The following information is to let everyone know that the Kingdom of Hawaii is Not for War and does Not support the U.S. continued support in providing aid for Warring Nations to Plunder Upon Innocents, cause Genocide, violations against innocent people ....letting everyone know that the U.S. has played a major role in Warring with others disregarding rule of law, etc.:.....the U.S., Great Britain, and France has been bankrupt since financing the American Civil War in 1863 - 1865 then finally paid their loans off in 1934. The following are researched evidence of the Secrets about the Kingdom of Hawaii which has been hidden for too long:

I. Kanaka Maoli are the only Land Owners as shown in the Allodial Lands conveyed by Kamehameha III.

Allodial Lands are "forever lands", the Generational Trusts granted to only Kanaka Maoli by Kamehameha III.

Only Kanaka Maoli could own Allodial lands/"forever" lands/Generational Trust Lands.

Reference:

Mahele of 1848, and amended in 1851 by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli reveals the initial "Fee Simple" to Kanaka Maoli to "Allodial" lands.

II. Aliens/foreigners were allowed only "Fee Simple" - less than Allodial, freehold, lease, lasting only 30 years.

Aliens could never own Allodial Lands.

Many Nations did not know that the U.S., Great Britain, and France status was Pirates due to their breaches and violations of the Treaties, Protectorate of 1854, and the Neutrality Law of 1854.

F. There was No Annexation, meaning the U.S., and State of Hawaii has No Jurisdiction in the Hawaiian archipelago.

Note: The U.S. is 2,200 miles away from the Kingdom of Hawaii and has unlawful, illegal claims to Hawaii since 1893.

The United States is wrongfully claiming lands, taxes, etc. and Fails to Follow Rule of Law and violated the U.S. Constitution (1787) article 6 - supremacy clause, the 1849 Treaty ratified in 1850, the Protectorate of 1854, the Neutrality law of 1854, and the agreement made fy Queen Liliuokalani and the Junta/U.S. Junta remains unresolved.

H. The Kanaka Maoli, and others are paying taxes to the U.S., and State of Hawaii that has no Jurisdiction, No Annexation, and gains income thru no representation, unlike other areas that has taxation with representation.

I. The Kanaka Maoli are treated as people of color - NIGGERS, or INDIANS, due to apartheid/ White Annexationists/White Supremacists operating in the Hawaiian Islands since the \U.S. invasion of 1893.

J. The Queen was called the "Nigger Queen" of the Nigger Republic of Hawaii, even though Kamehameha III had passed the first anti-slavery law in 1852 or 13 years before the United States passed their anti-slavery law.

K. Because of the breach/violations of the Treaties, Law of Neutrality, the U.S., Great Britain, and France are documented Pirate Nations since 1893.

L. the Apology Law 103-150 by the United States was opposed and the Apology was not accepted by Amelia Gora, a Royal Person.

M. In 1996, an Affidavit/Lien No. 96-177455 was filed with evidence of premeditation by the U.S. to take over the Kingdom of Hawaii since 1892, etc.

N. Evidence of Royal Family members researched and recorded in an Enjoinder to the Affidavit/ Lien which affects the 133 islands in the Hawaiian archipelago, etc.

O. Evidence of the Kamehameha heirs of his body exists as reserched showing 22 of his children and 22 grandchildren uncovered. Many of their heirs of their bodies exists today.

P. The agreement of Queen Liliuokalani and the Junta/U.S. Junta shows that if it was found that the U.S. had a part in the invasion of the Kingdom of Hawaii, a neutral friendly, non-violent nation, then all shall be returned. Therefore, all shall be returned.

CONCLUSION

Only Kanaka Maoli owns Allodial lands/Generational Trusts in the Hawaiian Islands today. The Mahele was passed in 1848 and Amendments made in 1854.

Note: Kamehameha III passed the "forever lands" Allodial lands, Generational Trusts and no one thereafter could change what he passed.

Only Kanaka Maoli Konohiki owns Allodial lands/Generational Trusts in the Hawaiian Islands today. Assignments are documented in the Mahele Book of 1848.

Aliens or non-Kanaka Maoli can never own Allodial lands and were only allowed Fee Simple land use or 30 years use which was also called Freehold, less than Allodial titles.

Therefore, the Aliens/occupiers/including the United States, State of Hawaii are operating on illegal contracts and have no legal jurisdiction in the Hawaiian Islands since 1893.

Illegal, unlawful contracts have been promoted over time; illegal, unlawful taxes have been collected over time, and lands pirated from Kanaka Maoli who did not have to pay taxes and whose lands were taken with mineral and water rights must be returned.

Rents are due for our Allodial lands, Generational Trusts belonging to our Royal Family and Kanaka Maoli. The amounts due are $50,000 per acre per month retroactive to 1893.

The Kingdom of Hawaii is a fully sovereign nation, a Constitutional Monarchy Government since 1840 during the time of Kamehameha III. Prior to that the Kingdom of Hawaii was a recognized Monarchy Government under the rule of Kamehameha.

The 1852 Constitution of Kamehameha III was not abrogated and continues on.

The U.S. has failed to follow rule of law, has been documented a Pirate Nation with Great Britain and France since 1893.

Note: Any Alliances, affiliations since 1893 means that associate nations have involved themselves in joining Pirate Nations who have failed to follow rule of law. Pirate Nations move to War, pilfer, illegally assume lands, monies, support other pirate nations disregarding human rights, life, liberty, and pursuit of peace, happiness.

Our permanent treaty of 1849 ratified in 1850 which is a friendship and amity treaty is one of the few that affects the U.S. Constitution of 1787 because of the Supremacy Clause - Treaties are the Supreme Law of the Land and even the Judges must obey. Also known is the fact that the U.S. could no longer treaty since bankruptcy and can only do conventions.

We remain a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation. Pirate moves with other nations meant to plunder upon innocent nations is not O.K. The U.S. owes rents, etc. at $50,000 per acre per month retroactive to 1893, also evictions are documented for Red Hill - Manana - Pearl Harbor - Hickam - etc. for non payment of rents, etc.

Note: the U.S. Military are occupying Private Properties of our Royal Family.and must pay rents or vacate the premises. Illegal contracts were made by Pirate usurpers including the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees who lost all interest when they conspired against Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.

Option to rent may be made with the House of Nobles, Minister of Interior of the Kingdom of Hawaii General Meetings.
