The following cases are case precedence which is also recorded in the HAWAIIAN REPORT, Kekiekie vs. Dennis; recorded at the Supreme Court, Archives, and the Main Library, Honolulu, Oahu.
The second case Kepani vs. John Watson file can be found at the Archives, Honolulu, Oahu. Importantly, this case shows that it was not necessary to go to court. Meaning: the Prima Facie evidence of Allodial title and genealogies were all that was needed:
