SUMMARY
Kamehameha III's Deeds for the Crown Lands and the Government lands were found at the Archives, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.

When Kamehameha IV - Alexander Liholiho died, Alfred Hartwell, new arrival in the Hawaiian Islands was gifted with a Judge position by Kamehameha V - Lot Kamehameha.
Kamehameha IV - Alexander Liholiho had received the Dower of his stepmother Queen Kalama. He died intestate and Judge Hartwell, a former American Civil War General documented that the Crown Lands were inalienable.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli had documented that the Crown Lands were for himself, his heirs, and successors, forever.
He also documented that the Government lands were to be overseen by the House of Nobles, and assignments were to be made by the Minister of Interior and others.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli also documented that the lands were inviolable Not inalienable as documented by Alfred Hartwell who later participated in the overthrow of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.

Queen Emma's Dower was signed over to the Hawaiian Government, not the Provisional Government which was the illegitimate, "pretend" government documented by U.S. President Grover Cleveland.
C.C. Harris became the recipient of Kamehameha V's interest. Harris was a former American Civil War General and a Judge.
C.H. Judd became the recipient of King Lunalilo's Trust. C.H. Judd was also a Judge, one of the sons of Genocide Activist Leader Gerritt Parmele Judd who had withheld the smallpox vaccine and thousands of kanaka maoli died.
Judd worked for the United States Guano Company and claimed that one of the Islands in the Hawaiian archipelago belonged to the U.S., disregarding the fact that Kamehameha V - Lot Kamehameha had claimed for the Island as well.
C.H. Judd was the recipient of Mataio Kekuanaoa and his fifth wife named Kalima. The Deed was witnessed by Albert Francis Judd, another Judge.
Note: In Mataio Kekuanaoa's Probate, only the White Supremacists showed up in the court and declared that his last wife was Kinau.......Wrong, she was his third wife, and Kekuanaoa did have a fourth wife Kalolo/Kaloloahilani, and a fifth wife named Kalima.
The Judds, both Judges failed to bring out these facts and our Families were defrauded. Two (2) deeds showing Mataio Kekuanaoa and his wife Kalima, our ancestor is documented at the Bureau of Conveyances Liber 19 pages 12 and page175.
King Kalakaua's Trust Deed was conveyed to Samuel M. Damon et. als.
Samuel M. Damon was one of the First Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates, the "think tank" of the planned usurpation of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.
Queen Liliuokalani's Trust was a Fraud Trust made in 1909. She denied signing the Trust with the usurpers who were part of the planners in dethroning her.
The Fraud Trust included William O. Smith who was part of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop's Trustees and part of the "think tank" for assuming Hawaiian Alii lands, and dethroning King Kalakaua, then Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.
The "think tank" Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees were part of the "pretend government" called the Provisional Government.
Queen Liliuokalani was wrongfully usurped by White Supremacists, conspirators, treasonous persons, pirates pillagers, racketeers, privateers which included the "Think Tank" Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees, et. als. who were supported by the United States President Benjamin Harrison, et. als.

Notice that the receivers of the Trusts were all legal eagles, lawyers and judges who were conspirators, treasonous persons supported by the United States.
Know that all of them were Aliens, White Supremacists who could never own allodial lands.
The Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii's Judicial Tribunal, and the court of original jurisdiction Supreme Court did adjudicate their cases and all were documented conspirators, pirates, pillagers, and adjudicated guilty.
