1843. November 28 - Kamehameha III "we obtained our independence, and since then we have been counted among the family of nations."
1844. July 6 - Kamehameha III documented that "America followed the footsteps of Great Britain and France, and united in recognizing our freedom."
"We have got our independence, and we must strain every nerve to perpetuate it. Annexation will never come to pass if you do not wish it. Our independence will still be recognized unto the last Hawaiian."
Facts
1810 - The Kingdom of Hawaii was recognized as a Monarchy Government
1840 - The Kingdom of Hawaii became a Constitutional Monarchy Government with a Constitution made by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli
1841 - Belgium recognized the Kingdom of Hawaii as a Sovereign nation
1843 - U.S., Great Britain, and France recognized the Kingdom of Hawaii as a Sovereign nation
1843 - The Kingdom of Hawaii obtained Full Sovereignty.
1849 -1850 A Permanent Treaty of Amity and Friendship was signed and ratified by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli and U.S. President Zachary Taylor
1854 - Kamehameha III obtained a Protectorate by the United States, Great Britain, and France.
1854 - Kamehameha III passed a Neutrality Law.
1854 - Kamehameha III died.
1883 - Princess Ruth Keelikolani died. Bernice Pauahi Bishop was the next-of-kin.
1884 - Bernice Pauahi Bishop died. Kalola was the next-of-kin.
Note: Kalola (and her descendants/heirs and successors) owned half of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Charles Reed Bishop inherited a life interest in Bernice Pauahi Bishop's Estate.
Note: Upon the decease of Charles Reed Bishop, Kalola /her descendants and heirs owned the entire estate because of their bloodlines, because the lands were Allodial titles which could only be owned by kanaka maoli who were heirs and successors of the deceased - Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
1886 - Kalola died. Her descendant was her grandson Ioela.
Her husband Luluhiwalani was the grandson of Kalaniopuu, the Uncle of Kamehameha. He was the nephew of Kalanimoku who helped Kaahumanu maintain the Kingdom of Hawaii after the death of Kamehameha in 1819.
Kalola's and Luluhiwalani's son was Kahekili/Alapai Kahekili Luluhiwalani who died in 1876 according to the old newspapers, but research shows that he was still alive in 1800 with his wife Kahananui and son Ioela.
Note: Kahekili, son of Kalola and Luluhiwalani entered a court case of his cousin Hooleia (w) whose father was Kuakamauna, a son of Kamehameha. Others who were also heirs were Akahi whose first husband was Kalanimoku; and Leleiohoku who was the son of Kalanimoku, and stepson of Akahi.
Kahekili also inherited lands of Hooleia (w) and Kuakamauna. Akahi was the grandmother and hanai/adopted mother of Kaluakini who married Kahekili's granddaughter Haili, our great grandparents.
Leleiohoku married Ruth Keelikolani whose hanai/adopted sister of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Kalola was a cousin and became a stepsister of Bernice Pauahi Bishop because her father Kalaniulumoku died in 1838 and her Uncle Abner Paki married his brother's widow. Kalaniulumoku and Paki/Abner Paki both descended from Kalanihelemaiiluna the brother of Kuakamauna, and sons of Kamehameha as shown in the Probate of Hooleia (w).
Note: Attorneys for Bernice Pauahi Bishop suggested that she should have been on the case but she was not. Only the three (3) Akahi, Leleiohoku, and Kahekili were heirs.
The case was in 1871. Kahekili was represented by an Attorney who was also a genealogist as discovered in research associated with Princess Poomaikelani who was a hanai/adopted sister of Kahekili as well as being Kahekili's daughter-in-law.
Kalola's hanai/adopted daughter was Abigaila/ Kapooloku/ Kapoolohu/ Poomaikelani/ Princess Poomaikelani who married her nephew, the son of her hanai/adopted brother's son who was also the grandson of Kalola named Ioela. They had Haili who married Kaluakini and Elikapeka (siblings).
.Kaluakini who was the true grandson of Akahi, became the hanai/adopted son of Akahi and also became a sibling of Leleiohoku. Leleiohoku married Ruth Keelikolani who made Bernice Pauahi her next-of-kin.
Ruth Keelikolani owned 353,000+ acres of land, a Palace, artifacts, etc.
1883 - Ruth Keelikolani died. Her next-of-kin was Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
1884 - Bernice Pauahi Bishop died. Her next-of-kin was Kalola.
1887 - With Charles Reed Bishops instructions, Kamehameha Schools for Boys was made.

Loss of Interest in the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop by Charles Reed Bishop and the Trustees - also, the Kamehameha Boys School, and the Punahou Schools were part of the "White Annexationists" who helped to usurp Queen Liliuokalani in 1893
Widower Charles Reed Bishop husband of Bernice Pauahi Bishop (dec.) and Trustees conspired and committed Treason, the Kamehameha Boys School, and Punahou Schools also committed Treason for participating with the "White Annexationists" in 1893.
They, including Sanford B. Dole, Lorrin Thurston, William O. Smith, Curtis Iaukea, et.als. became part of the Provisional government which was protected by the U.S., Great Britain & France.
The Provisional government had No Sovereignty.
1893 - A Pirate entity called the Provisional government was formed with Charles Reed Bishop.
Interest in lands, monies, gold, artifacts, mineral rights, water rights, etc. in the Kingdom of Hawaii's Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop by Charles Reed Bishop and the Trustees Ceased due to Conspiracy, Treason against Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.
Unauthorized Use of Lands and Monies by Charles Reed Bishop et.als.
Note: Because of Conspiracy, Treason etc., Charles Reed Bishop et.als. continued to use lands that they could not own. They were Aliens and could only use 30 years Fee Simple then not at all due to their conspiracy, treason against Queen Liliuokalani.
Charles Reed Bishop and Friends including Trustees of his wife Bernice Pauahi Bishop had helped with dethroning his sister-in-law Queen Liliuokalani and was a documented conspirator and a treasonous person.
Charles Reed Bishop was the President of the Board of Education under the Provisional Government which had no sovereignty and was Not the Legitimate Government in Hawaii.
The above lists some of those who conspired against Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.
The most evil is Charles Reed Bishop who arrived in Hawaii with William Lee. Both worked for the American Consulate, then as an attorney, plantation owner, banker, etc.
Bishop was a "gold digger" marrying Bernice Pauahi Bishop who was Not the "last of the Kamehameha's".
Charles Reed Bishop removed the Kamehameha artifacts, sold Ruth Keelikolani's Palace which belonged entirely to Kalola the next-of-kin of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Non-owner Charles Reed Bishop sold the Ruth Keelikolani's Palace to the Department of Education of the non-sovereign entity called the Provisional Government for $30,000 and left for California to work with the J.P. Morgan bankers.
The Provisional government was changed to the Republic of Hawaii, another Non Sovereignty entity.
U.S. President Cleveland gave Hawaii back to Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, 1894, and 1897.

Charles Reed Bishop left the Hawaiian Islands to work for the J.P. Morgan bankers.
He utilized lands and monies that did not belong to him.
The Provisional government turned to Republic, then developed/created into a entity under the United States on foreign soil used their judges to manage the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop and other Trusts based on identity theft, fraud, conspiracy, corruption, piracy, and racketeering.

SUMMARY
The Trustees operated under the direction of a conspirator, treasonous person named Charles Reed Bishop who also had the Kamehameha School Boys help with the White Annexationists in 1893 was a documented criminal who continued to use a Trust for his purposes.
The Fact is that the next-of-kin of Bernice Pauahi Bishop exists who also happens to be part of Ruth Keelikolani's family as well.
Rents are due for all the lands formerly owned by Ruth Keelikolani, Bernice Pauahi Bishop etc.
The Kamehameha Schools Trustees of the created entity by the United States are Not the heirs nor are they the successors but a gang of pirates, pillagers, mafia like operations who can never own allodial lands belonging to our Royal Family who descend from Kalola the documented next-of-kin of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
The Kingdom of Hawaii continues on since 1843 as documented by Kamehameha III with full sovereignty.
The entity Provisional government had No sovereignty;
The entity Republic of Hawaii had No sovereignty;
The Territory of the United States had No sovereignty.
