The following article validates the fact that Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli gave "forever lands" to natives/kanaka maoli/ kanaka Hawaii maoli and to aliens foreigners only fee simple of 30 years, less than allodial, lease or freehold titles.

Kamehameha's Love to his people is his Giving of lands, "in allodial title".... Important: Keep For Your Records...
