The Kingdom of Hawaii Since 1810  vs. The United States Creation

* The United States Goals of Annexation Since 1820

- 1820 military operatives arrived with the missionaries or mercenaries

-1826 Treaty set aside 

-1850 Permanent Treaty of Amity & Friendship between Kamehameha III, his heirs and successors and U.S. President Zachary Taylor.

- 1854 U.S., Great Britain, and France Protectorate over the Kingdom of Hawaii

- 1893 - U.S., Great Britain, and France Removed the Protectorate over the Kingdom of Hawaii and gave a Protectorate to the Conspirators, the Provisional Government, turned Republic, and the Territory of the United States turned Territory of Hawaii that had no Sovereignty.

            - Charles Reed Bishop conspired against Queen Liliuokalani and became a treasonous person and legally lost all interest in the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

 

              - Charles Reed Bishop deeded his life interest in his wife's estate to himself, and the trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates.  He officially lost all interest which means he transferred nothing to a conspiring Trustees made up of lawyers, conspirators, and treasonous persons.

-1896 - Charles Reed Bishop and the Trustees Reformed the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trust.  The Trust under the; Kingdom of Hawaii was broken and illegal.

1898 - the U.S. claimed that Hawaii became Annexed to the United States.

1898 - The United States became two (2) Nations:  (1) American Empire - Territories operated under this and had no Sovereignty, (2) United States - Nations that had Treaties operated under this.

Note:  The Territory of Hawaii had no Sovereignty and had No Treaties.

The Kingdom of Hawaii was ignored and the Territory of Hawaii moved on the claims that there were no more Kamehameha's.  That way, the Treaty of Hawaii became extinguished because the 1850 Treaty operated with the Kamehameha's - Kamehameha III's heirs, and successors and the U.S. President Zachary Taylor.

1912 -  The Attorney General for the Territory of Hawaii claimed that they were the 'successor' of the Kingdom of Hawaii.  Note:  Identity theft documented in the HAWAIIAN REPORTS (1912) in the Pa Pelekane case, Supreme Court Law Library, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.

1915 - Charles Reed Bishop died.  His life interest ended.

- 1854 Neutrality Law passed by Kamehameha III

Problematic Issues Found in Research

1874 - move by Sanford B. Dole, et. als. to extinguish the 1850 Treaty by introducing the claim of "the last of the Kamehameha's".

1893 - U.S., Great Britain, and France removed their Protectorate from the Kingdom of Hawaii and applied it to the Provisional Government, the usurping, illegal and illegitimate government.

1893 - U.S. President Cleveland Gave Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, 1894, and 1897.

1897 - U.S. President Cleveland warned Americans about the Breach of the Neutrality law.

1969 - U.S. Invaded Hawaii
