The following information was posted on Facebook for all kanaka maoli to know and other interested family and friends who follow rule of law, understand the permanent friendship and amity treaties, the Neutrality law of 1854, the Protectorate Treaty of 1854, the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution, and the International Laws supporting Rule of Law, etc.:

LEGAL ADVISORY/NOTICE No. 2025 - 0807 - To Our Precious Kanaka Maoli believing the Occupier State of Hawaii supported by the United States who have No Annexation and No Jurisdiction - pretend to own our Royal Family's Allodial Lands, the Crown Lands-- All Kanaka Maoli are hereby informed that we are the heirs and successors of Kamehameha III who did record the Deeds which my brother and I found at the Archives, Honolulu, Hawaii..............The Crown Lands are the Private Properties of Kamehameha III inherited by his "heirs and successors, forever". Due to illegal contracts made by the Territory of Hawaii a created entity which evolved into the State of Hawaii conveying lands that they can never own is Null and Void. I am one of the Crown Land owners and Representative of our Royal Family and the Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs and hereby Null and Void the illegal contracts engaged in by the Hawaiian Homes under the State of Hawaii and allow leases of 30 years to kanaka maoli occupying our Crown Lands. Banks holding Mortgages have engaged in illegal contracts with the Territory of Hawaii, the State of Hawaii and Not the true Land owners, the Allodial Land owners who are the heirs of the body of Kamehameha, and are the legal heirs of Kamehameha III. All kanaka maoli residing on our Private Properties may continue to reside on our Crown Lands for 30 years effective July 31, 2025 La Hoihoi Ea Day/Sovereignty Restoration Day in Memory of Kamehameha III. The Mortgages will have to be dealt with by the entity State of Hawaii who have wrongfully claimed Allodial Lands which they can never own. Aliens can never own Allodial lands in the Hawaiian Islands. All kanaka maoli residing on our Private Properties are forgiven the illegal debts collected from using our Private Properties effective July 31, 2025. All Kanaka Maoli on the list of the occupiers can contact our Royal Family and be assigned to a parcel of our Royal Family's land. We will take your name, data, genealogies showing your kanaka maoli bloodlines and begin assignments of our Private Properties as soon as possible.
