The following pertains to our Royal Family's Private Property - Princess Ruth Keelikolani's Palace/ Keoua Hales renamed Central  Intermediate School/Ruth Keelikolani School, etc.

The Principal Joe allowed us to meet at the school since November 21, 2021 till October 2, 2023.   

The Principal and others moved to remove the landowners, us, the Allodial land owners to service the homeless, houseless disregarding us the landowners, the Allodial title owners.

The ongoing conflict is that the State of Hawaii has no title to our Private Properties which was also designated as an Office of the House of Nobles in part since September 21, 2023.

We had a verbal contract in the use of a portion of the room which housed the bad kids, a whole mess of boxes and supplies to use.

Sadly, my vornado fan was stolen - one of them - and then your Vice-Principal came over to change the verbal contract in the use of the room so that accommodations could be made for the homeless, houseless people in the community and DISREGARDING our Royal Family ownership of the land that you're sitting on/occupying without paying rents.

I have the ownership papers to the 4+ acres and also own a total of 17 + acres which includes the surrounding properties.

Our laws state that no one can take our Private Properties because we are the Allodial landowners.

You will need to talk with the governor who will also need to talk to the Secretary of State of the U.S., President Biden etc.

A reminder, Royal Family members have immunities and you are not in a position to tell us not to meet on our Private Properties.

I haave the bloodlines of Ruth Keelikolani, AND her two husbands plus bloodlines of Bernice Pauahi Bishop AND bloodlines of some of the members of the Sovereign and House of Nobles.

On September 21, 2023, I made a legal notice that a portion of the area of our land will be used as the Office of the House of Nobles. In other words, the issues have expanded from Private Properties of our Royal Family to partial usage by the House of Nobles of the Kingdom of Hawaii.

Appears that you are in violations against the rules of law and suggest that you speak with the Governor, State Department, U.S. President Biden for advice, etc.

The invasion of Hawaii occurred and there was no annexation.

As one oft the legal owners of our family's birthright, and your inability to show how you have ownership, it appears only right that your students be diverted to other schools and your houseless/ homeless community be serviced by other agencies that are not connected with the education system.

I did write to have our Private Properties be taken off the U.S. list for the National Park Service etc. because we are the true owners of the property that you are occupying/squatting on for failure to pay rents retroactive to 1895.

Charles Reed Bishop transferred lands that he had no legal ownership to.

Our Royal Family owns the entire lands formerly held by Bernice Pauahi Bishop because we are the descendants of Kalola, the next-of-kin and there are no records of payments to our family for rents, leases, etc.

In the moves to making corrections of the past wrongs, the rules of law of our Kingdom of Hawaii has been brought out.

We remain a neutral,, non-violent nation and it is expected that your buildings be removed off of our Private Property and that a lien remains for all properties that have not been paid ---rents/leases.

The United Nations has recognized the Kingdom of Hawaii as an occupied nation, and the truth/ proof ;of our Royal Family, the House of Nobles existence reveals that the moves to assume a peaceful, neutral, non-violent nation is a historical failure.

Review what the Allodial titles means and know that you are not in a position to say anything when you are not the landowner, the landlord, the lien holder, the forever landowner.

Removal of the buildings are expected so that we can build on our lands once more. The original Palace was removed without our permission.

You have many who are in a position to talk with our Royal Family.

It is a matter of law.

Your status is one of Trespass and failure to show your ownership papers, therefore, you and ;your people have to vacate our Royal Family's Properties which is our inheritance from our Royal Family members documented.

Vacating the premises means all 4+ acres which was wrongfully conveyed by treasonous, conspirator, pirate, fraud person, banker, thief Charles Reed Bishop and for his treasonous friends - Sanford B. Dole, Lorrin Thurston, William O. Smith, Curtis Iaukea, et. als.
