legally Annexed and supported by the U.S. President William McKinley.  It is an illegal setup based on Fraud, Piracy, Pillaging, racketeering and cannot own a full Sovereign nations Allodial titles. 

  • Note: We can move onto our Private Properties at our pleasure as documented in the case precedences - ex. John Ii vs. John Kapena case, HAWAIIAN REPORTS; also see Kekiekie vs. Dennis case, HAWAIIAN REPORTS - no one can take the Allodial lands away, etc. 

There was No Annexation as documented in 2000 by the U.S. Supreme Court.

There were breaches of the Neutrality laws as warned by U.S. President Grover Cleveland.

Our families maintained and continues to maintain a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation, and recognizing that Kamehameha III signed and ratified the 1850 Treaty of the Kingdom of Hawaii/ Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States and documented the Neutrality status of the Kingdom of Hawaii in 1854.

Rents are due for using our Private Properties under the names of Mataio Kekuanaoa, Victoria Kamamalu, Moses Kekuaiwa, Abner Paki, Konia, et. als. at the rate of $50,000 per acre per month retroactive to 1884 - when Bernice Pauahi Bishop died.

U.N. Expert to Hawai`i Judges: Islands Under “Strange Form of Occupation” by U.S.

The Hawaiian Kingdom Blog released a letter today written by United Nations Independent Expert Alfred deZayas to two Hawaii Circuit Court judges.

In the letter, dated February 18, 2018, deZayas wrote, "I have come to understand that the lawful political status of the Hawaiian Islands is that of a sovereign nation-state in continuity; but a nation-state that is under a strange form of occupation by the United States resulting from an illegal military occupation and a fraudulent annexation."

DeZayas addressed this letter to Hawaii Circuit Court Judges Gary Chang and Jeannette Castagnetti. Chang presides over Hawaii's Land and Tax Appeal Court. Castagnetti presided over the contentious Nelson v. Hawaiian Homes Commission case, in which she ordered the Hawaii State Legislature to pay the Dept. of Hawaiian Home Lands $28 million in 2016.

"To call this (U.N.) document 'remarkable' is an understatement," David Keanu Sai told Hawaiian Kingdom Blog.

Sai, who holds a Ph.D. in political science from U.H., has led several international complaints regarding the legal status of the Hawaiian Kingdom. He explained in an email to Meanwhile in Hawai'i that his complaints aimed to expose "the continued existence of the Hawaiian Kingdom as an independent and sovereign State."

Sai said a relative of Routh Bolomet, "a Hawaiian-Swiss citizen," alerted him last week to deZayas' letter.

In the letter, deZayas referred to his review of a 2017 complaint from Bolomet to the U.N. Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights.

Bolomet complained of "historical and ongoing plundering of the Hawaiians' lands, particularly of those heirs and descendants with land titles that originate from the distributions of lands under the authority of the Hawaiian Kingdom," deZayas wrote.

DeZayas served as the U.N. Human Rights Council's Independent Expert on the Promotion of a Democratic and Equitable International Order from May 2012 through April 2018. He wrote the letter while serving in that position. He previously served as Secretary of the U.N. Human Rights Committee and Senior Lawyer with the U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights. He is a Cuban-born U.S. citizen with a J.D. from Harvard Law School. He currently teaches at the Geneva School of Diplomacy and International Law.
