The first Session of the Kingdom of Hawaii's House of Nobles was held in Lahaina, Maui in November 2 - 14, 1840.

"Other than the Laws passed, there is nothing of record".

The following information shows that the House of Nobles members exist, most of whom are Kamehameha's descendants found in research.

This is proof that the Kingdom of Hawaii is truly in an occupied status due to the invasion of the U.S. who planned the annexation since 1820.

The Kanaka Maoli are the true Allodial land owners, and not the Aliens who could own only Fee Simple of 30 years leases.

The U.S. has failed to follow rules of law and can be seen in the 1849 Treaty ratified in 1850; the breaches of the stipulations of the Protectorate in 1854; the breaches of the Neutrality Law of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli in 1854; and the unresolved issues of the Agreement between Queen Liliuokalani and the U.S. Junta in 1893.

The U.S. is a documented occupier because there was no Annexation:

Kahekili married Kahananui and had Ioela

Ioela married Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/Kapapoko/Poomaikelani/Princess

Kaluakini married Haili (female) and had Elizabeth Kaluakini (siblings)

Joseph Matsugoro/Gora married Elizabeth Kaluakini and had John           

      Matsugoro/Gora (siblings:  Joseph, Walter, William, Jolly, Lawrence, and

John Matsugoro/Gora married Mary Castro and had Amelia Gora (siblings:

Hanai/adopted Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/Kapapoko/Poomaikelani/Princess 

                     Poomaikelani married Ioela (Kahekili's son) and had Haili              (siblings). 

Kaluakini married Haili (female) and had Elizabeth Kaluakini (siblings)

Joseph Matsugoro/Gora married Elizabeth Kaluakini and had John           

      Matsugoro/Gora (siblings:  Joseph, Walter, William, Jolly, Lawrence, and 

      Francis)

John Matsugoro/Gora married Mary Castro and had Amelia Gora (siblings: 

      Leola, Elizabeth, John, Walter, Kathleen, and Marian).

Paki/Abner Paki married Konia and had Pauahi/Bernice Pauahi/Bernice 

       Pauahi

Paki/Abner Paki married Kakainaalii (widow of Kalaniulumoku).

       His stepchildren were:  Kalola (female); (siblings)

Note:  Kahekili's mother Kalola was the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi/

Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

Bernice Pauahi Bishop was the next-of-kin to Ruth Keelikolani who was married to Leleiohoku/W.P. Leleiohoku, a cousin of Kahekili.

Kekuamanoha had the following Children:

(1) Kalanimoku

(2) Boki

(3) Wahinepio (female)

(4) Keoua

(5) Kekoa/Koa

(7) Kahikona

(8) Manono (female)

Kalanimoku had son Leleiohoku/W.P. Leleiohoku and hanai/adopted:  Kekauonohi (female)  Kalanimoku's  had multiple of wives including the widow of Kamehameha named Keopuolani - mother of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli (siblings) and last wife was Akahi.

Keoua had son Luluhiwalani who married Kalola and had son Kahekili.

Both Leleiohoku and Kahekili were members of the original members of the House of  Nobles formed in 1840 and first recorded in 1841.

Note:

Leleiohoku/W.P. Leleiohoku was the Allodial landowner of Land Commission Award 9971 which included Kaakopua, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii with 17 acres as an example.  His widow Ruth Keelikolani built Keoua Hale, also known as the Princess Ruth Keelikolani's Palace which was inherited by Bernice Pauahi Bishop as next-of-kin, then inherited by Kalola's family as the next-of-kin.  Kalola was married to Luluhiwalani, the first cousin of Leleiohoku/WPLeleiohoku.  Kahekili was his son and second cousin of Leleiohoku/W.P. Leleiohoku.

Kahekili was also heir to Kamehameha descendant Hooleia(female) with Leleiohoku and Akahi (female) the last wife of Leleiohoku's father, Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli stepfather named Kalanimoku.  

Kahekili was also the grand-nephew of Kalanimoku through his grandfather Keoua, the brother of Kalanimoku.

The above shows that our Royal Family descends from Kahekili et. als.

Our family of John Gora descends from Kalola's children:  Kahekili and hanai/adopted child:  Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/Kapapoko/Poomaikelani/Princess

 The son of Kahekili named Ioela married his aunt.

Genealogy research shows the closely bound relationships of our Royal Family.

Through research, we are part of the descendants and heirs of the House of Nobles, the second permanent part of the Kingdom of Hawaii.

Note:  The Hawaiian Government is made up of three (3) parts - two parts are the permanent parts of the government:  (1) the Sovereign - his heirs and successors; (2) the House of Nobles - their heirs and successors.

The third part of the Hawaiian Government is (3) the House of Representatives - the voted in, temporary part of the Hawaiian Government.

The Parts (1) and (2) are made up of Kamehameha's descendants and successors who are also the true owners of the Crown Lands which cannot be owned by Aliens.

U.S. President Grover Cleveland gave Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani three (3) times.

U.S. President William McKinley had the Army, Navy, and others "develop" a Territory of the United States.

U.S. President William McKinley "proclaimed" Hawaii to be a territory and assigned judges; judges to answer to him.

U.S. President William McKinley had a part in making the United States into two (2) nations:  (1) American Empire - dealt with territories (Territories had no sovereignty)..... Hawaii as a territory had No Sovereignty; (2) United States - dealt with nations that had treaties (these nations had full sovereignty).

Note:  The 1849 Treaty with the Kingdom of Hawaii pertained to only Kamehameha III's heirs and successors.  The White Supremacists put out lies that Bernice Pauahi Bishop was the "last of the Kamehameha's" which also meant that they would not have to deal with the Kingdom of Hawaii and the Supremacy Clause would not have to be dealt with, etc. See Article 6 of the 1787 U.S. Constitution.

The Fact of the Matter is that Kamehameha's descendants exists, and the descendants/ heirs of the House of Nobles exists and here is the proof:   Note:  the evidence also exists in the thousands of articles posted on the web for more than 25 years.

Also, pirates have claimed our lands and are expected to be punished as pirates for they are NOT the Allodial landowners.

The evidence has been exposed and all contracts made by the pirates have been null and voided and documented in legal notices since our Judicial Tribunal and Supreme Court heard the cases and served notices to U.S. President Trump, and U.S. President Biden.

Much of the lands in the Hawaiian Islands are owned by our Royal Family.

Please keep the following information as evidence which supports why cases of genocide, breach of stipulations of the 1854 Protectorate, breaches against the Neutrality Law of Kamehameha in 1854 has been done against a peaceful, neutral, non-violent nation which was invaded in 1893.

The U.S. was interested in annexing Hawaii since 1820 as documented by U.S. President William McKinley.
