The purpose is to inform you that our Kingdom of Hawaii still exists and we maintain a peaceful, friendly, neutral, non-violent nation.

The U.S., Great Britain, and France did breach the Neutrality Law of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli  passed in 1854.
