The following letter was forwarded to the Occupiers State of Hawaii, etc. in 2019 and again in 2023 or four (4) years later after visiting the Queen's Home, Washington Place which land belongs to our family.
Washington Place was a lease land belonging to Kalanimoku, whose son was Leleiohoku who married Ruth Keelikolani.
Kalanimoku was married to Akahi our ancestor. Akahi married Kikau and had Nahuina who had Kaluakini. Kaluakini married the descendant of Kalola who was the next-of-kin to Benice Pauahi Bishop.
Ruth Keelikolani's Estate was inherited by Bernice Pauahi Bishop who was the next-of-kin to Ruth Keelikolani.
Kalola was the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop in Probate.
Kalola's husband Luluhiwalani was the nephew of Kalanimoku the land owner of Washington Place. Luluhiwalani was the first cousin of Leleiohoku married to Ruth Keelikolani.

SUMMARY
Kalanimoku's Land including Washington Place was owned by Leleiohoku, inherited by his son who died young, then to his mother Ruth Keelikolani.
Ruth Keelikolani died in 1883.
Ruth Keelikolani's next-of kin in Probate was Bernice Pauahi Bishop, her hanai/adopted sister.
Bernice Pauahi Bishop died in 1884.
Bernice Pauahi Bishop next-of-kin in Probate was Kalola her cousin and stepsister.
Her husband Charles Reed Bishop inherited a life interest in 1/2 of the Estate.
Charles Reed Bishop conspired against Queen Liliuokalani and lost all interest in 1893.
Charles Reed Bishop transferred his life interest to himself, and the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates.
Charles Reed Bishop died in 1917.
Charles Reed Bishop's interest legally belonged to Kalola, her descendants and heirs since 1893.
Evidence shows that Charles Reed Bishop and the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates did conspire against the Queen in 1893 and lost all interest in the lands, monies, etc. and owns nothing.
Fraud, piracy, racketeering, conspiracy, treason is documented.
Illegal contracts are engaged in by the Trustees supported by the occupiers who have also assumed fraudulent land transfers by non-owners.
Furthermore, aliens have only a 30 year time limit on lands.
Only kanaka maoli were conveyed Allodial lands, or "forever" titles by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.
The occupier courts created by the U.S. is Not the court of "original jurisdiction"

A "separation of powers" was documented by Senator Daniel Inouye (dec.) and the issues of the Doctrine of Political Question is documented by researcher Joyclynn Costa.
Research by University of Hawaii Law Professor Williamson Chang documents that it is an impossible feat for a nation to annex another separate recognized nation.
Research by United Nations Dr. Alfred deZayas also shows that we are occupied and the Kingdom of Hawaii exists.

Verification of genealogies, history, and laws shows that our Kamehameha Family exists, the landowners of the Allodial titles exists.
Our Kamehameha Dynasty exists after verification with more than 40+ years of history research, 35+ years of genealogy research, and 25+ years of legal research by myself.

This was validated by our Supreme Court/Superior Court Judges of the court of "original jurisdiction" which is part of the Royal Government as documented in the letter posted in 2019 after reclaiming Washington Place, etc. - Allodial lands of Leleiohoku, the son of Kalanimoku who had given a Lease for Washington Place, etc. This letter is reposted below for the legal records which is also shared with kanaka maoli, and other Neutral Nations whose Neutrality Law(s), etc. were not breached.

Greetings,
My name is Amelia Gora, one of the Justices of the Supreme Court – Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii.
On May 5, 1998, I had a response from the Supreme Court – The Judiciary – State of Hawai’I acknowledging receipt of my April 27, 1998 letter.
“The supreme court does not consider claims to land in the first instance. Such claims must first be asserted in a court having original jurisdiction”…
In researching the court of original jurisdiction, I’ve found that the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii has the “original jurisdiction”.

The Hawaiian Kingdom Court Remains the Court of “original jurisdiction” – THE HAWAIIAN STAR. (Honolulu (Oahu) 1893-1912, October 05, 1894, Page 2, Image 2.
The complaint was also sent to the Police Department, City and County of Honolulu and reference 98-273435 AF-CF was assigned on July 23, 1998.
As instructed by James L. Branham of the Supreme Court for the State of Hawai’I, I had followed up with the Police Department, and recently with the Prosecutor’s Office.
The Prosecutor’s Office failed to assist in complaints about land and told me that I had to go to the Attorney General’s office, and failed to follow the directions of the Supreme Court for the State of Hawai’i.
Our Royal Families which make up the House of Nobles had voted and selected our Hawaiian Kingdom/ Kingdom of Hawaii Supreme Court Judges/Justices and did hold hearings for court cases affecting lands in Hawaii.
President Cleveland gave Hawaii back twice (2x) to Queen Liliuokalani in 1894 and 1897.
President Cleveland withdrew the former treaty with Hawaii and “in his message on that document, spoke unreservedly of the legitimate royal government.”

Queen Liliuokalani died on November 11, 1917, “after an absence from her palace of twenty-three years, returned to her throne for a day on September 17, 1915” and was under stress, duress, usurpation, and coercion, which means all was null and void.
Additional evidence of the Links Leading to the Planned Overthrow of the Hawaiian Kingdom, and Queen Liliuokalani is also attached to this letter.
Dr. Alfred DeZayas of the United Nations is on record saying that the Hawaiian Kingdom is a separate nation from the United States.
Facts uncovered shows that the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii Supreme Court is the court of original jurisdiction and the fraud annexation entity called the Superior Court/Supreme Court of the State of Hawai’I is Not the court of original jurisdiction, which means that the Superior Court/Supreme Court of the State of Hawai’I, is and has wrongfully ruled on lands, etc. affecting another nations jurisdiction over lands, etc. including contracts with Mauna Kea, Haleakala, etc. without jurisdiction.
Issues of Fraud is on record, conspiracy, etc. has been found and therefore, the Superior Court/Supreme Court of the State of Hawai’I Justices have no jurisdiction in matters belonging to our court of original jurisdiction created since the time of Kamehameha III – Kauikeaouli.
