This is the truth.
The United States of America has no legal claim to the Hawaiian Kingdom lands and assets.
The United States action violates public and private International law and Supranational law which Principles are summarized in 1758 as "The Law of Nations."
The US Corporation is illegally enacting United States Law outside the territorial boundaries of the United States which is 3 to 12 miles outside California, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska.
Hawaii is 2,500 miles away from the USA , therefore, the Department of Justice investigation revealed this to be illegal.
In June of 1897 Queen Lili'uokalani went to Washington DC and brought the Ku'e Petition of 38,000 signatures protesting US Annexation and to personally withdraw her treaty and reclaim 4.1 million acres of Hawaiian Kingdom land and 915,000 acres of Hawaiian Monarchy lands.

Amelia Gora oh btw my own grandparents were in the Royal Order but the difference being they were the fighters, opposed statehood....my grampa even went on TV to discuss the issues as well..... those groups have evolved into a simple social club which promotes and supports the Amerikkkans in the Hawaiian Islands..........has anyone there with balls who dares to tell our kanaka maoli to rescind their signature? New Update: One of our oldest and most honorable Hawaiian institutions originating from the Kingdom, the Royal Order of Kamehameha has put out an official response to OHA and the Roll Commissions inquiry on where the stand on this issue regarding Federal Recognition and the Kerry letter. Their letter states that they support OHA CEO Ka Pouhana Kamanaopono Crabbe's inquiry on the status of Hawaiian sovereignty. OHA has been and is a disgrace. They have proven time and time again they not hearing the people. They do behind closed door dealing in the past and still. We all know what they did in Washington, we all know what money was wasted and how much, without our approval. All we wanted was affirmation of the truth that we already know, no what we get is a fiasco. Well Clayton Hee is running for Lt. Governor right, what was told to me was that he made a behind the door deal with Cayetano when he was Governor at the time. What was suppose to be Kanaka maoli beneficiary money for every foreign airplane that landed at our island airport was suppose to be paid $20,000 a day per plane that lands, now Clayton makes a deal without discussing it with us, with Cayetano to except some millions of dollars to settle, and what I was told that, that could have easily be made in less than a month every month for our kanaka people. So we were cheated then and still we are being lied to. And where is Clayton today in the goods to be Lt. Gov. People who vote do you want this man to be your Lt. Gov.? Do you want this to go on? We can change things, we can end this, there are those out there willing to educate you and help us make the wrong right .
