The following information shows that the House of Nobles members exist, most of whom are Kamehameha's descendants found in research.

This is proof that the Kingdom of Hawaii is truly in an occupied status due to the invasion of the U.S. who planned the annexation since 1820.

The Kanaka Maoli are the true Allodial land owners, and not the Aliens who could own only Fee Simple of 30 years leases.

The U.S. has failed to follow rules of law and can be seen in the 1849 Treaty ratified in 1850; the breaches of the stipulations of the Protectorate in 1854; the breaches of the Neutrality Law of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli in 1854; and the unresolved issues of the Agreement between Queen Liliuokalani and the U.S. Junta in 1893.

Opunui married Kapehe and had Kapopo/Kapehe opio.  Kapopo/Kapehe opio married her Uncle Davis Keawe/Davis Keawe/DW Keawe and had Mele Keawe.

Opunui married Kalaikini, the widow of his grandfather John Kapena and had William Linekona Hokuloa/ Charles Williams/Charles Kauweloa.

William Linekona Hokuloa/ Charles Williams/Charles Kauweloa. married his niece Mele Keawe and had Mary Kauweloa who married Albert Castro and had Mary Castro ( and siblings - Harriet; Alberta, Albert, Rudolph, Irene, and Joseph).  

Mary Kauweloa divorced and married C. Maduli (They had Vale; Ceferino Jr.; Lucia; Fermina; Francis; and Kata).

Mary Castro married John Gora and had Amelia Gora ( and siblings:  Leola, Elizabeth, John, Walter, Kathleen, and Marian).

Note:  John Gora descended from John Kapena's daughter Kekualoa's third marriage and had Kuahine/ Mary who married Antone Rosa and Giomatsu Matsugoro/Matsugoro Takeshita/Joseph Matsugoro/ Gora.

They had Joseph Gora; Walter Gora; William Gora;  Jolly Gora; Lawrence and Francis.

SUMMARY


The above shows that our Royal Family descends from John Kapena/Kapena, Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, Abner Paki's brother Kalaniulumoku, et. als.

Our family of John Gora descends from John Kapena's children:  Keawe & Kekualoa.

Keawe - from his son Davis Keawe/David Keawe/DW Keawe/DW Pauahi.

Kekualoa/Kekua/Kuahine/Poki - from her son Opunui and daughter Kuahine/Mary Kuahine.


Through research, we are part of the descendants and heirs of the House of Nobles, the second permanent part of the Kingdom of Hawaii.

Note:  The Hawaiian Government is made up of three (3) parts - two parts are the permanent parts of the government:  (1) the Sovereign - his heirs and successors; (2) the House of Nobles - their heirs and successors.

The third part of the Hawaiian Government is (3) the House of Representatives - the voted in, temporary part of the Hawaiian Government.

The Parts (1) and (2) are made up of Kamehameha's descendants and successors who are also the true owners of the Crown Lands which cannot be owned by Aliens.

 We are also the heirs of Abner Paki, Mataio Kekuanaoa, Alapai, Keoni Ana, John Ii et. als.

U.S. President Grover Cleveland gave Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani three (3) times.

U.S. President William McKinley had the Army, Navy, and others "develop" a Territory of the United States.

U.S. President William McKinley "proclaimed" Hawaii to be a territory and assigned judges; judges to answer to him.

U.S. President William McKinley had a part in making the United States into two (2) nations:  (1) American Empire - dealt with territories (Territories had no sovereignty)..... Hawaii as a territory had No Sovereignty; (2) United States - dealt with nations that had treaties (these nations had full sovereignty).

Note:  The 1849 Treaty with the Kingdom of Hawaii pertained to only Kamehameha III's heirs and successors.  The White Supremacists put out lies that Bernice Pauahi Bishop was the "last of the Kamehameha's" which also meant that they would not have to deal with the Kingdom of Hawaii and the Supremacy Clause would not have to be dealt with, etc. See Article 6 of the 1787 U.S. Constitution.

The Fact of the Matter is that Kamehameha's descendants exists, and the descendants/ heirs of the House of Nobles exists and here is the proof:   Note:  the evidence also exists in the thousands of articles posted on the web for more than 25 years.

Also, pirates have claimed our lands and are expected to be punished as pirates for they are NOT the Allodial landowners.

The evidence has been exposed and all contracts made by the pirates have been null and voided and documented in legal notices since our Judicial Tribunal and Supreme Court heard the cases and served notices to U.S. President Trump, and U.S. President Biden.

Much of the lands in the Hawaiian Islands are owned by our Royal Family.

Please keep the following information as evidence which supports why cases of genocide, breach of stipulations of the 1854 Protectorate, breaches against the Neutrality Law of Kamehameha in 1854 has been done against a peaceful, neutral, non-violent nation which was invaded in 1893.

The U.S. was interested in annexing Hawaii since 1820 as documented by U.S. President William McKinley.


John Foster, Secretary of State under U.S. President Benjamin Harrison also recorded the U.S. Presidents who wanted Annexation:
