* All of Abner Paki's lands. Example: Heeia Ahupuaa, etc.
* All of Ruth Keelikolani's lands including Manana, Pearl Harbor, etc.
* All lands including Mataio Kekuanaoa's, Grace Kamaikui's lands, Lot Kamehameha's lands etc. never belonged to the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates needs to either pay rents due in the amount of $500,000 per acre per month retroactive to 1893 or vacate the premises.
* All contracts made by the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates, the Queen's Hospital, King Lunalilo Trust, Charles Kanaina, Queen Kalama, Queen Kapiolani Trust, so forth created in the time prior to January 17, 1893 belongs in the Kingdom of Hawaii's jurisdiction and Not the created State of Hawaii which has no jurisdiction, are Null and Void.
