There were only two (2) U.S. Presidents who supported the U.S. Constitution since 1893. They were U.S. President Grover Cleveland, and U.S. President Donald Trump:

SUMMARY
The only two (2) U.S. Presidents who respected the U.S. Constitution of 1787 was U.S. President Grover Cleveland and U.S. President Donald Trump after 1893.
Briefly,
1) The U.S. Constitution was signed in 1787. Section VI shows that the Treaties are the "supreme law of the land" and even the Judges had to respect that fact.
2) In 1871, there was a Secret banker's Constitution. The bankers usurped the American citizens.

3) In 1900, an article on the U.S. Constitution shows how the U.S. Presidents would b able to disregard the U.S. Constitution since U.S. President William McKinley's period. See below.
4) U.S. President Donald Trump became unpopular because he did not follow the plans of those moving towards the One World Order/New World Order and instead followed the U.S. Constitution.
