The moves by foreign nations to criminally assume lands, monies, minerals, water rights can be seen in the history of the Kingdom of Hawaii.
The operations of other Nations infiltration in the ownership of properties can be seen in the moves towards the lands of our Royal Family members.
The land laws of the Kingdom of Hawaii was set up by Kamehameha III in 1848 which benefits kanaka maoli heirs and successors.
Non kanaka maoli or Aliens can never be the Allodial title landowners.
The lands documented since the time of the Mahele in 1848 remains lands belonging to the kanaka maoli.
Since the invasion of the United States in 1893, the United States supports the criminal efforts of Pirates, thieves, scoundrels, criminals even today.
Failure to follow rule of law is a defect in claiming lands in the Hawaiian Islands.

DISCUSSION
The United States invaded the Kingdom of Hawaii in 1893 and supported treasonous persons who moved to assume the lands, monies, minerals, water, revenues of a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation.
The United States was a bankrupt nation that was out of gold in 1893.
The United States supported the treasonous persons by supplying pamphlets to war and arms to the "Sharpshooters" who moved to kill kanaka maoli from a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation which has permanent treaties, including a protectorate treaty since 1854.
A Neutrality law was made in 1854, the permanent treaty is aligned with the U.S. Constitution article 6 - Supremacy Clause - treaties are supreme law of the land.
Genocide was practiced against a non-warring nation, more than 150 were killed with the help of the United States, Great Britain, France, etc.
The White Annexationists included Bernice Pauahi Bishop's husband named Charles Reed Bishop who led the White Annexationists which included the Kamehameha School and Punahou School boys.
Charles Reed Bishop, an alien, was entitled to only 1/3 interest in the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop, and the other 2/3 interest belonged to Kalola (w) the next-of-kin.
Charles Reed Bishop conveyed his life interest to himself, and the Trustees of his wife's estate after the usurpation of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.
Who perpetuated a fraud trust after the life interest ended in 1915?
The Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates maintained Fraud disregarding the fact that Charles Reed Bishop's life interest ended upon his death in 1915.
The Trustees conveyed hundreds of acres of lands that they did not own, to the Territory of Hawaii, the State of Hawaii, the United States, etc.
The Trustees are not the Allodial Landowners.
The Trustees have no legal authority to operate utilizing our Royal Family's lands, monies, minerals, water rights, revenues, etc.
The Trustees are Aliens, not related to our Royal Family and supporeted by Americans in Hawaii - the State of Hawaii, the U.S. Government, etc.
Illegal contracts have been engaged in by the State of Hawaii who claims to be owners of the Iolani Palace.
The State of Hawaiii engages in illegal contracts with the Friends of the Iolani Palace and assuming monies for admissions $40 -$60 per person, and collects monies for parking, collects fines for parking tickets, etc. without Allodial land ownership documents.
In other words, the Governor Josh Green, heading the State of Hawaii is operating a theft ring as we speak.
The Trust called the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates /Kamehameha Schools have perpetuated a crime since the invasion of the Kingdom of Hawaii in 1893!
Evidence to that fact is Judge Stuart who discovered that the Trust was created for the Trustees and other hanger-on's. Judge Stuart complained to U.S. President Wilson and Wilson destroyed his letter of complaint and discarded much of his letter. See:
