Greetings,

Royal Family's Private Properties that were wrongfully conveyed to the State and City & Counties.

Informing you that the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees could not convey lands since 1893.

Our inventory project reveals that the Life Interest of Charles Reed Bishop was conveyed to the Trustees and they are Not the land owners, the Allodial land owners.

Charles Reed Bishop died in 1915.  Bishop also participated in the conspiracies against Queen Liliuokalani in 1893 and lost all interest in Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estate due to Treason.

Kalola (female) is the documented next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop and owned 2/3 of the Estate and Charles Reed Bishop temporarily owned  a life interest in 1/3 of the Estate until 1893.

The Kingdom of Hawaii existed since Belgium recognized the sovereignty of the Kingdom of Hawaii since 1841 and continues on as a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation.

Kamehameha's descendants exist, and we are Kalola's descendants.  Kalola was a Kamehameha descendant.  Both Kalola and Bernice Pauahi Bishop descended from Kamehameha's son Kalanihelemaiiluna.

When Charles Reed Bishop sold Princess Ruth Keelikolani's Palace, he was no longer an owner because he had lost all interest in 1893, and he sold property that was not his in 1895.

There was no Annexation which means that there was no Jurisdiction to lands in the Hawaiian Islands.

Kalola's family are the legal Private Property owners of all of Ruth Keelikolani's, Bernice Pauahi Bishop's Allodial lands, artifacts, etc.

We met at Princess Ruth Keelikolani's Palace for nearly two (2) years until the Principal Joseph said that we would be asked to leave and that they wanted to service the houseless, and homeless from our Private Property.

Rental notices were served for several years and to date there has been no response, which is why I served an eviction notice.

I am one of Kalola's multiple claimants to all of our birthright as I am one of Bernice Pauahi Bishop's next-of-kin's - Kalola's descendants, and heirs as descendant of her son Kahekili/Alapai Kahekili Luluhiwalani and descendant of Kalola's hanai/adopted daughter Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/ Kapapoko/ Poomaikelani/Princess Pomaikelani.

Documents have been served over time and served through certified mail, and hand-delivered since 2021.

Other lands that the Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop sold or gave to the State/City & County includes Heeia Properties - 450+ acres, Hanauma Bay, etc.

Rents are due for all properties conveyed by the non-owners the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates who cannot own Allodial lands belonging to our Royal Family.

I, Amelia Gora, am also one of our Royal Family's Representatives.

The rent due is $50,000 per acre per month retroactive to 1893.

Discussion  of rents and removal of your State Employees off of our Private Properties is expected.

The case precedence of case law from the  HAWAIIAN REPORTS, Supreme Court Law Library/ Archives/ Main Library are the basis of laws utilized as well as research of Williamson Chang and Dr. Alfred deZayas of the United Nations.

Also, the Kingdom of Hawaii is the legitimate government in the Hawaiian Islands which is a fully sovereign government since 1841 vs. the entity State of Hawaii "developed" by U.S. President William McKinley's helpers - the Army, Navy, and other personnel as recorded in history.

Expectations include the removal of  State employees from our Private Properties because of our use of our Private Properties is  planned for our lands, etc.
