Subject: Private Property of Abner Paki, an heir of the body of Kamehameha - Land Occupied by Non-Owners YWCA, State of Hawaii, etc.
Greetings,
Failure to pay for rents of $50,000 per month per acre retroactive to 1893 are the rental amounts of $50,000 per acre per month retroactive to 1893 are documented charges due.
In the case of the YWCA who purchased from non-owners in 1924, the YWCA built on land that was not owned by the seller.

Reminding you that this is a Monarchy Government operating with a Constitutional Monarchy government status which is occupied by a government created by the works of U.S. President William McKinley who had the Army, Navy, and other personnel "develop" a Territory of the United States turned to Territory of Hawaii that had no sovereignty.
Reports have been documented for our Kingdom of Hawaii records, and the Honolulu Police Department records. The Honolulu Police Department assigned me a Honolulu Police Department Number in 1998, and to date, many names have been recorded as well.
The Landowners/the Allodial Landowners
The true landowners for all of Abner Paki's lands is Kalola (w) and the heirs of her body.
As owner of all of Kalola (w) lands, and Allodial title owners, we have the rights to charge rents and the right to move onto our private properties at our pleasure.
YWCA - Squatter Status
Rents are due from the YWCA for a building and use of our Private Property that the YWCA is squatting on. The property is on approximately an acre of our Royal Family's Private Property.
It's not our problem that the YWCA has engaged in illegal contracts in the past.
The status of Squatter began from the time of agreement with non-owners in 1924.
Even if the claim was that the people were owners, the deed would have been for only 30 years which is well beyond the time that the YWCA had a right to rent/lease.

1883 - Ruth Keelikolani died. Her next-of-kin was Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
1884 - Bernice Pauahi Bishop died. Her next-of-kin was Kalola (w), our ancestor - I, Amelia Gora, am one of her heirs of her body. Bernice Pauahi Bishop's widower named Charles Reed Bishop was given a 1/3 interest in the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop for his life.
1885 - Kalola (w) died leaving her heirs of her body.
1893 - the U.S. Military invaded the Kingdom of Hawaii supporting the usurpers including Charles Reed Bishop, a white Annexationist/Supremacists with others including Sanford B. Dole who published lies about "the last of the Kamehameha's" etc.
1893, 1894, 1897 - U.S. President Grover Cleveland Gave Hawaii back to Queen Liliuokalani.
1897 - Opposition to Annexation was made by Queen Liliuokalani and her 40,000 subjects.
1898 - U.S. President William McKinley had the Army, Navy, and other personnel "develop" a Territory of the United States turned Territory of Hawaii that had no Sovereignty.
Note: The Kingdom of Hawaii has full 100% Sovereignty. The entity created by U.S. President William McKinley was an occupier government.

1915 - Charles Reed Bishop died, his life interest ended.
Note: The Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates interest ended. They have been documented as Pirates since 1893 when they assisted in dethroning Queen Liliuokalani. Supported by the U.S., Great Britain, and France, they were all engaged in the conspiracy to dethrone Queen Liliuokalani and breached, and violated rules of law as discovered in research.
1924 - YWCA engaged in an illegal contract because our Royal Family did not contract with them, but others unknown to our Royal Family did.
1954 - Contract ended. YWCA remained with building - a massive building without our consent.
1959 - U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower signed an Executive Order to make the Territory of Hawaii a state, part of the shared a 1/50% Sovereignty with the other 49 states.

Also, time must be allowed for the removal of animals, etc.
The original structures on Abner Paki's lands were destroyed, and removed without consent by our Royal Family.
A building was erected without consent by our Family's consent even in 1924.
This is one of Private properties, Private Property of our Royal Family.
We own the Allodial Title of this land, and Aliens had only a 30 year stay by lease, freehold or less than Allodial lands - applied if it was a legal contract, a legal deed, and it was not.
If the YWCA purchased from our Royal Family in the past, they would have only had a right to stay for 30 years.
Because the YWCA purchased from non-heirs, that was and recognized as an illegal contract to our Royal Family who did not grant a lease or right to rent for 30 years.
If our Family did provide a legal deed of Fee Simple, rent, lease, less than Allodial deed, then the YWCA had to leave in 1950. The date of entry being 1924 for 30 years or 1954 expiration of the 30 years.
If other person(s) engaged in activities providing for a deed for our Allodial lands, then the YWCA participated in an illegal contract and without the consent of our Royal Family.
For example, the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates engaged in multiples of illegal contracts and they are Not the landowners.
The contracts that they have engaged in are all illegal contracts and were made null and void by my position as the Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs - Kingdom of Hawaii.
