Requests were made to Spain, Japan, Belgium, and Switzerland for a Protectorate because the United States, Great Britain, and France failed to follow Rule of Law, breached their Treaties, the Protectorate Treaty and supported American treasonous persons in the Hawaiian Islands. The following History shows the three (3) Nations that failed to follow rule of law and are documented Pirates since 1893.
U.S. President Grover Cleveland warned Americans that if it was found that the U.S. Military had a part to play in the usurpation of the Kingdom of Hawaii, all must be returned. U.S. President Grover Cleveland played rule of Law, and all the U.S. Presidents thereafter did not.
The following is some of the evidence found showing that the United States since U.S. President William McKinley has failed to follow rule of law and are documented Pirates along with Great Britain and France.

anti/slavery law 13 years before the United States Passed theirs….
