Note:

The Provisional Government Had No Sovereignty.....they could Not convey lands.

The Republic of Hawaii Had No Sovereignty....they could Not convey lands.

The "developed" Territory of the United States relied on the shared sovereignty under the American Empire.....they were Not the land owners and could Not convey lands.

The Territory of Hawaii was made a State of Hawaii with Opposition documented..... They had a shared sovereignty under the American Empire and due to Presidential Proclamation of Presidential Executive Order, they could not stand alone and shared the sovereignty with the United States.

The Bernice Pauahi Bishop Trustees, the usurpers of Queen Liliuokalani, and the Liliuokalani Fraud Trust of 1909 Trustees were Not the Allodial land owners, which means all that they conveyed, they did not own because they were treasonous persons and not related to the Kamehameha's who existed then and exists today.

Rents are due for lands illegally transferred to the United States, etc.

The United States did support the usurpers move to annex Hawaii.

Annexation did not happen, there is no jurisdiction.

Land is being reclaimed and many have gone through the illegal occupying court system and had their claims confirmed in that process! Some counties are including Land Commission Award numbers in their TMK records so now it's becoming even easier to match!

  Yes but sadly a sibling rivalry is what also weakened any possibility to recover from becoming a republic of Hawaii.

  The world was also in complete disarray with the fall of the Spanish Empire and the power grab for its former colonies. The most likely reality is the Kingdom of Hawaii would of been attacked and seized by Japan and possibly placing Hawaii in WW1 and the USA eventually fighting to annex Hawaii as it has. So many factors but the reality is the new threat of billionaire land hoarders with an endless supply of lawyers to retain the properties for decades with legal battles. The Stop the Steal Hawaii and especially now in Kauai starts today!

    The Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii is the legitimate government in the Hawaiian archipelago. 133 islands in all also the land owners exists and it’s not the white supremacists including Charles reed Bishop and friends who helped with the think tank conspiring with the U.S.

  The territory was created the Provisional and Republic were entities created by the white supremacists or the haters of people of color ....the territory was created like a municipal corporation under the 1871 secret bankers constitution as pointed out by Vladimir Putin, Karen hides of the world bank and Alana Fleischmann of the JP Morgan bankers ....Charles Reed Bishop was the conspirator and one of the treasonous persons who set everything up.... and he lost all claims due to treason along wit the trustees who couldn’t own anything see case Coffield v. Territory of Hawaii, July 1901 in the Hawaiian Reports PCs 478 - 483....and remember that every fraudulent combination....injurious to another is a conspiracy....reference The King vs William Anderson and John Russell 1851 case law applies as well as the Treaty of 1850 between the Hawaiian Kingdom and the U. S. The U.S. became bankrupt in 1865 and could not treaty with anyone and could only engage in conventions which means that even claims to treaty with the illegal territory created by U.S. was an outright lie to the world! So as US President Grover Cleveland documented the legitimate government is the Royal government which is the Kingdom of Hawaii/Hawaiian Kingdom.
