1) The 1850 Treaty of the Kingdom of Hawaii and the United States. Although violated by pirates, pilagers, it remains a permanent treaty of friendship and amity because it is an permanent contract between Kamehameha III's heirs, and successors with U.S. President Zachary Taylor and ratified by both with the U.S. Congress of 1849-1850.
With the 1850 Treaty violation, it also means that the U.S. Constitution of 1787 was violated.
The Treaty is a contract which locks in the U.S. Constitution of 1787, the original U.S. Constitution which says under Article 6, that it is "the supreme law of the land", and judges are also to adhere to it.
Article XIV of the permanent treaty of amity and friendship was violated due to the engagement of fraud,, deception, conspiracy(ies), pirates, pillagers, etc. supported.

3) Neutrality law breaches by the U.S. which became a military expedition, etc.:
An example: There were 9 American Civil War Generals operating in Hawaii to assume the lands, assets, etc. of the Kingdom of Hawaii since 1825.
Also U.S. President Grover Cleveland warned of the Neutrality law, etc.:

SPAIN recognized the Neutrality of the Kingdom of Hawaii/Hawaiian Kingdom:
"1898 - War against Spain was deliberately made encouraged by the Hearst newspapers. Spain did not bomb the MAINE as claimed by the newspapers but due to the ship's own doing.
Spain's representative in Hawaii approached Sanford B. Dole's entity Provisional government turned Republic and asked about the status of neutrality. Dole's group denied neutrality, and did not align themselves with the Hawaiian government.
Spain lost and gave up the Phillipines, etc.
At France's, et. als. prompting, the move to assume the Hawaiian Islands were made."
