* As a White Supremacist, U.S. President William McKinley warned the American people about the kanaka maoli  as being "too ignorant to understand or too vicious to appreciate the great value and beneficence of our institutions and our laws."
beneficence -
noun. /bɪˈnefɪsns/ /bɪˈnefɪsns/ [uncountable] (formal) the quality of giving help or being kind.

beneficence noun - Definition, pictures, pronunciation and ...

U.S. President William McKinley ignorantly criticized our kanaka maoli, and disregarded U.S. President Grover Cleveland who did return Hawaii to Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, 1894, and 1897.  McKinley failed to follow "our laws" which includes the U.S. Constitution article 6 - Supremacy clause - Treaties are the Supreme Law of the Land.

The 1849-1850 Treaty of the Kingdom of Hawaii/Hawaiian Kingdom is a permanent treaty of friendship and amity.

McKinley also failed in following the rule of law when it came to the Neutrality laws breach which was brought up by U.S. President Grover Cleveland warning Americans about these international laws:

The following article shows that U.S. President Grover Cleveland warned Americans of the Neutral Nation status of the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii:

1896  - August 26. U.S. President Cleveland: Warned About a Military enterprise or Expedition = Breach of Neutrality

There was No Annexation, which means that the U.S. has No Jurisdiction.

McKinley failed to follow the rules of law, a totally dishonest, ignorant person documented as a Pirate and leading the U.S., a Pirate nation since McKinley's time, for failing to follow laws.

McKinley was a wretched White Supremacist who aided conspirators, treasonous persons in setting up a fraudulent entity that had No Sovereignty vs. the Kingdom of Hawaii/Hawaiian Kingdom which has full Sovereignty.

McKinley created a entity called the Territory of the United States, started War with Spain four (4) days before having approval from U.S. Congress, etc.

Research incomplete.
