Rents of $50,000 per acre per month retroactive to 1884 was due and owed to our Royal Family the heirs of the body of Kalola (w) who is the documented next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop who died in 1884.

Charles Reed Bishop had only a life interest in a 1/3 part of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop and 2/3 interest belonged to Kalola (w) the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

No payments were made to Kalola (w) or the heirs of her body.

Charles Reed Bishop conspired against the Royal Family, including Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.

Charles Reed Bishop was a White Annexationist/Supremacist who obtained the help of the Kamehameha School boys, the Punahou School boys, and the Kawaiahao Church Ministers - Kauhane and Iosepa, which made all of them conspirators, treasonous persons against the Kingdom of Hawaii, and were supported by the U.S. Military who invaded a peaceful, neutral, friendly, non-violent nation.

According to our Kingdom of Hawaii laws, no one can take our lands away; we can move on our lands at our pleasure.

According to the Doctrine of Political Question, we are part of the Kingdom of Hawaii, and have a separation of powers as documented by former U.S. Senator Daniel Inouye.

According to University of Hawaii Law Professor Williamson Chang, there was no Annexation.

According to United Nations Dr. Alfred deZayas, we have international immunities.

As a Royal person, a Royal Family member as a Kamehameha descendant from four (4) of his children, two (2) of his hanai/adopted children, and four (4) of his stepchildren, we have immunities.

As the Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs, we have immunities and those subjects who are with us also have immunities.

We maintain a Constitutional Monarchy government, remain a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation and aware that the permanent friendship and amity Treaty of 1850 continues on.

Breach of Neutrality law of 1854 is documented.

U.S. President Grover Cleveland gave Hawaii back to Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, 1894, and 1897.

Additional Evidence

The following evidence shows that the Trustees of the Kamehameha Schools/Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/KSBE are Not the land owners of our Allodial lands.

According to research, the facts found are as follows:

(1) The Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop ended in 1893 because it was an estate created in 1884 and belongs to the Kingdom of Hawaii.

(2) Bernice Pauahi Bishop's husband Charles Reed Bishop was a party to those who usurped Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, was a documented conspirator, a treasonous person who lost all interest in our Royal Family's lands.

(3) Charles Reed Bishop was entitled to only 1/2 of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop for his life time only.

Note: Kalola a stepsister, and cousin of Bernice Pauahi Bishop was her next-of-kin and owned 1/2 of the Estate until the death of Charles Reed Bishop, then she would own the full estate.

(4) Charles Reed Bishop deeded his life interest to himself and the Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop. The Trust was null and void because conspirators became a conspirator, treasonous group who moved to pirate lands, assets, and resources, etc.

(5) Charles Reed Bishop and Trustees reformed the Trust in 1896 which made the Trust null and void.

(6) Charles Reed Bishop died. His life interest ended. The Trustees interests ended.

Instead, the Trustees made themselves heirs and perpetuated crimes against the true Allodial landowners, the next-of-kin Kalola's descendants and heirs.

(7) Aliens are squatting on our Private Properties. The Aliens are not able to prove their Allodial land titles.

(8) Rents of $500,000 per acre per month retroactive to 1893 are the amounts charged by our Royal Family.

Life interest ends upon one's death. A transfer of a life interest does not extend time to the person or others who have no legal rights to Royal Family lands. Charles Reed Bishop left the islands to work with the J.P. Morgan bankers and ran with the monies, investments, etc.

Bishop's interest in his wife's estate legally ended on January 17, 1893 when he participated in a concerted effort to usurp Queen Liliuokalani.

Timeline

1893 - Invasion of Hawaii by the U.S. and who supported the "White Annexationists" including Charles Reed Bishop.

1909 - A Fraud Trust was created which was denied by Queen Liliuokalani who said that she did not sign a Trust Deed with Archibald Cleghorn, William O. Smith, et. als.

1915 - Charles Reed Bishop died.

1917 - Queen Liliuokalani died.

1924 - " The site for it was a portion of the Laniakea Tract from the Allen Estate on Richards Street, which the YW purchased in 1924 for $238,566."

DISCUSSION

Abner Paki's land or "The property" use was for only 30 years, which means that the time ran out. Purchase was made in 1924 from the Allen Estates", a name which is unknown to our family.

The end date for Fee Simple or 30 years only, terminated in 1954.

Aliens have only 30 years to stay due to fee simple/rent/lease/freehold/less than Allodial title.

Aliens can never own Allodial or forever titles.

Allodial titles were given to only kanaka maoli since December 1849, and "confirmed by the Act of the 6th of August last, and the Act of the 10th of July, 1850, allowing to aliens to acquire and convey lands in fee simple..."

Kalola's Family Interest

Because Kalola was the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop, she became the owner of all of Abner Paki's et.als. properties since 1884.

In 1893, Charles Reed Bishop helped to conspire against Queen Liliuokalani the Royal Family and the people.

Charles Reed Bishop lost all interest in lands in the Hawaiian Islands..

Therefore, the YWCA owes back rents/leases because no payments were received by our Royal Family to date.

Note: The Liliuokalani Trust created in 1909 are not the Allodial Title landowners.

Other: ___The Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees/ Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates/KSBE/ are Not the landowners. Our Family are the true landowners, the Allodial Title landowners because we are the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

Her husband Charles Reed Bishop inherited a life interest only; Kalola inherited the other half until his death, then Kalola became the owner of the entire Estate and owner or the Allodial Land Titles.

Kalola also inherited the Ruth Keelikolani Palace, 353,000+ acres, the artifacts of the Kamehameha's, along with all the other Allodial lands that Bernice Pauahi Bishop inherited.

Because Charles Reed Bishop participated in usurping Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, Bishop lost all of his life interest in 1893.

Kalola the documented next-of-kin and her descendants and successors became the Allodial landowners of the entire estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

The Kamehameha School for Boys assisted Charles Reed Bishop and were part of the Annexationists documented. (see below: Charles Reed Bishop listed on the Provisional Government participants, and the article "White Annexationists" showing the Kamehameha School Boys participants in the usurpation of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.)

Our Royal Family are also Kamehameha descendants who descends from Abner Paki's brother named Kalaniulumoku.

Abner Paki became the husband of his brother's wife named Kakainaalii in 1838.

Abner Paki died in 1855.

Abner Paki's daughter Bernice Pauahi Bishop died in 1884.

Abner Paki's stepdaughter Kalola died in 1886 and left her descendants/heirs and successors.

Furthermore, our Private Properties has only a Fee Simple title to Aliens which ended after 30 years. For example, From 1884 only 30 years could be held by Aliens. The term of Lease/Fee Simple/Freehold/ Less than Allodial titles ended in 1914.

Therefore, this Royal Patent and all of the lands in Waialae Iki and listed above belongs to Kalola's Family.

All homes being sold in Waialae Iki and listed above are now reserved for Kalola's Family, the true Allodial Title landowners.

Illegal contracts were made by Charles Reed Bishop and Friends. They were Not the Allodial ;Title landowners and collected rents/leases/freehold costs and perpetuated wrongs, were in collusion, participated in conspiracies and are not the owners, are not part of our Royal Family's descendants of Kalola, the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

SUMMARY

With the inclusion of Kamehameha Schools as part of the annexationists counts, this verifies the fact that the Kamehameha Schools was made for the purposes of adding supporters for the White Supremacist Charles Reed Bishop who was the "backbone" of the treasonous persons who helped to usurp Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.

It can be said that since 1893, Kamehameha Schools and Punahou Schools were the financed bodies of the White Supremacists whose purposes was to support the usurpation of Queen Liliuokalani, and utilized funds rightfully belonging to Queen Liliuokalani and the Royal Family.

Queen Liliuokalani was the hanai/adopted sister of Bernice Pauahi Bishop whose husband and friends orchestrated the theft of Hawaiian monies by organizing a "Trust" which criminally assumed lands of the Kamehameha's for their purposes leading up to the criminal assumption of lands, monies, etc. belonging to the Royal Family.

Therefore, it can be said that the Kamehameha Schools was a reason for the criminal pirates, pillagers, racketeers, a planned diversion to appear as if the education reason was for the children when it was really a scoundrel activity hiding the fact that the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees of 1884 were the true thieves, scoundrels, who helped to plan the usurpation of the Queen in 1893, and form a fraudulent trust in 1909 to assume all.

It is true what Judge Stuart observed:

Judge Stuart exposed the Corruptions in the Hawaiian Islands, in the claimed governments, and the courts, etc.............He complained about the usurpers to his President Wilson..............Wilson destroyed his letters by cutting it up and giving parts to those who were being written about.

Wilson threw his parts into the trash can.

Interesting man Judge Stuart....he bluntly admitted that the Bishop Estates was set up for the "real purposes of taking care of the trustees and hangers-on..."

Lastly, Charles Reed Bishop died in 1915. He left monies to many including Kamehameha Schools, and Punahou Schools.

Most of the monies was not his. He lost all interest in the Kamehameha's monies in 1893 due to his collusion, treasonous activities.

If that were not the case he would have lost all interest in1915 when he died and had only a life interest.

Rents are due from the Trustees of both trusts for lands criminally claimed by an illegal, criminal, pirate, pillaging, racketeering trust which owns nothing because they are not the allodial land owners, genocide activist, treasonous persons who have all breached the neutrality laws as well.

11 years ago on April 13th on a Friday myself and 3 others stood in front a Judge. We were accused of Criminal Trespass II reduced to Simple Trespass. The day we got arrested they put it on the 10 news about activist fighting for "Hawaiian" land. Wrong, we were standing for our rights and kuleana. After being looped in the system for months we had our day in court. The Prosecutor said if we could prove separation of jurisdiction and powers from both the State of Hawaii a...nd the United States the Judge could recognize our claim. Our point was they could not apply their authority on Hawaiian Nationals. There were 16 arrested that day. On April 13 on a Friday I delivered what the prosecutor requested. I handed the clerk, to hand to the Judge, a letter from the late Senator Inouye. He was a United State Senator for the State of Hawaii. (two birds w/ one stone) He could not come to our trial due to a mandated Constitutional Separation of Powers. I looked it up and found within the Separation of Powers was "The Doctrine of Political Question". In this doctrine it speaks of land if created by another Country can not be decided in court. It is of a political matter between the Executives. The Judge took a look at the letter asked a few questions flipped thru his books and accepted my oral motion to dismiss with prejudice. The prosecutor had nothing else to rebut and the Judge rendered a decision to grant the Dismissal with Prejudice. I know this was not of my doing but the grace of ke Akua that worked this case. You see we were not suppose to appear that because the case was already dismissed w/out prejudice. The Judge asked why our names were on the calendar and all they could say was it was a mistake. My dad stood with me and he had his say in court. A week later all others were also dismissed w/prejudice. All 16!!!! Since then we have lost a few of those warriors.

This is to inform you that Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates Trustees are Not the Allodial Title landowners of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop created in 1884.

There has been illegal contracts made by the Trustees since 1884.

Our Royal Family are Kalola's descendants. Kalola was the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop who owned half of the Estate since 1884.

Bernice Pauahi Bishop's husband owned part of the interest and only a life interest then upon his death, all interest ended.

Then because of Charles Reed Bishop's conspiracy and treasonous activities in 1893, Charles Reed Bishop lost all interest in his wife's estate earlier in 1893.

The Trustees also lost all interest due their conspiracy and treasonous activities in 1893.

Their rights to all lands was lost and they went about their way based on fraud, piracy, pillaging, racketeering.

All transactions since 1884 are being reviewed.

The transactions did not have the validation of Kalola or her descendants/heirs which means only a portion was conveyed for 30 years at a time.

The point is that lands conveyed was for only a portion or an interest which expired in 30 years or sooner.

Then in 1893, lands could no longer be conveyed by Charles Reed Bishop or the Trustees. The rights to convey ended due to conspiracy and treason.

The Trust of Bernice Pauahi Bishop became an illegal Trust since 1893.

The Trust also became a reformed Trust in 1896.

The Trust became a pirated, pillaged Trust since 1893.

Claims to the Trust land transfers since are all illegal and based on fraud, piracy, and pillaging.

All contracts, deeds, agreements are null and void because the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates are Not descendants/heirs of Kamehameha, are not related to our Royal Family, have been moving on fraud, deceit, identity theft, etc.

Transactions, contracts, deeds are not legal.

The Treaty of 1849 ratified in 1850 between Kamehameha III and the U.S. President Zachary Taylor is a permanent treaty of friendship and amity.

The Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates, and Charles Reed Bishop were not part of the Treaty but our Royal Family of Kalola's descendants/heirs are and remain part of the Treaty.

Under that Treaty, we have the right to use Article XIV to prosecute for piracy, pillaging, etc. which the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates, Charles Reed Bishop and Company has done over time.

Also, our 1849 ratified in 1850 Treaty remains the "supreme law of the land" under the 1787 U.S. Constitution, Article 6, which is the Supremacy Clause.

Papers were served via the U.S. Postal Service to U.S. President Trump, Biden, Governor Ige, and billings sent to you over time in the e-mail.

These are matters of our Private Properties which is owned by our Royal Family alone and not to the fraudulent, pirate Trustees who have moved as if they are legal landowners operating 'under the will of Bernice Pauahi Bishop' when her Trust is one which belongs exclusively to the Kingdom of Hawaii and not to a newly "developed" U.S. President William McKinley set-up government that had no sovereignty since 1898 as a Territory of the United States turned Territory of Hawaii.

Kamehameha's descendants exist and many have been fed lies that Bernice Pauahi Bishop was "the last of the Kamehameha's".

The Trustees of the created Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates in the newly formed government formed by U.S. President William McKinley is an illegal setup utilizing our Private Properties for their personal gain, etc.

All land transactions done by the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates are Null and Void because the transactions are deemed as illegal, and as the Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs, I have the right to void illegal contracts. Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates Trustees are not the Allodial land owners.

Charles Reed Bishop and the Trustees lost all interest in the Kamehameha lands when they committed treason, conspiracy in 1893.

Charles Reed Bishop had inherited part of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop and Kalola was her next-of-kin who also inherited part of the estate. Kalola /her descendants and heirs inherited the full estate in 1893. Had Charles Reed Bishop not conspired and committed treason, he was one of the owners until his death in 1915.

Charles Reed Bishop conveyed his life interest to himself and the Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop in the period of the Provisional Government which had no Sovereignty, then changed to the Republic of Hawaii which had no Sovereignty, then the status of Territory which had no Sovereignty was developed by the Army, Navy, and others under the direction of U.S. President William McKinley.

The Kingdom of Hawaii with full sovereignty continued on, and a government set up by U.S. President William McKinley was made and wrongfully claimed to be "successor of the Kingdom of Hawaii" in 1912 - see Pa Pelekane case, HAWAIIAN REPORTS, 1912, Supreme Court Law Library/ Archives/Main Library, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.

Charles Reed Bishop died in 1915 and he and his friends, heirs no longer held interest in any of our Kamehameha's Family lands.

Kalola and her descendants and heirs owned all the Kamehameha's lands, etc. because she was the documented next-of-kin to her stepsister, a true cousin of Bernice Pauahi Bishop who had been the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

The Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop perpetuated a crime, a fraud, piracy, pillaging on our Royal Family's monies, lands, artifacts, etc.

Our Inventory Project reveals that the Trustees off Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates have criminally claimed lands that they have no rights to. Also, they are claiming a Trust which was created before the creation of the United States entity Provisional Government, turned Republic of Hawaii, and Territory of Hawaii.

Note: In 1892, Queen Liliuokalani asked the United States for a Protectorate. No response.

January 17, 1893 the U.S. Military invaded a neutral, friendly non-violent nation.

February 1893, the United States provided a Protectorate for the Provisional Government and Not the Kingdom of Hawaii.

Note: A Protectorate was already documented for the Kingdom of Hawaii since 1854. A breach of the stipulations of the Protectorate is documented which remains a legal issue. The Kingdom of Hawaii had an ongoing Protectorate since 1854 but no one informed Queen Liliuokalani about the status.

Also, the Neutrality Law of 1854 was breached by the United States, Great Britain, and France. This also remains a legal issue.

In 1898 the United States became two (2) nations: (1) American Empire - dealt with Territories and (2) the U.S. - worked with nations that had treaties.

Note: The Territory of Hawaii was part of the American Empire.

The Point is that the Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates Trustees are Not the land owners. The Kamehameha School Boys, Charles Reed Bishop and Trustees did participate in the moves toward annexation, the removal of Queen Liliuokalani, etc. in 1893. Note: Treasonous persons status resulted from participating in the conspiracy to dethrone the Queen, etc.

The Next-of-Kin of Bernice Pauahi Bishop

We are the true landowners with Allodial land titles. We have the same bloodlines as Ruth Keelikolani, Bernice Pauahi Bishop, et.als.

Billings for rents were sent and due to no response, this also serves as an Eviction Notice.

All land transactions made since 1884, the death of Bernice Pauahi Bishop and being reviewed. All transactions are null and void because of the fraud, false claims by Trustees who are perpetuating crimes and claiming lands of a Trust belonging to the Kingdom of Hawaii, and the Allodial lands legally belonging to the next-of-kin of Bernice Pauahi Bishop named Kalola, her descendants and heirs.
