The following articles uncovers the invasion of a Monarchy Government which was started by Kamehameha in 1810.
1810 - Kamehameha began a Monarchy Government.
Kamehameha's advisors were Englishmen named John Young/Olohana and Isaac Davis.
Russia recognized Hawaii as the Hawaiian archipelago made up of many islands in the Pacific Ocean.
France began mapping the islands in the Pacific Ocean and was funded by Great Britain and the United States.
1815 - Kamehameha united the Hawaiian Islands, Aetearoa/New Zealand, and the Samoan Islands and called it the Pacific Empire.
1819 - Kamehameha died.
His successor was his son Liholiho who became Kamehameha II.
His caretakers were Kamehameha's widow Kaahumanu, and Kalaimoku/ Kalanimoku who was a hanai/adopted son.
1820 - American Missionaries/mercenaries and American Military personnel arrived. The Americans were interested in Annexing Hawaii since 1820 as documented by U.S. President William McKinley in 1897.
1822 - A Secret Treaty of Verona was signed by Austria, France, Prussia, Russia, the Vatican, Great Britain and the United States. The goal was to break down Monarchy governments worldwide and form a one world government. The Vatican was included because they were complimented in maintaining "obedience" among the people.
1824 - Kamehameha II - Liholiho and his wife Kamamalu went to Great Britain for two (2) main reasons:
(1) Learn more about Monarchy Governments.
(2) Return the remains of Captain James Cook.
Both of them caught the flu and died there.
1825 - Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli succeeded his brother Kamehameha II - Liholiho.
1840 - Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli created a Constitution and formed a Constitutional Monarchy.
1841 - Belgium recognized the Kingdom of Hawaii.
1843 - Great Britain, France and the United States recognized the Kingdom of Hawaii and saw the Kingdom of Hawaii as a nation on equal footing.
1848 - Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli passed the land laws known as the Mahele/Great Mahele.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli had all the lands returned to him and re-conveyed the lands.
1852 - A second Constitution was made by Kamehameha III. He passed the anti-slavery law which was copied in part by the U.S.
Note: The U.S. passed their anti-slavery law 13 years later or in 1865. The Kingdom of Hawaii under Kamehameha III was more progressive than other nations.
1892 - November. Queen Liliuokalani asked the United States for a Protectorate.
Note: No one informed her that a Protectorate was in place since 1854.
The breach of stipulations for that Protectorate is recorded in the newspaper article of 1893.
1893 - January 9. U.S. Congress approved the Military's move in invading the Kingdom of Hawaii.
U.S. Congress is on record in the New York Times to "not mention the troops".
1893 - February - the United States gave the Provisional Government, a Protectorate.
Note: The U.S. breached the Protectorate of 1854. Great Britain and France also breached the Protectorate of 1854.
1893, 1894, and 1897 - U.S. President Grover Cleveland Gave Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani.
1893 - Charles Reed Bishop conspired against Queen Liliuokalani, the Royal Family's, the Kingdom of Hawaii, and the people supporting the Queen.
Charles Reed Bishop lost all rights to the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop who died in 1884.
Note: Bishop inherited part of the Estate of his wife and lost his interest due to conspiracy, treason, piracy, pillaging, etc.
Charles Reed Bishop deeded his "life interest" to himself, and the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates.

The next-of-kin to the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop was Kalola, a stepsister and cousin of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Note: Ruth Keelikolani's next-of-kin was Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Bernice Pauahi Bishop's next-of-kin was Kalola who received part of the interest until Charles Reed Bishop died, then she, her descendants and heirs became the owners of the entire estate.
Note: Charles Reed Bishop transferred lands but he was no longer the owner of anything since his conspiracy, treasonous activities along with the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estate.
The Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates was a Trust formed under the Kingdom of Hawaii and Not the U.S. created entity formed out of the conspirator's entity Provisional government - had no sovereignty, turned Republic of Hawaii - had no sovereignty, and Territory of the United States turned Territory of Hawaii that had no sovereignty.
Charles Reed Bishop had the help of the Kamehameha School Boys and Reverends Kauhane and Iosepa of the Kawaiahao Church to help with the Annexation.
Genocide Documented
More than 153 supporters of Queen Liliuokalani were killed, hung, guillotined, drowned, shot, etc. and not just one person according to the White Supremacists history books.
Note: Whistleblower David Wynn Miller claimed 800 were killed.
Records shows that the Sharpshooters were provided weapons, and "how to" War pamphlets by the U.S.
Prisoners were released to form an Army to fight against Queen Liliuokalani's supporters.
Many kanaka maoli were made into slaves, sent away as slaves, etc.
1894 - The news media in Hawaii printed that the news of U.S. President Grover Cleveland giving Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani was a "Fake Dispatch".
1897 - U.S. President Grover Cleveland warned Americans about the breach of the Neutrality Law passed in 1854 by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.
Note: Nations were served documents from the Kingdom of Hawaii including the United States, Great Britain, France, etc. and those nations did breach the Neutrality Law of 1854.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli recorded that any nation violating the Neutrality Law would be punished as pirates.
U.S. President Grover Cleveland had the American flag removed.
U.S. President William McKinley had the American flag raised again.
U.S. President William McKinley had the Army, Navy, and other personnel "develop" a Territory of the United States turned Territory of Hawaii.
Note: A Territory has no sovereignty.
U.S. President William McKinley turned the United States into two (2) nations:
(1) The American Empire - Territories that had no treaties were placed under this entity. Hawaii was placed under this entity. The Territories had no sovereignty.
(2) The United States - Nations with Sovereignty and Treaties were listed under this nation.
Note: The U.S. engaged in a Fraud and created a new government for Hawaii when the Kingdom of Hawaii remained a fully sovereign nation since 1843.

U.S. President William McKinley also made the Provisional Government / usurpers supported by the U.S. military officers under the United States or made them citizens.
U.S. President William McKinley engaged in War with Spain four (4) days before obtaining approval from U.S. Congress, violating the U.S. Constitution of 1787.
1909 - A Fraud Trust was created claiming Queen Liliuokalani signed it. A Fraud deed of conveyance was made. It was not a deed but an "Agr."/ Agreement pertaining to lands of King Lunalilo, Queen Kalama, and Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Queen Liliuokalani denied signing the Trust Deed but the pirate Trustees continued disregarding her claims.
1912 - The Attorney General of the Territory of Hawaii claimed that the entity created by the United States was "the successor" of the Kingdom of Hawaii.
Note: This is an issue of identity theft by an entity that had no sovereignty, an entity created by a Nation - the U.S. that breached/violated the Protectorate of 1854, and the Neutrality Law of 1854, etc.

1915 - Pan Pacific Club turned Hawaii Tourism Authority made Queen Liliuokalani a Queen for a Day and had her sign illegal contracts.
Note: Queen Liliuokalani was under stress, duress, usurpation, and coercion since 1892.
1917 - Queen Liliuokalani died.
On her Will, she maintained that she did not sign a Trust Deed with the Trustees of the Liliuokalani Trust.
Note: Prince Kuhio who opposed the Trustees settled out of court to Queen Liliuokalani's claim and obtained the Waikiki properties, Kuhio Beach, etc. as settlement.
1918 - The Pan Pacific Club became the Hawaii Tourism Authority.
There were four (4) Honorary Presidents including U.S. President Woodrow Wilson, the head of China, the head of Canada, etc.
Note: The Pan Pacific Club passed rules allowing themselves to purchase lands in Hawaii, etc. disregarding rules of law from the Kingdom of Hawaii.
SUMMARY
There was No Annexation.

This paper is in part evidence of the wrongs done to our people, Kanaka Maoli and friends by Dishonest Americans and others recorded for the legal records and to educate many.
Dishonest Americans failed to follow the Rule of Law.
The violations follows:
l. Kamehameha's descendants exist meaning the 1849 Treaty ratified in 1850 stands and continues on.
2. The land laws of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli stands and continues on.
3. Breaches of the Protectorate with Stipulations from 1854 stands and continues on.
4. Breaches of the Neutrality Law of 1854 stands and continues on.
5. Kamehameha III's lands are "inviolable" and not "inalienable" which was used by U.S. American Civil War General Alfred Hartwell who was a conspirator, treasonous person documented.
6. Kamehameha III's land laws of the Mahele/Great Mahele conveyed lands to Kanaka Maoli called Allodial lands, forever lands. To Aliens they were conveyed 30 year lease lands and could never own Allodial lands.
7. Kamehameha III's private lands/Crown Lands belonged to "himself, his heirs and successors, forever".
8. Former Judge Bailey recorded frauds in the Indices of Awards book and changed two types of lands Allodial and Fee Simple (30 years) into one called "Allodial in Fee Simple" which created a criminal intent, Fraud, Genocide on the records, etc.
9. The terms heirs and successors were changed to "heirs and assigns" which also created a criminal intent, Fraud, Genocide on the records, etc.
This is only part of the list of wrongs done to Kanaka Maoli and defenders of Queen Liliuokalani who maintained a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation since 1843.
There are so many dishonest Americans, et. als. who have failed to follow the Rule of Law, International Laws and continue to violate our innocent people.
The breaches against our Neutral Nation are many.
Corrections are expected.
The Apology by U.S. President William Clinton was made but was not accepted.
U.S. President Grover Cleveland did give Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, 1894, and 1897.
The breaches of the Protectorate Stipulations, and the Neutrality Law will not go away.
It is right and just that All Nations, the Neutral Nations included be aware that the Kingdom of Hawaii remains a Neutral, Friendly, Non-Violent Nation that has been under stress, duress, usurpation, and coercion, and part of the Family of Nations which needs to have an international investigation due to the dishonest American practices by people who violates our Aloha even today.
