Greetings,

         Kingdom of Hawaii - Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs Legal Advisory/Legal Records No. 2022 - 1106 :  Wahiawa lands, etc. from Amelia Gora, Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs, etc.

Lands in the Hawaiian Islands have two (2) basic Titles:

(1)  Allodial lands - to kanaka maoli and are "forever lands" conveyed by Kamehameha III.

(2)  Fee Simple/Freehold/Lease/Less than Allodial lands were assigned to Aliens who could never own Allodial lands or "forever lands".
These lands had an expiration date of 30 years only.

In other words, OHA/Office of Hawaiian Affairs etc. are the recipients of illegal contracts because the 30 years have expired.

Background

1893 - invasion of the Kingdom of Hawaii by the U.S. military/the BOSTON ship manned with weaponry, fire power, cannons, etc. moved through approval by U.S. Congress.

Those who assisted in dethroning the Queen lost all interest in lands including Charles Reed Bishop and Friends.

Disregarding rule of law, Charles Reed Bishop and Friends continued to use lands which no longer belonged to them.

The Wahiawa lands does not belong to OHA, etc.

Note:  The Wahiawa lands are currently under the legal management of Thomas Lenchanko, others and myself.

Illegal contracts have been made by OHA and others of an Alien government created by U.S. President William McKinley in 1898.  A Territory of the United States was developed then changed to Territory of Hawaii which became a part of the American Empire.  Then in 1959, an Executive Order was signed by U.S. President Eisenhower which made the Territory into a State with shared sovereignty with the other 49 states or the States have only a 1/50% interest in the Sovereignty of the United States.

The Kingdom of Hawaii maintained a full 100% sovereignty since 1843 vs. a created State by the U.S. was gifted with a fractional 1/50% sovereignty by U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower.

The Crown Lands are owned by Kamehameha III, his heirs and successors, forever.
 
Additionally, the government lands are to be overseen by the House of Nobles who are also Kamehameha IIIs heirs and successors.  The Minister of Interior assigns government lands as leases only or 30 years only. 
 
Kamehameha III passed his Acts which became law in 1848.  
 
The Act passed by the Legislature in 1865 changed the law which Kamehameha III passed.
 
Note:  The Hawaiian government, a Constitutional Monarchy government known as the Kingdom  of Hawaii/Hawaiian Kingdom  is made up of three (3) parts:
 (1)  The Sovereign - the King,  his heirs and successors which is a permanent part of government.
(2)  The house of Nobles - their heirs and successors which is a permanent part of government.
(3)  House of Representatives - a voted in, temporary body which was a temporary part of government.

The Kings Laws are supreme and no one has the power to change that fact - includes Aliens/ occupiers.
 
In a Monarchy and Constitutional Monarchy government, the Kings laws are supreme and foremost above all others.
