Let us review the Legitimate Government - the Constitutional Monarchy and the Occupier who owns no lands in the Hawaiian archipelago today.

The Constitutional Monarchy is the only legitimate government in Hawaii today 

vs.  the Occupier based on the invasion of a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation that did create genocide and have failed to follow rule of law since 1893 and are not a legitimate government.
