On June 7, 2023 approximately at 1:30 PM, Francis Keoua Gora gave testimony that the Treaty of 1850 with the United States is a treaty of permanent friendship and amity.
He produced his copy of the Treaty that is a signed/ratified contractual agreement between two (2) nations.
The U.S. Military's fuel has been leaking into the aquifiers in Halawa and is a detriment to the innocent population on Oahu.
Francis Keoua Gora made it known that Kamehameha III's heirs and successors exists.
Two hefty police officers entered the room that had \about 15 testifiers, and viewed by hundreds via their computers.
Francis Keoua Gora requested for a contact email so that he could send the copy of the 1850 Treaty, then left soon after giving his testimony.
Note:
The news media had invited the public to give their opinions on what or when should the military remove the fuel.
The military disregards the true owners and appears to divert the focus or facts that the true land owners exists.
One of Kamehameha's descendants Francis Keoua Gora stepped forward and attended the scheduled meeting on June 7, 2023.

Bernice Pauahi Bishop, a Kamehameha descendant became the heir of Ruth Keelikolani, a Kamehameha descendant.
Bernice Pauahi Bishop gave lands to Samuel Damon.
Samuel Damon could not own Allodial lands but could only obtain Fee Simple or 30 year lands because he was an Alien.
In 1884, Bernice Pauahi Bishop died and her husband received only a life interest.
Bernice Pauahi Bishop's next-of-kin was another Kamehameha descendant named Kalola a stepsister, and cousin, whose descendants and heirs existed then and their descendants exists today.
Charles Reed Bishop, and Samuel Damon participated in the conspiracy against Queen Liliuokalani in 1893 and the invasion against the Kingdom of Hawaii and were treasonous persons.
Samuel Damon sold lands to the U.S. Military but was Not the landowner.
