The Legitimate Government in Hawaii Series: Brief Review of the Fraud Based State of Hawaii

The Fraud Based entity hiding under the Sovereignty of the United States government:
1) the Provisional entity set up supported by the United States had no Sovereignty:
Note: The founding members of the Provisional government - included Charles Reed Bishop, the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates who were the "think tank" of the "the last of the Kamehameha's" Bernice Pauahi Bishop who died in 1884, helped to dethrone Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, and set up a Fraud Trust for Queen Liliuokalani in 1909.
Bernice Pauahi Bishop's next-of-kin Kalola was a cousin, a stepsister. Her hanai/adopted sister included Queen Liliuokalani was part of the Kamehameha Dynasty because her mother was a hanai/adopted daughter of a Kamehameha descendant.
Importantly, Bernice Pauahi Bishop was Not "the last of the Kamehameha's". Descendants and heirs of Kamehameha existed then and their descendants exists today including myself and families.
2) the Republic of Hawaii entity was created knowing that a Provisional government could not last beyond two (2) years which was discussed in the Habeas Corpus case of Sheldon, HAWAIIAN REPORTS, 1893, Supreme Court Law Library/Archives/Main Library, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. The Republic of Hawaii did not have Sovereignty.

A Territory does not have Sovereignty as documented in the case of Mary A. Coffield v. the Territory of Hawaii, 1901, HAWAIIAN REPORTS, Supreme Court Law Library/Archives/Main Library, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.
Note: the "Pretender" governments utilized the laws of the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii and continued a fraud, deception, identity thieving venture under the guidance of U.S. President William McKinley.
4) The Territory was made a state under the Proclamation/Executive Order of U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower disregarding the Oppositions made by Harold Abel Cathcart a cousin of Kamehameha descendant Mary Keawe Kauweloa married to another Kamehameha descendant named Charles Kauweloa.
The year was 1959, and U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower was John Foster's grandson.
John Foster was the Secretary of State under U.S. President Benjamin Harrison who had directed the planned overthrow of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.
Opposition was documented by Kamehameha's decendants.
"Because Opposition was documented, Sovereignty shall be," said my Paralegal Instructor Randall Lee, who taught Paralegal studies at the Chaminade University of Honolulu.
SUMMARY
The pirate, pillaging entity called the Provisional government, then Republic of Hawaii, then made a Territory of the United States, was made a State under the United States Sovereignty after 66 years of hiding from the facts that it had no sovereignty until U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower became President.
The Fact of the matter is that the White Supremacists helped to guide the planned usurpation of a Monarchy turned Constitutional Monarchy through the guidance of legal eagles, Judges, Generals with the plans of the United States since 1822 - Secret Treaty of Verona, then 1824 though the missionaries/mercenaries, and many of the U.S. Presidents since the time of U.S. President Tyler in 1840 and on helped to plan an annexation for Hawaii.
There was no annexation over time.

The Provisional Government Had No Sovereignty.....they could Not convey lands.
The Republic of Hawaii Had No Sovereignty....they could Not convey lands.
The "developed" Territory of the United States relied on the shared sovereignty under the American Empire.....they were Not the land owners and could Not convey lands.
The Territory of Hawaii was made a State of Hawaii with Opposition documented..... They had a shared sovereignty under the American Empire and due to Presidential Proclamation of Presidential Executive Order, they could not stand alone and shared the sovereignty with the United States.
The Bernice Pauahi Bishop Trustees, the usurpers of Queen Liliuokalani, and the Liliuokalani Fraud Trust of 1909 Trustees were Not the Allodial land owners, which means all that they conveyed, they did not own because they were treasonous persons and not related to the Kamehameha's who existed then and exists today.
Rents are due for lands illegally transferred to the United States, etc.
The United States did support the usurpers move to annex Hawaii.
Annexation did not happen, there is no jurisdiction.
