Summary
The overall study of the Royal Families shows mega fraud, criminal malfeasance by specific problematic people including the Judges/Justices who did conspire against the Royal Families and claimed that their rules became laws.
There are no statutes of limitations when it comes to fraud.  Additionally, the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America is a permanent friendship treaty in which Article XIV can be applied.
Duress, stress, usurpation, coercion, intimidation, genocide, piracy, pillaging are documented.  Duress means that all illegal contracts are null, void, etc.
Our Queen Liliuokalani, subjects loyal to the Queen, friends, were under stress, duress, etc.
The Crown Land owners exists and proven through intensive and extensive genealogy, history, and legal research.

All of the Kings and Queens of the Hawaiian Kingdom were part of the Kamehameha Dynasty and not two (2) separate Dynasties as claimed by some.

All of the Kings and Queens of the Hawaiian Kingdom were related to Kamehameha by bloodlines or hanai/adopted relationship.

Kamehameha II; Kamehameha III; Kamehameha IV; Kamehameha V; King Lunalilo were part of Kamehameha's bloodlines.

King Kalakaua and Queen Liliuokalani descended from Keohokalole (w) a member of the House of Nobles, who was the hanai/adopted daughter of a Kamehameha descendant.

They were all part of the Kamehameha Dynasty, which is the reasons why the name Kamehameha Schools shall be the Kamehameha Dynasty School and the Bishop Museum shall be the Kamehameha Dynasty Museum.

The Legitimate Government in Hawaii Series:  Bernice Pauahi Bishop's Family

                                           Review by Amelia Gora (2022)

In 1883, Ruth Keelikolani died.  Her next-of-kin in her Probate was Bernice Pauahi Bishop her hanai/adopted sister.

In 1884, Bernice Pauahi Bishop died.  Her next-of-kin in her Probate was Kalola (w) her cousin and stepsister.

Other members of Bernice Pauahi Bishop's Family

Bernice Pauahi Bishop's Family included her cousins who became her stepsiblings named Kalola, Alapai, Kaluaikau, Abigail Maheha, Kapena, John Kapena, Sam Kapena, Umiokalalni (w), et. als. and hanai/adopted sister named Kaeha, Kamakaeha, Makaeha, Lydia, Liliuokalani/ Queen Liliuokalani.

Bernice Pauahi Bishop was the hanai/adopted daughter of Kekuanaoa and wife Kinau.
Kekuanaoa had been married five (5) times, which means that his children/stepchildren were also siblings of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
They were JWD Paalua/Paalua; Ruth Keelikolani; Moses Kekuaiwa; David Kamehameha; Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V; Alexander Liholiho/Kamehameha IV; Victoria Kamamalu; Kapena; John Kapena; Sam Kapena; and Umiokalani (w).
Kekuanaoa's stepchildren were all of Kamehameha's children; stepchildren; and hanai/adopted children.

Bernice Pauahi was claimed to be "the last of the Kamehameha's" which was not true.

She inherited Ruth Keelikolani's interest in 353,000+ acres of lands, artifacts, and monies.
Bernice Pauahi Bishop was documented as the next-of-kin in Probate of Ruth Keelikolani.
Note:  This is also the genealogy lines of Kalola (w) who was the daughter of Kalaniulumoku brother of Paki/Abner Paki the father of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.  In other words, Kalola (w) was a true cousin of Bernice Pauahi Bishop..

Kalola's father Kalaniulumoku (k) died in 1838 and his widow became a wife of Paki/Abner Paki the brother of Kalaniulumoku.

Kalola (w) (and siblings) became the stepsiblings/siblings of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

When Bernice Pauahi Bishop died in 1884, Kalola (w) was documented as the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop in Probate.

Bernice Pauahi Bishop's Pirate Husband
\
Charles Reed Bishop  was entitled to only 1/2 of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Charles Reed Bishop lost all interest in Bernice Pauahi Bishop due to his conspiracy, treason against Queen Liliuokalani on January 17, 1893.
Had he not committed conspiracy, treason, he would have maintained a share of the estate until his death in 1915.
Charles Reed Bishop since 1893 was a documented Pirate, pillager, conspirator, thief, swindler, treasonous person since January 17, 1893.
This is additional evidence/proof for the Royal Families, Kamehameha's descendants/heirs and successors, the Judicial Tribunal, the House of Nobles, Konohiki's, kanaka maoli in support of their land titles, Hawaiian Genealogical Society - Hawaiian Kingdom and for our friends in other nations who have or will have Treaty(ies) with us.
Rents and leases are due from the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates who are not the Allodial title owners and have used our Royal Family's properties since 1893.  They have not been given the authority to use our Royal Family's lands, monies and have been documented as pirates, pillagers, criminals, etc. and wrongfully conveyed lands that they do not own to the entity State of Hawaii, the United States, corporations, etc.
Charles Reed Bishop was the backbone of the conspirators, usurpers, pirates, frauds, thieves in the Hawaiian Islands and all that he stole must be returned.
The true owners of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/KSBE/ Kamehameha Schools are our Royal Family, descendants of Kalola who is the documented next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

Our Family, the descendants of Kalola recognizes that we are part of the Kamehameha descendants through four (4) of his children; six (6) of his stepchildren; two (2) of his hanai/adopted children; and four (4) of Kamehameha's siblings.

We also recognize our ancestors Kalola's siblings, and Royal Family members.
Charles Reed Blishop and other aliens are Not our Royal Family members with our Kamehameha bloodlines, genealogies, Pedigree, etc.

Name Changes to Kamehameha Dynast Schools and Kamehameha Dynasty Museum

The Kamehameha Schools students were not the heirs and not the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

Charles Reed Bishop had only a life interest and received 1/2 the estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop during his lifetime.

Charles Reed Bishop was the President of the Board of Education for the Hawaiian Kingdom then participated in the conspiracy against Queen Liliuokalani and became the President of the Board of Education for the Provisional Government which had no sovereignty.

The Kamehameha Schools were wrongfully used for grooming annexationists who worked against Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.

The Kamehameha Schools lost all rights to utilize lands and assets of our Royal Family through Charles Reed Bishop.

No one could utilize the interest of our Kalola (w) family except King Kalakaua who obtained a deed from Kalola (w).
King Kalakaua's deed ended in 1886 when Kalola (w) died.
Kahekili, Kalola's son, his wife Kahananui and their son Ioela became heirs.
Kalola's hanai/adopted daughter Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/Kapapoko/
Abigaila/Poomaikelalni/Princess Poomaikelani was also an heir.
Ioela and Kalola's hanai daughter married and had Haili who married Kaluakini.

Haili gave birth to Inoaole (w) in Keauhou, Hawaii - the same area where Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli was born.

Both Haili and Kaluakini were sent to the leper colony at Kalaupapa, Molokai in 1888.
Haili and Kalluakini with King Kalakaua's son Kaopu and Kaluakini's mother conveyed all of their interest in lands, etc. to Elikapeka Kaluakini (and siblings) in 1888.

Sugar planteres searched for the children of Haili and Kaluakini to get rid of the Royal Family members.
Elikapeka Kalluakini was hidden away in the caves and taken to safety on Maui with Kalola's husbands family.
Her husband was Luluhiwalani the son of Keoua who was the brother of Kalanimoku.
Kalanimoku with Kaahumanu helped to rule the Hawaiian Kingdom after Kamehameha died in 1819.
Elikapeka Kaluakini was hidden away on Oahu North Shore.
Elikapeka Kaluakini sat with Queen Liliuokalani and watched the hula dancers.
The Queen was her hanai/adopted great grandmother because Princess Poomaikelani was one of Qlueen Liliuokalani's hanai/adopted daughters.
Elikapeka Kaluakini's grandmother Princess Poomaikelani died in 1895.
Note:  Prince Kawananakoa and Kuhio had claimed themselves to be the children of Princess Poomaikelani but they were actually the children of Princess Kinoiki as verified in her obituary.  Identity theft is an issue.
The two (2):  Kawananakoa and Kuhio assisted the usurpers and moved towards annexation by the usurpers and were actually in collusion, conspired committed treason against Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.
Elikapeka Kaluakini was also the hanai/adopted sister of Queen Kapiolani who died in 1899.

Elikapeka Kaluakini (and siblings) who married Joseph Gora and had John Gora (and siblings).

Elikapeka Kaluakini was a descendant of Kalola (w) and died in 1968.

Her descendants were Kalola (w) hairs and the next-of-kin true land owners, detc.

John Gora married Mary Castro and had Amelia Gora (and siblings).

John Gora died in 1994.  He knew that many of the lands were leased and the expiration dates were coming up.

I began to write to the U.S. Presidents in 1995 about the Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates, etc.

I have recently filed Police Reports on the piracy, pillaging, fraud, conspiracy,  etc. of the Trustees who are Not the Allodial lands belonging to our Royal Family who are the descendants and heirs of Kalola who is the documented next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop who was not "the last of the Kamehameha's".
Affidavits/Liens No. 96-177455 (281 pages), Joinder filed 2019 etc. were filed at the Bureau of Conveyances, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii, including Joinder which was certified mail through the U.S. Postal Service.

The Trustees of Kamehameha Schools/KSBE/Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates are Not authorized to use our Royal Family's lands, assets, rents, gold, etc.

The following article shows the "white race" in the Annexation count in 1893.

Both the Kamehameha School and Punahou School boys were taken in the count:

SUMMARY

With the inclusion of Kamehameha Schools as part of the annexationists counts, this verifies the fact that the Kamehameha Schools was made for the purposes of adding supporters for the White Supremacist Charles Reed Bishop who was the "backbone" of the treasonous persons who helped to usurp Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.

It can be said that since 1893, Kamehameha Schools and Punahou Schools were the financed bodies of  the White Supremacists whose purposes was to support the usurpation of Queen Liliuokalani, and utilized funds rightfully belonging to Queen Liliuokalani and the Royal Family.

Queen Liliuokalani was the hanai/adopted sister of Bernice Pauahi Bishop whose husband and friends orchestrated the theft of Hawaiian monies by organizing a "Trust" which criminally assumed lands of the Kamehameha's for their purposes leading up to the criminal assumption of lands, monies, etc. belonging to the Royal Family.

Therefore, it can be said that the Kamehameha Schools was a reason for the criminal pirates, pillagers, racketeers, a planned diversion to appear as if the education reason was for the children when it was really a scoundrel activity hiding the fact that the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees of 1884 were the true thieves, scoundrels, who helped to plan the usurpation of the Queen in 1893, and form a fraudulent trust in 1909 to assume all.

It is true what Judge Stuart observed:

Judge Stuart exposed the Corruptions in the Hawaiian Islands, in the claimed governments, and the courts, etc.............He complained about the usurpers to his President Wilson..............Wilson destroyed his letters by cutting it up and giving parts to those who were being written about.

Wilson threw his parts into the trash can.

Interesting man Judge Stuart....he bluntly admitted that the Bishop Estates was set up for the "real purposes of taking care of the trustees and hangers-on..."

Lastly, Charles Reed Bishop died in 1915.  He left monies to many including Kamehameha Schools, and Punahou Schools.

Most of the monies was not his.  He lost all interest in the Kamehameha's monies in 1893 due to his collusion, treasonous activities.

If that were not the case he would have lost all interest in1915 when he died and had only a life interest.

Rents are due from the Trustees of both trusts for lands criminally claimed by an illegal, criminal, pirate, pillaging, racketeering trust which owns nothing because they are not the allodial land owners, genocide activist, treasonous persons who have all breached the neutrality laws as well.

The Legitimate Government in Hawaii Series:  Pointing Out the Creation of   a Territory of the United States - Hawaii Since McKinley

                                                                    Review by Amelia Gora (2022)

U.S. President Grover Cleveland Gave Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani three (3x) times.  See:

Oct 10, 2019 — The article covers the facts that U.S. President Cleveland Gave Hawaii Back Again in 1894, and again in 1897.

Then U.S. President William McKinley disregarded U.S. President Grover Cleveland and ran contrary and had his Army, Navy and other personnel develop the Territory.

The following information was discovered on the following website:

Report of the Governor of Hawaii to the Secretary of the Interior. [1923]

Hawaii. Governor., United States. Dept. of the Interior.

The United States and its Territories, drawn from the University of Michigan Library's Southeast Asia collection, comprises the full text of monographs and government documents published in the United States, Spain, and the Philippines between 1870 and 1925. The primary focus of the material is the Spanish-American war and subsequent American governance (approximately 1898-1910). The text collection is complemented by digitized images from key photograph collections drawn from the Special Collections Research Center.

XVI. ENACTMENT BY CONGRESS OF AN ACT ORGANIZING HAWAII INTO A TERRITORY. On April 30, 1900, the Congress enacted the Hawaiian Organic Act, creating Hawaii into a Territory of the United States, providing therein, among other things: " Section 5. That the Constitution, and except as herein otherwise provided, all the laws of the United States which are not locally inapplicable, shall have the same force and effect within the said Territory as elsewhere in the United States." XVII. DECISION OF THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT CONCERNING THE STATUS OF HAWAII IN THE UNION. In 1903, the Supreme Court of the United States decided unanimously in the case of Hawaii v. Mankichi, 190 United States Supreme Court Reports, 197, that Hawaii had been incorporated as an "integral part of the United States". Several opinions were announced, but on this point the only difference of opinion was as to when such incorporation became complete. Chief Justice White, speaking for himself and Justices Harlan, Brewer and Peckham, said, among other things, referring to the McKinley treaty and the Jo'nt Resolution accepting its terms: " The preamble of this treaty expressed 'the desire of the government of the Republic of Hawaii that those islands should be incorporated into the United States as an integral part thereof and under its sovereignty', and that the governments 'have determined to accomplish by treaty an object so important to their mutual and permanent welfare'." (See page 224; also separate opinion of Justice Harlan, page 227; also, page 225-" By the resolution the annexation of the Hawaiian Islands became complete and the object of the proposed treaty, that 'those islands should be incorporated into the United States as an integral part thereof and under its sovereignty', was accomplished.") XVIII. DECISION BY THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE AND THE BUREAU OF EDUCATION OF THE UNITED STATES UPON THE STATUS OF HAWAII IN THE UNION. After enactment by Congress of the Organic Act, the several Executive Departments of the United States Government differed in their rulings as to whether general appropriations applying to the states as a whole were applicable to Hawaii,-the decisions, as a rule, being that they did. In 1907, the Territory of Hawaii established a college of agriculture and mechanic arts (now the University of Hawaii) and applied for Federal assistance under the Acts of Congress supplementing the "Morrill Act."

"The debate of nearly three hours on that day - May 31, 1898 - and in two secret sessions the previous month had remained locked up until last week.  Then at the request of a historian who noted gaps in the Congressional Record, the Senate passed a resolution authorizing the National Archives to take the wraps off the debate transcript."

"The government's only explanation for the long suppression of the debate records is that they had been long forgotten."

SUMMARY

Claims to Annexation of a neutral, friendly, non-violent nations are all lies.

The researched finds also expose the truth of pirate activities against a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation that was recognized as an independent nation since 1841 by Belgium.

Even the claims by the U.S. being the first to recognize Hawaii in 1843 is a lie.

U.S. President Grover Cleveland gave Hawaii back to Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, 1894, and 1897 are superior over the dishonest maneuvers of U.S. President William McKinley who failed to follow rule of law and gives reasons why his name and statue should be removed from the Hawaiian Kingdom's School known as Honolulu High School.

No Annexation means No Jurisdiction.
