The Kamehameha Schools are not the allodial, superior, paramount title owners. We are descendants of Kalola, the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop aka Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/KSBE/ Kamehameha Schools. Bernice Pauahi Bishop died in 1884 and her husband Charles Reed Bishop inherited half the estate for his lifetime only. Bishop died in 1915 and the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/KSBE/Kamehameha Schools perpetuated crimes against our Royal Family and claimed that they were heirs. Our Royal Family are the landowners and it appears that you have participated in illegal contracts pertaining to our allodial lands. Rents Are Due to our Royal Family In 2014 the illegal contracts were engaged in with the Trustees of KSBE/Kamehameha Schools but the rents are owed to our Royal Family who are the true owners.. The Shopping Center has 110 stores which sits on our private properties. Rent of $50 Million Dollars per month retroactive to 2014 is due from your company. Rents prior to that is due from the Kamehameha Schools Trustees. Also, we reserve the right to use the vacant stores for our marketing operations. It is suggested that you obtain your monies back from the Kamehameha Schools Trustees who have been documented as pirates, pillagers etc. on the Honolulu Police Department reports, etc. A new contract must be signed with our Royal Family and Not the Kamehameha Schools Trustees.
