Greetings,

Introducing the legal land owners,   the Allodial landowners, the Royal Family existing today:

My name is Amelia Gora, one of the Royal Family's Representatives, the Land owners, Allodial Land Owners of Abner Paki's lands which includes Heeia Ahupuaa.

When Bernice Pauahi Bishop died in 1884, her husband Charles Reed Bishop inherited a life interest in her estate which was 1/2 only.

The other 1/2 belonged to Kalola (w) a true cousin, and stepsister who was raised by Abner Paki.

Charles Reed Bishop conspired against Queen Liliuokalani and lost his inheritance in 1893.

Kalola(w) descendants and heirs became the full owner as of 1893.

Our Ahupuaa under the name of Abner Paki is one off our Allodial lands which was pirated by the Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates Trustees who also conspired against Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.

Rents were billed to the Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates for all of our Royal Family's lands and Heeia Ahupuaa is one of them.

Legal Notices were served affecting all lands of Ruth Keelikolani, Bernice Pauahi Bishop, including the lands of Abner Paki, etc.

The Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates Trustees are Not the owners of our Allodial lands which includes the lands that you are occupying without our permission.

The Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates were recorded on the Supreme Court Case/ Superior Court Case No. 1 of the Kingdom of Hawaii.in 2018.  

A Notice Regarding:  Kalola (w) descendants and heirs, the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop and Evidence, etc. was delivered to the Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates in person to the Kamehameha Schools/KSBE on January 2020.

 
The documents were once again served as an atachment to the Notice to Comply & Vacate to the Kamehameha Schools  served on June 25, 2021 in person at he Kamehameha School Office on 567 South King Street address and signed by the Receptionist at 11:27 am, witnessed by two of our Konohiki:  Calvin Hulihee, and Roy Nakamura.

Affidavit/Lien No. 96-177455 was filed on 12/17/96, and a Joinder to the Lien was filed in 2018 which shows the evidence of our Royal Family's Allodial land ownership.

More research was made showing that Charles Reed Bishop and other conspirators in 1893 who assisted in dethroning Queen Liliuokalani obtained the assistance of the Kamehameha Schools boys/students and Reverends Iosepa and Kauhane from Kawaiahao Church. 

The Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees were conveyed Charles Reed Bishop's life interest in the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

Charles Reed Bishop life interest ended in 1915.

Charles Reed Bishop and the Trustees interest ended in 1893 due to their documented conspiracies, treason.

The Kamehameha Schools /KSBE Trustees since 1893 have perpetuated frauds, piracies, racketeering and do not have the Allodial Title ownership and have perpetuated a crime and continued illegal contracts disregarding the true descendants, heirs of Kalola who was the legal next-of-kin in Probate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

There was no Annexation, and the created government by U.S. President William McKinley is foreign to the Kingdom of Hawaii.

The Kamehameha's exist and the pirate Trustees cannot use our Royal Family's name.

We remain a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation.

The Kingdom of Hawaii exists - message also sent to the Neutral Nations.

About He'eia Fishpond

Located on the windward side of O‘ahu in southern Kāne‘ohe Bay, and owned by Kamehameha Schools/Bishop Estate, He‘eia Fishpond (Fig. 1) is the second largest of at least 20 fishponds that once existed on the Kāne‘ohe Bay shoreline [3,4].  Estimated to be as much as 800 years old, He‘eia Fishpond supplied fish to the population residing in the He‘eia region [5].  The He‘eia Stream drainage basin spans an area of 9.324 square km, and the He‘eia watershed extends from the ocean to the ~0.86 km summit of the Ko‘olau Mountains ~5.1 km away [6].

He‘eia Fishpond is a loko kuapā [3,4] fishpond with a kuapā (wall) that completely encircles the pond [3,4]. Total fishpond area is ~0.356 square km; the circumference of the kuapā is ~2.5 km.  The current size and shape of the pond has not changed since a survey done in 1913 [5].  He‘eia Fishpond receives freshwater from He‘eia Stream and saltwater from Kāneʻohe Bay through sluice gates (mākāhā). He‘eia stream bounds the northwest border of the pond and Kāne‘ohe Bay abuts the pond kuapā on the eastern side.  A marsh upstream from the fishpond was traditionally planted with taro, using water diverted from He‘eia stream to irrigate the lōʻiīkalo (taro patch) [4]. Using stream water to flood the lōʻī had the added effect of trapping sediment eroded off the land, which reduced the sediment load arriving at the fishpond [3,5].

He‘eia Fishpond provides an exceptionally well-suited natural laboratory to conduct cutting-edge research on the linkage of watershed processes to coastal ocean ecosystem structure and functioning. This walled, 88-acre coastal pond adjacent to Kāne‘ohe Bay, O‘ahu, is situated at the land-sea boundary of the He‘eia watershed (ahupua‘a). Such fishponds were actively maintained and farmed by Hawaiians for centuries, and He‘eia Fishpond is currently in the midst of a renaissance under the stewardship of the non-profit organization Paepae O He‘eia, whose two main missions are, 1) to restore the pond to its non-impacted ecological state, and 2) to provide a science and Hawaiian cultural learning venue for K-12 students, and the broader community.

He‘eia Fishpond, estimated to be as much as 800 years old, is a loko kuapā type fishpond, meaning that it is a physically enclosed (walled) system in which timing and volume of stream and seawater input to the pond is controlled via sluice gates (mākāhā) in the wall (kuapā) (Apple and Kikuchi 1975, Henry 1993, Kikuchi 1976).  These physical characteristics render He’eia Fishpond an ideal study site for physical-biogeochemical, land-ocean interface studies, as it permits the characterization of fluxes of water, sediment, nutrients and other dissolved and particulate materials in a quantitative manner not feasible for physically unbounded coastal ocean systems.  From a research perspective, the pond functions essentially as a mesocosm embedded within the coastal ocean environment.

He'eia Fishpond Mākāhā

He‘eia fishpond has three freshwater mākāhā on its northwest boarder and five saltwater makaha along the east to southeast portion of the kuapā, for a total of 8 mākāhā.  The freshwater makaha separate He‘eia Fishpond from He‘eia Stream.  River Mākāhā 1 (RM1) is the northwestern most freshwater mākāhā and the first that He‘eia Stream encounters as it flow towards Kāne‘ohe Bay along the perimeter of the fishpond. RM1 is in a state of disrepair, such that there is diffuse surface flow; streamflow is not directed through a functional mākāhā  at this site. River Mākāhā 2 (RM2) is the next downstream freshwater mākāhā , and River Makaha 3 (RM3) is the furthest downstream freshwater mākāhā , and is located nearest to the mouth of He‘eia Stream as it discharges into Kāne‘ohe Bay.  Triple Makaha (TM) is the northernmost saltwater mākāhā  and the nearest to the mouth of He‘eia Stream. TM is named such because there are three similarly sized makaha adjacent to one other. The largest mākāhā within the fishpond is Ocean Mākāhā 1 (OM1), which faces eastward toward Kāne‘ohe Bay. Ocean Mākāhā 2 (OM2) is the southernmost saltwater mākāhā  and the furthest from the mouth of He‘eia Stream. The dimensions for the mākāhā  are given in Table 1, with the exception of RM1, which is not intact.

Additional perimeter sampling sites

We have designated an additional opening in the kuapā as Ocean Break (OB).  OB is a 50 m section of the wall that was destroyed during the Keapuka Flood of  1965 and, although repaired, was not rebuilt as high as the pre-existing wall such that water can exchange over top during high tide.  Three additional perimeter locations that are routinely sampled include Ocean 1 (OCN1), located south of He‘eia Stream mouth, which is characterized by terrestrially-influenced seawater, and Ocean 2 (OCN2), the representative sample for Kāne‘ohe Bay surface water. Lastly, He‘eia Steam (Fig. 4) is also regularly sampled, and is referred to as the ‘River’ site.

A sampling grid was established within He‘eia Fishpond by driving 20 vertical PVC stakes, approximately 3 m tall, into the seabed (Fig. 4). The stakes mark three distinct north-to-south transects across the fishpond: one transect follows the ocean kuapā (stakes 1-6), the second bisects the fishpond (stakes 7-13), and the third follows the landward edge of the fishpond (stakes 14-20).

 Bernice Pauahi's Mother Konia was a granddaughter of Kamehameha and had siblings:  Pauahi (female) who had daughter Ruth Keelikolani (female); stepchildren:  Paalua (male), John Kapena (male), Sam Kapena (male), and Umiokalani (female); Konia's brother:  Keola - unidentified and Hanuna, brother who had Kapule (son), Kini ( daughter); Hookahi (daughter) and Poohina (daughter).

Kamehameha had other children:

The entity Territory of Hawaii claiming to be the successor of the Kingdom of Hawaii is a fraud, an identity thief set up by U.S. President McKinley who disregarded U.S. President Cleveland's return of Hawaii to Queen Liliuokalani.  Furthermore, it was an illegal act to assume a nation that's 2,100 miles away, was illegal, unlawful, identity theft, piracy, pillaging, conspiracy, racketeering, with lots of evidence of premeditation which can be adjudicated under Artivle XiV of the 1849/1850 Treaty which was ratified by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli and U.S. President Taylor.

In 1871, a secret banker's constitution was made without the people knowing, an illegal constitution.

In 1899, the United States of America became two (2) nations:  (1)  United States and (2) the American Empire.  These nations were not the nation United States of America who signed the 1849/1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States.

The Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii's Judicial Tribunal moved to have the Trustees of both Trusts to be arrested and the evidence entered on record according to Article XIV of the 1849/1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States which is a permanent treaty of friendship and amity ratified by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli on August 10, 1850 as the reason for documenting those who have committed crimes in the Hawaiian Islands which includes the Trustees of both Trusts.


The Trustees are to be removed, all assets including lands, monies, rents, leases, mineral rights, investments, etc must be returned to the Royal Families who are Kamehameha III's heirs, and successors including his hanai/adopted children, Kalaniopuu's descendants, heirs, and successors including his hanai/adopted children, Kaumualii's descendants, heirs and successors, and his hanai/adopted children, et. als.

Conspirators, treasonous persons will be reviewed because of the injuries against the Royal Families, and people.  Such cases shall be placed on the court calendar.

Judgement for the Plaintiffs - theTrue Trustees, Kamehameha's, Kalaniopuu's, Kaumualii's,  Heirs, Successors, and hanai/adopted children of the Royal Families, their bloodline descendants/ the Alodio land owners/  the Paramount/Superior Land Owners, the Land Lords who have been injured since the death of Bernice Pauahi Bishop in 1884, etc,  

All bank accounts associated with the Trusts of Liliuokalani, Kamehameha Schools aka's and associated Trusts shall be frozen and held for the Royal Families who shall have the authority to review the accounts, etc. through representatives assigned.

The Judges have rendered a verdict of guilty.  All lands, monies taken since 1884 must be returned in care of the Kamehameha's Royal Families and the House of Nobles upon the receipt of this notice.  The Trustees of both Liliuokalani Trust and Bernice Pauahi/KSBE, Kamehameha Schools aka's are relieved of their duties and shall remove themselves from their positions pending the application of Article XIV of the 1849/1850 Treaty of the Kingdom of Hawaii and the United States of America and the response of U.S. President Trump, et. als. The Royal Families are open for discussions in repayment, etc. Duress, usurpation, stress, coercion is documented.  Issues of Premeditation, Fraud against our Queen, our kanaka maoli/kanaka Hawaii maoli is documented, which negates all claims and contracts.  War crimes against a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation is also documented.   Note:  The 1849/1850 Treaty of the Kingdom of Hawaii was ratified by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli on August 10, 1850.  In Article I. "There shall be perpetual peace and amity between the United States and the King of the Hawaii Islands, His heirs and His successors." - only the Royal Families, no Aliens.

Under the U.S. Constitution, Article VI - the Treaties are and "shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding." - out of "The Constitution of The United States of America - "The National Archives and Records Administration, in Washington, DC, holds in Public Trust the original Declaration of Independence the Bill of Rights and the Constitution as well as millions of other permanently valuable records of the Federal Government."
